What do you like best about the product?
I love the control that I have over social media posts with the HubSpot Marketing Hub.
What do you dislike about the product?
The email automation tools are great, but selecting multiple contacts to receive marketing emails can be a hassle. I'd love to group contacts whom I want to send a marketing email instead of just using HubSpot's Lists. However, identifying specific contacts for regular contact is possible with Lists.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot helps with managing social media, SEO strategy, and regular customer engagement.
Simple email campaigns, sound reporting, good Wordpress integration

WYSIWYG email marketing tools; forms and landing pages integrate easily with WordPress.
What do you dislike about the product?
The best features cost extra. Plugins slow.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sending email campaigns; reporting across email campaigns; GDPR compliance.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Speak with one of the HubSpot sales team and check which package you should be on. There's often some wiggle-room on price and better deals available. Many of the Professional/Enterprise features are attractive, but there's work-arounds for free/Starter users to mimic this functionality at a lower price point.
Get a trial and actually use it. HubSpot is one of the most intuitive CRM systems I've seen but still takes time to get used to. It isn't without its faults, but as an email marketing tool alone it's worth the money. I've used various previously, including CampaignMonitor, and HS emails have better deliverability, fewer spam reports, fewer ISP complaints, better reporting...

Inbound Marketing Software that Expands your Team's Bandwidth
What do you like best about the product?
Automation Tools such as Workflows and Sequences when combined with Personalization Tokens can make campaign set-up and customization easy, even when emailing to a diverse list of contacts.
What do you dislike about the product?
HubSpot's approach to marketing and orginization takes a decent amount of education which while freely available is a barrier to entry.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Social Media scheduling and reporting is much easier with the social tool. This has let our team set up social posts weeks ahead of time if need be and allow for more flexibility in when to create and publish our social posts.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Check out the Academy first. It gives you a feel for the methodology and software and allows a shorter learning curve.
Making Marketing Easy & Human
What do you like best about the product?
I love how all of my marketing tools are in one easy to use one login system. Rather than needing to log in to five different tools and report from five different places, it's all in one spot, HubSpot. The attention to detail when it comes to user experience and feeling like I'm using up-to-date software is unparalleled. Knowing that I can focus on getting found online, converting leads, nurture customers, and report on it all, well it helps me sleep better at night to say the least.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not mush to be honest but, if I have to list one thing, it would be the ability to upload YouTube videos from my Hubspot file manager and deeper YouTube analytics inside the HubSpot portal. It has become a major social network for many.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I know that we can track almost everything in HubSpot. The lead intelligence it gives us for sales as well as onboarding clients makes our life way easier. I have realized over time that I can bend HubSpot into what my business needs it to be.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Don't waste time doing marketing in a difficult way. Leverage the marketing Hub and HubSpot Academy to get started today! Time is money and multiple tools that can be in one cost money and time.

What do you like best about the product?
The customer support is top notch. Even though the platform is very intuitive, their support team is always quick to respond. I find that the support chat feature is best, but also just have them call me if the matter is urgent.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the email editor has come a long way since I started using HS. Previously it would be a little cumbersome to use and render the emails incorrectly, but it's much better now.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use HubSpot as our CMS, CRM, and email automation, in addition to all the reporting features that are provided.
Lead capture and engagement tool
What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot helps to create and maintain marketing campaigns and gives a good multi dimensional and configurable dashboard for the running and past campaigns
What do you dislike about the product?
This CRM platform does not have full blown capability like Salesforce with respect to servicing the customers even after the journey has been completed. Also, the methodology, resources required to streamline lead details is satisfactory.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It really captures data from multiple sources and brings in a single source of truth by analysing all user events and generating relevant actions to them. Analyzing lead data and running campaings using drag and drop journey builder is very smooth and user friendly.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use interface and quick to pick up and get to grips with - easy to onboard users
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes you can come up against a lack of deep customisation, usually there's the right balance of ease/customisability but always worth checking things out thoroughly

Automating sales outreach at scale using third party data. Running all marketing and sales activity together and getting easy, instant reporting on the impact of marketing effort
All the tools you need to build your marketing program
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use is the biggest advantage I would say. Content Management & Insightful analytics are a cherry on the cake. I have mostly used it for social media posting and tracking leads- both the purposes are solved for me.
What do you dislike about the product?
Customizing CTAs for social posts or adding multiple images to a FB post for instance is a task. So there are some improvements needed. Also, tagging people on Linkedin or tagging any page, in general, is a challenge right now. Copying a post across social platforms is another feature they could consider adding.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automating all the marketing requirements. Managing emails, social, etc from one place. Also, gives rich insights into the leads that we get for the business.
Easy-to-use Email Marketing Platform with
What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot is very easy to use - users can be up and running within half an hour. The interface is easy to follow with tooltips throughout, and the supporting learning materials in the academy are excellent - and teach digital marketing as well as Hubspot itself.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the tools outside the core email capability need further work - the social tools don't rival Hootsuite, for example, so using multiple tools may still be necessary. And some integrations need adding that should be standard - sending via Whatsapp, for example, can only be achieved via a 3rd party integration.

Low-cost, scalable email marketing, sales pipeline and contact management.
