HubSpot is the best, I can't imagine work-life without it.
What do you like best about the product?
The workflow automation tool makes running campaigns 100 times easier. I love the email marketing builder - it super easy and user-friendly.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish the social media scheduler could have multiple timezone 'modes' or a built-in timezone converter or something to make it easier to work on a multinational brand.
Tagging organizations in scheduled posts on the social media tool is beneficial. It would be awesome if tagging of specific people on i.e., LinkedIn would be possible.

The CRM + reporting dashboard always reveals areas of interest.

What do you like best about the product?
My favourite aspect of the Hubspot Marketing Hub has to be the unlimited and easy to use social scheduling tool. It allows me to fill out the social media calendars on all 4 platforms synced, and tag relevant accounts.
The ad reporting is also great as it is simple to understand yet detailed enough to write reports up for bosses.

What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside so far is the limited tagging of accounts on the social media scheduling tool- especially LinkedIn. It would be great to be able to tag individual users rather than just businesses.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The Marketing Hub helps solve the issue of social media planning and scheduling, as it has unlimited posts and is able to link to all the accounts needed.
It also has a great email feature that allows the company to send out marketing emails to a set number of contacts. This has solved the issue of retention and plugged holes in the sales pipeline.

The ability to create workflows while easily segmenting our audience.

I love LinkedIn & Google Ads management and reporting in one dashboard with seamless integration and it's easy to set up a workflow for all my inbound leads. Setting email campaigns is also effortless.
We use WordPress landing pages for our campaigns and Hubspot forms easily integrate which I initially taught would be challenging. I would highly recommend using Hubspot.
Two great feature I love are:
1) Chatbot - I don't have to use other tools and it's part of the package and it has starter templates, so it's very easy to set up.
2) Pop-ups - It really helps us convert our website traffic into leads. Previously we used an external tool but now this solves our problem and it's part of Hubspot Marketing Hub.
SEO audit and recommendations tool is also helpful to flag any on-page issues.

Honestly, there's nothing to dislike about Hubspot.
I think upgrading and upselling are sometimes annoying which definitely can be improved.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
You can undoubtedly run your campaigns on autopilot with workflows. I feel to report section is extremely straightforward to line up.
Google, Facebook & LinkedIn Ads integration is very easy and the management of ads in one place makes it easier for making campaign decisions.
I used A/B testing for email marketing and Hubspot makes it very easy.

I've used almost all email marketing platforms over the years, and this one is by far the best.
I see no reason/situation for not using such a tool.

What do you like best about the product?
The drag & drop email builder and the possibility to analyze the strengths and weaknesses of campaigns. With hubspot we developed a great strategy to help boost our companies brand image, encourage our customers to rebuy products and found a formula to increase our revenue through that retention channel. Using hubspot makes it easier to contact a large amount of our target audience without having to do much work. Hubspot helped us to realize how to prioritize Crm marketing in the company. Also the Customer support of hubspot is very active and fast in solving any issues around the marketing hub and helped several times with smaller & larger topics. I like the various possibilities of building an email. Having not only the drag & drop function but also the html integration made it effortless to generate an email matching a specific cause. By using the A/B test option we were able to get more insights on what our customers are aware of most, suggesting different call-to-actions, visuals, countdowns and even font styles.
What do you dislike about the product?
The acquisition of revenue from a campaign isn't fully covered and must be checked outside of hubspot. There are some smaller things that would need some more in depths personalization, such as the dashboard or the integration of Shopify. But these really are minor things that don't affect the overall experience of using hubspot. For me hubspot proves to be a fast developing tool where changes are implemented very fast which is a plus.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Solving the problem of reaching customers in the most efficient and easiest way - through retention. Customers remain focused by sending targeted email campaigns and increase the overall brand loyalty. Hubspot supports us in various fields of acquisition, retention, direct targeting and customer care. It provides a great overview for everyone working with hubspot and even without having a lot of experience with Crm. Hubspot Academy really has a great knowledge base to get started and continuous support by the very friendly hubspot team is a game changer when facing any struggles. Another problem we faced was the targeting of unengaged customers. With hubspot we were able to re-engage over 50% by using different filter and trigger option and building a content & product related workflow. Lastly the implementation of pop-ups on our landing pages helped with newsletter acquisition and revenue management.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
First build your target audience by adding the needed properties and then focus on building a cohesive communication and campaign structure by using A/B tests.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to schedule posts, which means I can have a calendar of content, simple template ability for email campaigns, workflows & sequences.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much really, creating landing pages can be a bit cumbersome esp when inserting CTA's and changing the links of the CTA's.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Reports - I can view the CTR, Open rate and clicks for each email. Allows me to monitor how engaging the content is and where I can improve.

Love the flexibility of features, give so many options to do different things.

Would love to split out some things like email into sales, service and marketing-based emails as we use some of the marketing automation features for sales and service. We love having sales, service and marketing aligned, would just be good to chop some of the shared features into the relevant hubs.

Automation and integration! Bringing seveal systems into one spot and using the marketing intelligence in a more meaningful and impactful way.

What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot takes ALL of your marketing assets and systems and puts them in one place where you can easily manage them. Email campaigns, website, landing pages, workflows, contacts...it's all there! And their onboarding and support are second to none. As a marketing automation newbie, their training and customer success people are always there for help and to keep you on track. Hubspot Academy is one of the truly outstanding training platforms EVER!
What do you dislike about the product?
I would love for a way to send one marketing email from several different senders in one shot. We like our marketing emails to come from our sales account executives, so I have to literally send one marketing email 40 different times to achieve this.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
All of my marketing is in one place. You can send emails, track traffic, see engagement, make changes and optimize assets easily! I no longer have to use an email program for emails, wordpress to build landing pages and blogs and my CRM to find contacts.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the things I'm able to automate - setting up workflows helps with everything from data integrity (copying something from one record to another) to multi-step email sends to sending tasks.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have too many things to say as downsides, honestly. It pretty much does what we need.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are solving sales pipeline problems (as well as a renewal pipeline) and using it to help our client relations team stay on top of their communication with customers. Also as the basis for our reporting on the financial side of things.
Using HubSpot Marketing Hub is like drinking a glass of icy cold lemonade on a summer day!
What do you like best about the product?
The best of working with HubSpot is having real-time data and possibilities to cross and analyze different information in a fast and efficient way. The upside is also to create management reports that are updated automatically, always being available in the same link.
Other than that, using the health email tool, the A/B testing on emails and landing pages, an infinity of workflows automation, creating segmented lists and the analytics report is helping me grow as a professional. Also, being more knowledgeable of other areas outside of marketing and is also helping our company grow and being more in charge of our conversions.

What do you dislike about the product?
HubSpot is a pretty great tool, and it is evolving so much to adapt to each companies needs. Though I still think the Social feature needs some improvements since it doesn't allow some programs and publish Instagram stories (help us, @Instagram!). And I think the mobile experience for Marketing tools should be better. Sometimes we need to change or update an email, a social post, or even a workflow on crazy hours and away from our desktops.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lately, the most critical problem we had was to determine where in our journey our lead was and which were the conversion rates for each step of the flywheel. With HubSpot Marketing Hub we have been able to create a new journey, with clear conversion points and interactions where we could easily find the results in each step. For example: which email was performing better? Which CTA had better click rates? Did our leads visit a lot of our pages after the first interaction? And so on we started mapping and improving each area to get better performance and growth.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Give it a chance! Having all data you need in a single place will help you be more efficient and grow as a professional and person, seeing as you will constantly learn and get more curious. HubSpot is an addictive platform: you have been warned!
