As good as they promised, out of the gate
What do you like best about the product?
We had some very specific needs for marketing automations and integration with our custom built reservation system. It was a pretty seamless integration and we deployed without any problems. Email templates, workflows and deals all integrate to provide a valuable ecosystem for marketing to customers. The workflows are easy to build and troubleshoot.
What do you dislike about the product?
When processing large files, the system sometimes slows down, and you cannot simultaneously edit an email (no version control). Everything works better than Active Campaign did.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Integration of social media in campaigns, more intelligently understanding what emails to send to which customers. We can do more with less.
I really had a very good experience. This tool is extremely useful.
What do you like best about the product?
The ad tool in general has served us well. Being able to analyze our investment campaign by campaign and seeing what brings the best results is very profitable. Today we take these metrics as the main parameter for the configuration of our campaigns. The most important feature is being able to measure the cost per client; this allows us to make decisions in the short term.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to be able to build custom panels with the ad tool (in addition to the ones that already exist). I would also change certain things in the creation or editing of landing pages, since many times it is difficult to configure them for mobile and desktop. I would also add some anchor function in CTAs.
What I would also like to review are the attributions that the tool uses to define a contact / customer that comes from a Google or Facebook campaign, since many times we have different numbers when we use the Hubspot contact properties.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The tool helped me make better decisions by taking indicators such as cost per client and cost per contact. This allowed us to significantly reduce our costs and document what types of campaigns are best for our business. The "website analytics" tool also allowed us to make personalized content and measure indicators such as "bounce rate", "average page time" or "view-to-contact rate".
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Marketing hub is a very powerful tool that allows users to make measurements and make decisions. In my case, it allowed me to optimize the use of ad platforms such as Google and Facebook. Also, by using custom audiences from active lists, I created very effective ad campaigns.
Hubspot Maketing and CRM is a complete flexible solution
What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot was designed to manage the entire sales pipeline, so that it automatically tracks customer interactions in email, social media, phone calls and meetings. The cloud-based platform has an intuitive dashboard with real-time reporting on lead management and users can create optimize landing pages to generate more valuable leads.
What do you dislike about the product?
We use different tabs to open services, and I considered the HubSpot language a little complicated to build new landing pages and templates.

Hubspot CRM is a completely flexible solution that includes all the main features of a modern system designed to manage contacts, track leads, and close deals. Hubspot is a famous company in the CRM world for many small businesses because it offers enough resources and functionality to improve marketing and sales operations at zero cost. The free version of Hubspot includes an unlimited number of users, data storage, and up to 1 million contacts with no time limits or promotional periods.

HubSpot Sales Professional: features for advanced sales teams, with salespeople organized by territory. It is the complete toolkit for salespeople in high performance teams, with artificial intelligence, machine learning, automation in the sales process and personalized reports.
Easy to use tool that helps make posts simple when you have multiple location pages to post!
What do you like best about the product?
Smooth process of posting in multiple pages at one time and/or differentiating based on location pages. Also love the schedule feature.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing but it might be cool to add some editing features in the future to add logos or copy on images and videos we are posting. I currently use Spark first.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Engagement and Communication have both been enhanced.
Efficient and Effective for Social Media Marketing
What do you like best about the product?
That I can post, view engagement, and interact with followers in one place for all the networks, our business has an active profile. HubSpot Academy courses, the knowledge base articles and YouTube videos have been so informative and helpful in effort to upskill.
What do you dislike about the product?
I am still upskilling on everything I can do with HubSpot and personally find the reporting overwhelming.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are experiencing increased efficiency and are benefiting from the ability to report on campaigns.
A user-friendly CRM for the everyday Marketer
What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot Marketing Hub outstands other CRM platforms thanks to its multiple features that allow Sales and Marketing teams to collaborate closely. Its intuitive platform provides the creation of highly appealing assets in a matter of minutes.
What do you dislike about the product?
One of the main missing aspects of HubSpot is attribution models. Even though the platform enables measuring first-touch and last-touch attribution, lots of information is missing in between that difficults a correct measuring of the marketing process (e.g. a lead that saw a Social Media ad or post but did not interact with it and later performs an Organic Search will be measured as such). Another issue is related to integration with external platforms, we use GoToWebinar and to register incoming leads from LinkedIn lead-gen forms we must create an unique workflow for each campaign.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Thanks to HubSpot Marketing Hub, we have collaborated as a team, exchanging ideas and assigning dedicated 'Topic Champions' to support each other regarding different aspects of the platform such as landing page and email creation, dashboards, and reports, chatflows, and marketing automation.
HubSpot is the most versatile automation tool
What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot Marketing Hub allows you to seamlessly and easily launch your campaigns. Once you have your components created the Workflow tool is fun to develop the experience for your customers/prospects.
What do you dislike about the product?
The list building and contact lists could use improvement. This has been the most challenging to understand how many marketing opt-in contacts will be included in your target list.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot has become the single-pane, source of truth tool in the organization. The Marketing Hub allows us to develop seamless campaigns and easy tools, such as snippets, for client-facing staff to use, resulting in 360 view of progress and results.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I have used other automation software systems and HubSpot by far is my favorite for completeness in functionality, customer service, and ease of use. I highly recommend any organization to use HubSpot as their CRM, Marketing Hub, and Support Hub. If you have other CRM or Service Hub systems - the integrations are simple to hook up and implement.
Everything I need to make my job easier and more!
What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot is always adding new features and truly listens to their client's feedback. I use HubSpot everyday in my role as a marketer, from emails to social to web traffic and more. Our sales team uses HubSpot religiously as well and we are always discovering new ways that HubSpot makes our jobs easier. The customer success managers are beyond helpful and their support is top notch. Also the fact that I can automate our marketing, contact tagging, etc. makes everything flow so much easier!
What do you dislike about the product?
There is no built-in e-commerce support for HubSpot-hosted websites. Unfortunately, because of this we cannot host our site on hubSpot.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Easy to gather and interpret data, maintain a steady flow of marketing content, track sales through the pipeline, easily tag and target certain contacts, and maintain a clean contact list, among so many other things!
Huspot is a great CRM platform with a lot of marketing capabilities!
What do you like best about the product?
I've been very satisfied with the platform, the team, and the accessibility to customer support! I was using Mailchimp previously and have had many issues. Hubspot makes my teams 'marketing needs seamless and easy! We love the ability to use multiple marketing services on one platform: email/customer management, landing page creator, social media automization, and native Salesforce integration.
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't much to dislike. I suppose it would be nice to sync our Twitter account to the social media options
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Major problems that Hubspot has solved: automated customer email marketing, automated social media engagement, marketing tracking, landing page creation, sophisticated email pipeline automation, and Salesforce integration.
Attribution and reporting made Easy!
What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot makes our ad testing much easier as we don't have to create a separate report everytime when we set up a campaign. We can generate lists based on ad id and keep track of the quality of leads generated from each of our experiment. The integration also helps us immediately take actions based on the report.
The dashboard feature helps us to monitor lead quality across campaigns in a single screen.
Landing pages and forms enable you to customize a lot and quickly roll out new pages without depending on Dev.

What do you dislike about the product?
Although we can create charts for leads from campaigns. We are not able to use visualization on the clicks and impressions trend. Having this would make it the one place to track all things ads.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use hubspot for practically all things marketing. The landing page feature helps create instant landing pages. Forms helps track leads and their tracking data with ease. The advertising tab helps us see results of campaigns that we set up in one place. Dashboards and reports help see daily /weekly/ monthly trend of our leads in one place. We can even compare leads across different sources and campaigns at ease.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would recommend to go for the enterprise plan as that enables you to practically do everything you need to scale. The best marketing tool in place for email marketing, advertising and all things marketing
