2+ Years of HubSpot Marketing Enterprise
What do you like best about the product?
- Ease of use / intuitive UI
- A/B testing capabilities
- Easy to use personalization tokens and smart content (that now applies to more than just text boxes!)
- Integrated marketing
- Easy and helpful reporting for all content types (email, social, ads, website)
- Integrations with third-party apps
- Expansive knowledge hub & responsive support team
- Targeting and segmenting capabilities
- A/B testing capabilities

What do you dislike about the product?
- Unable to easily set or adjust the priority for the order that Workflows activate in
- Form questions are limited to one level of nesting
- Some integrations are non-existent or limited in use (Asana is one example)
- When troubleshooting workflow errors, it can be challenging to follow a Contact's progress through a Workflow. Possible, but not always easy.
- HubSpot CMS isn't very user-friendly for developers/coders. It uses its own language, so committing to it is a huge step with a steep initial learning curve.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
- Lead generation. HubSpot Marketing has helped us significantly scale our lead generation capabilities and results.
- Lead qualification to prevent unqualified leads from reaching the sales team and eating up their time in the first place.

Hubspot is the central operating system of my marketing department
What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot is an all-in-one marketing OS that has powered my current and previous technology companies. As director of marketing, I could not do my job without Hubspot. It ties seamlessly into Salesforce to provide the two-way syncing required to track and measure prospect, lead, and customer touchpoints. The incredible upgrades over the years to the workflow (nurture) sequence tools, as well as the amazing email editor and growing library/marketplace of plug-ins make for an essential tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
The landing page editor requires manual intervention and coding, and getting everything up and running can be daunting. But these are easily overcome with the right integrator and, longer-term, team members as your company grows into this incredible solution.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hubspot is the marketing OS for my company. It sites at the center of my prospect, lead, and customer lifecycles, tracking the inbound, outbound, and AE-created opportunities from start to finish. It's given my senior leadership insight into how their marketing funds are being spent and tracked against sales - the holy grail of any marketing department.
Very broad range of tools
What do you like best about the product?
The hub has a comprehensive range of tools available. Most of the tools are top class. Wonderful and easy way to track ROI and performance of ad campaigns. I love using the Calendar feature for internal planning and reporting. The forms are really easy to use an embed. They have great functionality too.
What do you dislike about the product?
The social media scheduling tool has some faults - it does not render a new preview when posted. This means you can run into broken previews if you included the link to a page or blog post before you published it. The blogging and landing page editor is really complicated and doesn't allow for fully seamless branding with your website. This is why we decided not to host our blog on HubSpot and we are not currently using the landing pages either, which means we cannot fully appreciate the SEO capabilities.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Marketing Hub helps to have all tools and data in one place and be able to see and analyze it efficiently.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you need all-round software for CRM, marketing, sales, and service marketing needs, HubSpot is great. There could be cheaper versions out there if you don't plan on using all available tools and capabilities. I feel that it could be even more useful for B2C companies as they would be able to utilise the majority of the tools, in particular when operating internationally but for us in B2B it is also very useful.

What do you like best about the product?
Convenient to use and very easy! The social media calendar really helped me and my organization to streamline our social media ads. This resulted to good social media presence across our platforms. The link to Canva is also a great addition to the marketing hub as it makes it so much easier to create graphics and import it directly to Hubspot. I used to manually upload photos and posts to each of our social media sites but with Hubspot I can do so in just a few clicks! This has really helped me save time and plan in advance our social media calendar.
I also liked that there is a direct promote button from the blog to ensure that we are able to disseminate our new articles and for it to gain good traction on social media as well.
Getting reports and interactions is so much convenient as well as Hubspot easily provides us with a good snapshot as to how effective our digital marketing is. This helps us address what we need to focus on and what we need to improve on in terms of our social media marketing.

What do you dislike about the product?
If you could also add Google My Business to the social media platforms, this would really be helpful to us as well whdo are trying to build our presence on the main search console. I have to manually copy our posts at the moment to GMB after posting and scheduling in Hubspot. If you could also add this to Hubspot, this would definitely make everything more easier!

Excellent Marketing Tool
What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot connects your marketing tools with everything else so seamlessly. There is little you cannot do with HubSpot. I love that no matter the problem presented by our team, I can almost always come up with a solution using HubSpot's Marketing Hub tools. It also is easy to learn, easy to use, and saves me a ton of time compared to our old marketing tools. The interface is excellent, and I enjoy working with it. It's also really easy to track your analytics, compare them, and update accordingly. I've preferred it to every other marketing tool I've used so far. It just makes things easy at any level, and it really helps you ramp up your marketing efforts in many ways. Their vast training videos, knowledge base, and blog articles are also really great if you're wanting to learn and grow as a marketer.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's not much. The one place I've been a little disappointed in is CTAs. I've had plenty of opportunities where this would have been a handy tool, but the formatting options are not great, and I can never get it to look like natural text, which is what we prefer for our email CTAs. I also wish there was some broader flexibility with workflows to update accounts, but I think those limits affect my company because of the way we set up the HubSpot CRM. I don't image it would be a problem for most companies.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot Marketing Hub has been solving so much for us. Connecting our marketing efforts to our CRM, chatbot, and other tools and increasing visibility has been huge. It's allowing us to see the results of our marketing efforts and coordinate more effectively with other departments. It's also broadening the scope of what we can do. I feel like I can easily maintain marketing streams yet always have the ability to evaluate and improve.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It's a great tool! If you are new or still growing in Marketing, Hubspot makes it easy to set up your basics and learn how to improve them as you go. If you're more experienced, it's just a really delightful tool to use. It's so user friendly, there's a wealth of information and support for solving problems, and it's super efficient.

The large amount of options available and how easy it is to set up an email marketing campaign and automate it.

That at the beginning you need to learn a lot to get the most out of it.

Created a newsletter every month that we get to all of our clients, flawlessly, as well as punctual communications about updates or changes.
Hubspot - The most intuitive marketing CMS
What do you like best about the product?
The new blogs are incredible. The sales pipeline tool has been updated and is much more effective

I think having an easier repository to access files that have been saved

Hubspot helps us to organise our campaigns and derive insights. The tool is super intuitive to use and the biggest benefit is the ease and number of features.

Automations! Email scheduling & fulfillment of offers, forms & social media scheduling
Great tool but complex and expensive, also landing pages suck
What do you like best about the product?
How customizable it is. Workflows, custom fields, etc are all highly customizable. I also really like how connected everything is. We can see what pages people visited, all the emails and calls and tasks are in one place (if everyone actually does this job which many do not), but it gives you the whole picture which we appreciate.
What do you dislike about the product?
I HATE the landing pages. So difficult and convoluted to use. I wish they were more user-friendly and allowed non-developers to make adjustments. Even the new drag and drop feature is not that helpful. It's also very expensive. I would never pay this much for my own business. And EVERYTHING is an add-on.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Creating a better UX by sending targeted messages based on topic interests, which we can gather from what emails people open and the pages people see on our site. We better understand our target thanks to this feature.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Just understand all the actual costs, know that everything is an add-on. There are limits. But also the tools and features available here are unlike any other CRM. So much in one place, less tools to be cluttered.
