All-round Marketing Automation
What do you like best about the product?
Everything is in one place; you can pull assets from one place to use across website, social, paid advertising. Get an overview of all campaign analytics in one place. You cab everything across SEO, web design, CRO, Social, Paid Advertising, remarketing from one place.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the analytics could be improved by going into a little more detail and being able to drill down a bit more, especially with social management, but there are constant updates, so it's constantly improving.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Improved website design and contact/lead tracking. Follow-up email automation. Campaign analytics.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Good system for all-round marketing management - we've found the complexities of our business a bit hard to work into Hubspot - I recommend going on the Hubspot training as it made a world of difference and/or getting an implementation partner to help you get it optimally set-up as having to re-do it after it being set up incorrectly is much harder than starting from a clean slate.
Leveraging HubSpot Marketing Hub to Grow Pipeline
What do you like best about the product?
I've been a HubSpot user for over two years. I appreciate that HubSpot values customer feedback and continuously improves the system and user experience. The system is SO intuitive! Dashboards allow me to have insights on a variety of data I'm interested in as a recruiter.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes, customer support doesn't have great answers and has to transfer you around which can be frustrating. But overall, the experience has been good.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
A more seamless marketing and communications process for our prospective (and even current) students. This system has helped keep a variety of departments on the same page and helped immensely.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Email marketing, workflows, lead scoring
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It's a great all-around tool for marketing automation. It's great UI makes it very straightforward to create emails and build out lead scoring based on behavioral, firmographic and technographic properties.
An amazing automation tool!
What do you like best about the product?
I absolutely love the AB testing of email in my automated nurturing worklows. It allows me to really fine-tune my communications to my users.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not like the goals measurement in worklows. If a user has completed a goal once, they cannot be enrolled in a workflow with the same goal. I have a need for users to complete a goal multiple times.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am able to measure the behavior of my users and create workflows base on the behavior or lack of it. It really allows me to nudge my users towards the features we have developed.
Great but not perfect
What do you like best about the product?
I like the automation functions that HubSpot offers, along with the different kinds of views. I like the time zone option as well. I also like that HubSpot detects the location of the person sending email through their IP Address. It is not always accurate, but 80% of the time, it is, so that is good.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wouldn't say I like that one cannot create a property only visible to a particular group of people. It has been a topic of discussion among many HubSpot users in the community.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We do Email Marketing, so that is the only thing I use from HubSpot.

What do you like best about the product?
The multidisciplinary approach of the system. I can follow every valuable marketing action of my customers.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's expensive for small businesses if they want to use the full capabilities of the system.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Marketing reports and quality management. We can coordinate every single marketing campaign without the use of a platform like LinkedIn, Facebook etc.

I highly recommend the Hubspot marketing hub for every business.
Love Hubspot
What do you like best about the product?
The sharing social post function, the ability to share across the platform, also love the reporting function, the educational resource also assists in the marketing process. The best part of Hubspot is the onboarding support, they are always keen to help and contribute greatly. Another great feature is the message support or calls back feature, this helps my team 24/7. We never have to wait to receive help. The other great part of hubspot is the ability to integrate into our existing infrastructure, this means we can receive realtime dat from one source, and our team is able to deliver accurate reporting immediately
What do you dislike about the product?
Unable to tag names on specific platforms, there is also a significant amount of info, and it can be challenging at first. I wouldn't say I like the size of the platform; it can get challenging to manage, especially if a new member is learning how the system works. The issue with using hubspot is that it does not load previews in the preview section sometimes, also it is annoying when you can edit the date of a scheduled post.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am saving time by being able to access past and present posts, access to data, access to an automated workflow as well as the ability to check on other projects all at the same time without changing platforms. A very important feature is the landing page developer, this allows our team to create highly advanced landing pages.

What do you like best about the product?
The attractive interface makes it more intuitive to work with. If you are a basic email user, Hubspot is great. The organization of emails and files is easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
Advanced reporting for emails is almost non-existent. Eloqua's reporting is confusing, but more robust than Hubspot. Not sure why emails have to saved as "automated" when other tools don't require this.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Managing emails as workflows, which was not done before at this company.

What do you like best about the product?
I've managed to get the sales team onto Hubspot too so that we can all work together and make sales and marketing meet!
It’s so easy to plan all my social posts, create emails to our clients and candidates and we've also integrated our salesforce.
We've also created reports and metrics to keep an eye on ROI.
I also love that we have Jenny as our account manager who is amazing and there for us whenever we need her and also the chatbox where you can speak to the help desk and get advice on anything.

What do you dislike about the product?
It's really hard to produce creative emails and newsletters. You've got to bare in mind that Hubspot is not a design software so you may have to create an image on Adobe or Canva and upload it as a photo (which is not ideal!)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I love the Hubspot academy, I can dip in and out of it and learn all sorts of new skills!

Overall, HubSpot has helped us reimagine our organization's marketing, which is tied to all other areas of the business as well. We have been able to try out new strategies for marketing because of HubSpot's tools. For example, we have been able to try out new lead generation marketing tactics and invest more time in building out content campaigns related to lead generation. I like the ease of the tools and the functions they provide, especially when it comes to scheduling content. The tools are robust and provide vital functions that other software doesn't provide. The analytics show us how we can continue to grow our reach in a detailed way, and organizing campaigns in a feature that has served us immensely. I think that the fact that trainings and webinars are provided has also helped us when it comes to getting team members from other departments to get used to using HubSpot in a way that isn't as overwhelming as it could have been, which is always appreciated because it helps to save a lot of time.
What do you dislike about the product?
The tools are so robust and super helpful but it's sometimes hard to understand the layout even after months because of the complexity of the layout. Some parts have started to become second nature but other parts are still taking awhile to get used to. I know there's a knowledgebase available but maybe it would be helpful to have a pop-up tutorial on the page. That way, people can get their questions answered in real-time. I think that more training courses would be helpful as well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Scheduling content, creating our website and analyzing data has been so helpful. One problem I have is the complexity of the email tools, especially with workflows. The functions are great but the process is a bit stressful since turning the workflow on unintentionally means an email would go out.
