Love HubSpot
What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy it is to use, how comprehensive the platform is, and how well it integrates with other software I use
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some missing features and lack of customization on the sales enablement from (related to meeting tracking, logging, and categorizing)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to run our social, campaigns, blog, website, database, and more all in one place, which has led to better collaboration and time savings
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would leverage all the great HubSpot Academy resources
Invaluable if you're spending money in Google Adwords
What do you like best about the product?
Email Marketing is amazing when integrated with your contact list and customer lifecycle stages. Also the integrations with social media and Google/Bing keywords means I can track the best keywords and our cost per contact with incredible accuracy.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish I could fully integrate the information I get from Invoca pertaining to keywords in to the Adwords metrics that are in Hubspot giving me the full picture of success and cost per click.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our cost per contact is a quarter of what it was two years ago with better targeted spending and more oversight. Also we are driving more people to reengage with the business through the targeted email marketing we do.
It works well, wish automation was more affordable
What do you like best about the product?
It is very easy to use. Emails are simple to create and send on a frequent basis.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be great if email automation wasn't so expensive. We send over 50 emails a month manually. Also some more customization options to make our templates a bit nicer looking.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sending emails frequently. Benefit is the ease of statistics, we can quickly view open rates, click rates, etc.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It works for you if you don't need automation (free version) and you don't need a lot of customization options.
Great calendar view and easy to read analytics
What do you like best about the product?
I love HubSpot's calendar view- that you can view everything to have scheduled or by platform. I also love having easy-to-read analytics all in one place.
What do you dislike about the product?
The price point is a little steep, but the platform is so inclusive. From landing pages and social media scheduling to email and training, you can do everything through HubSpot.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to schedule for every social media platform from one tool is excellent.
Great All-In-One Marketing Solution With Room To Grow
What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot makes core marketing functions of emails, landing pages, social, and campaign tracking convenient and easy. You're able to build intuitive workflows and complete campaigns from one tool that makes it easy to manage. HubSpot makes it easy to create real, measurable impacts that can scale and repeat as a revenue growth marketer.
What do you dislike about the product?
HubSpot's reporting functions are a bit lacking and require more manual processing than they should. Data can get wonky when using integrations with other platforms like Salesforce and may require more technical expertise. Design templates leave something to be desired and may need additional tools or freelance design support. These are fixes that I anticipate will be improved over time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot Marketing Hub has helped me build cohesive campaigns for new customer acquisition, existing customer engagement & expansion, and revenue attribution from marketing tactics.
Hubspot is a game changer
What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot is the easiest platform to get off the ground for CMS, marketing automation, and CRM.
What do you dislike about the product?
HubSpot support is not always able to support the Salesforce + HubSpot integration and you get stuck in a loop of trying to get someone from HubSpot and Salesforce to help you and neither can fully solve the issue.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I've been helping clients with HubSpot for years and recently founded my own agency using Marketing Hub + CMS. HubSpot makes it so easy to track my progress, get a campaign off the ground, and create awesome content for my audience,
Great, all round marketing solution
What do you like best about the product?
I like that everything is on one platform and assets can be linked together in one campaign, report or view.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike the reporting. I find it's quite rigid and never drills down into the detail.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to host our website and content using Hubspot alongside our contact database, ads and social media activity.

Marketing processes with unique automation that streamline my sales. Plus, I can do a custom template search. Support is excellent; HubSpot Marketing Hub has operators that treat users well.

HubSpot Marketing Hub should improve the web version. It lacks a possible integration with the Instagram inbox.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We coordinate lead capture, manage customer information, and can efficiently handle social media marketing. It has been perfect for acquiring a good campaign service to strengthen the organization.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I recommend HubSpot Marketing Hub for excellent marketing work. We can streamline processes with solid leads. Sales and campaigns have increased since its installation; it has a high efficiency that can help you realize exciting projects.
Great Software with World Class Customer Service and Support
What do you like best about the product?
It does what I need it to do. I can usually figure it out, but if I can't, help is a phone call away. The support people are hellbent on finding a solution to my issue, whatever it is. The account managers are great, as is the onboarding. Everything is connected with web hosting, support, and the CRM and Sales Hub means that there are no issues with integrations.
We decided to launch our product 4 months early when Covid hit. I got a great website up and running in the CMS fully connected to the Marketing Hub in a weekend.

What do you dislike about the product?
HubSpot Marketing Hub is a deep product, and it's not always obvious how to accomplish something. But the support makes up for that. Some people will say that each component is not best-of-breed, and that's probably true. But the seamless way it all integrates makes up for that in my book. We spend our time doing stuff, not mucking with the tools.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Website hosting, building a mail list, communicating with users.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I've only used one other system before HubSpot so my perspective is not as broad as some. But the software, service and support are unparalleled in my experience.

No refund policy
What do you like best about the product?
Great for organizing a mailer for a small business.
What do you dislike about the product?
Their website plugins are terrible. I decided to purchase the one year subscription as I really enjoyed the mailer aspect. Soon after I downloaded the contact widget and forum to my website and both reduced the quality dramatically. As soon as I removed the hubspot Plugin from my website the overall quality increased by 10%. (The plugin itself is too invasive)
So I decided to discontinue their use. After about 2 months (Smoothly operating web contact was the entire point of purchasing the subscription)
After reaching out to them with this issue and asking to cancel my subscription they informed me that they do not have a refund policy.
All of that being said, I do understand that I committed to the subscription but I also run a small business, if it were me I would have some sort of refund policy for dissatisfied customers.
So I decided to discontinue their use. After about 2 months (Smoothly operating web contact was the entire point of purchasing the subscription)
