We absolutely love Hubspot Marketing Hub!
What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot marketing hub is our one stop shop for all of our marketing needs. It’s so easy to create emails to our clients and also integrates with sales force very easily so our reps can see our activity and follow up with it. We created our own set of lead scoring metrics that are now live and utilizing them to control how to engage
What do you dislike about the product?
Building the templates could be a little easier if possible. More drag and drop and less coding. We have certain features turned on that help us with this though. It’s reporting features could use some work too. The price is pretty costly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are solving the challenge of being in front of buyer 2.0. It’s difficult to keep in front of customers these days so hubspot helps us to stay relevant and inform them of new products and services so they know we can provide all of it for them.

What do you like best about the product?
The HubSpot Marketing Hub is an extremely comprehensive and robust marketing tool. I really enjoyed using it because the system gives you almost infinite possibilities for exploration - from basic things like email marketing, landing pages, and social media, to chatbots and detailed metrics tracking.
If you have your marketing organized and streamlined, the next step is to move to a tool like HubSpot's. It is really quite good.

What do you dislike about the product?
Precisely because it is robust, HubSpot is often confusing and difficult to use, especially at the beginning. I had to watch some videos and read many tutorials to get everything running smoothly - I left RD Station at the time and we moved to HubSpot. This change was difficult and a bit traumatic, but in the end, it was worth it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The main problem solved with HubSpot was having a complete view of the marketing strategies for each product separately. This greatly helped in the operation.

Evaluate well the necessity. It is a very complete tool, but complex.

What do you like best about the product?
Landing pages and forms. I will simply track submissions with the forms and also the templates provided for a landing page ease a significant pain point.
Tracking potential customers is therefore easy. i like however HubSpot keeps track of once and we have a tendency tore a lead was on your website. It helps Maine grasp wherever we are within the sales process.

What do you dislike about the product?
Hubspot works best when it's the only platform used, if you are okay with this, it's not a concern.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use HubSpot promoting Hub across our entire organization and for our Inedo Japan teams. I in person use HubSpot each day, multiple times a day, for marketing emails, contact management, lists, blogging, workflows, and analytics for all these. we tend to have faith in HubSpot to modify several processes that might otherwise take an excessive amount of time for our little team.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It is associate awe-inspiring answer for selling automation apart from social media observation part. If those integrations are achieved, then it'll become a whole marketing full-stack solution.

What do you like best about the product?
The best things about the Marketing Hub are the landing pages, forms, the ability to connect and manage social media accounts, and also utilizing SEO to our advantage. We work together with an SEO agency and also a PPC agency, and we use Hubspot Marketing together with Sales Hub daily. Marketing automation is another amazing feature that was easy to set up and deliver good results. Setting up forms and managing forms, adding fields are easy to do. Creating lists and managing lists is easy and works well.
What do you dislike about the product?
Marketing and Sales Hub are priced separately. I wish there were a combo package deal so we can get an all-in-one deal. The reports and dashboard could be improved and made user-friendly. Also CRM integration with other platforms and plug-ins is another big deal when it comes to being able to work effectively, the Hubspot team could pay a bit more attention to this. Email tracking could be handled better in terms of functionality.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We had very low visibility and brand awareness. With landing pages and forms, plus social media and SEO tools, we were able to grow brand awareness significantly over the course of 2 years. The marketing also love Hubspot for providing us with the ability to manage all of our resources, tasks, and activities in one place. Another thing that was super helpful was Hubspot Live chat. The chat team is always so helpful in answering my questions regarding the Marketing Hub, and quick to resolve problems too.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Overall, for our organization, Hubspot is a great CRM system and we were able to set up and manage all of our marketing activities quickly and all in one place. Renewing and canceling are simple, sales representatives are helpful. There are also a lot of resources and free Hubspot courses to take, which are valuable for marketers.

What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot is all-in-one solution that provides great tools both for the sales and marketing team. The marketing hub is robust, from email marketing to automation and ads.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes I wish there were more features !

Everything is centralized, so all the data is always in HubSpot. it's easy to report, learn and adapt.

Don't hesitate to try their free trial and talk to a sales rep.

I have been Using Hubspot from 2019 and i have to say that I love Hubspot.

Easy to use, Great service and great way to get design and all thing worked. everything is simple and organised well

It does not allow to edit, modify the default module like comment form, language switcher.

I dislike the lack of customization, our business is primarily outbound marketing and I would like to see more tools to help the traditional cold caller vs all the features for an inbound strategy.

I love how you can tag campaigns to different campaign elements (landing pages, forms, social media, email etc.) to get a holistic view of your campaign.

Anything that isn't perfect is usually in -progress set to come out soon or a decent workaround.
