User friendly and flexible MAP and excellent CX, with room for improvement

What do you like best about the product?
I like the user interface, the overall consistency of how each section works and where to find actions and features. Customer support has been great and extremely fast when we've needed specific assistance with an issue. Native integrations are numerous and easy to set up. Email and LP creation are easy and very visual, and the reporting platform is improving a lot. The resources, training and help documentation, is very thorough: it's very hard not to find, directly from Google, an answer to a question, from HS or the community, even if it's just "not possible". Also, I can see the improvement in the evolution of the platform with issues I have identified in the past.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some built-in features are lacking: Lead Scoring module, based on properties, is not very friendly and should have a more prominent and specific section. Predictive LS is too simple. Workflows are good and have improved in the past 2 years, but still visually hard to get a full view and manage. Some easy features are not on par: email caping is too simple (one for the whole account), no reporting on email pressure, there should be more options for types of properties (email verification for format), properties with trackable history, like how it has evolved, properties with table format: not just one value but additional ones etc. For data cleaning and management, a lot can be improved (washing machine, standardization etc.). Some shortcomings are solved by external vendors, but that shouldn't be the case.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hubspot is our source of truth for MQLs, so we can collect all leads from any source, enrich them with data, score them and route before sending to our CRM. The flexibility for integrations is key here.

Efficient way to automate and handle contact creations, forms, and emails

What do you like best about the product?
There are ample tutorials and guides in setting up workflows, email automation and contact properties in Hubspot. The inbound consultancy project was also very helpful in improving my understanding and familiarity with the tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
The reporting functions available on Hubspot are still preliminary and can be more customisable, detailed and intuitive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hubspot has helped me put in place steps to automate lead followup, contact creation and classification as well as track content performance, which is essential in building up a greater brand awareness for our company.

Simple user interface to learn and use

What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy the ability to clone emails, the drag and drop email editor makes it simple to create and make adjustments to emails.
What do you dislike about the product?
While there is simplicity to Hubspot's tool, when customizing to add brand personality and using custom templates the features are not transferred over (i.e no smart rules on the classic editor, inability to insert tables in the drag and drop email editor, no buttons in the classic editor) by not having the same features in both editing format makes it difficult for better email and brand alignment
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has been great utilising the automation functions, and the organization of contacts with subscription types.

What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot is all our one-stop-shop for everything we need. Workflow automation, emails, social media planning, and forms. With recent upgrades, everything has been made extremely simple--drag and drop.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are so many tools, that it can take a little while to fully get a grasp of everything.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Customized email campaigns, planning social posts in advance and tracking engagement, capturing leads on website and automating distribution to specific sales team members, reporting on leads.

What do you like best about the product?
The Automation feature, the tokens which you can add to make it look more personal and customized. The analysis report is upto the mark. The feature of the campaign information is what I found made a deal as compared to mail chimp or Zoho.
What do you dislike about the product?
The list created after making should also have option to create a list of non opens and bounced ones. That's what I dislike as it takes lot time to do the entire process again by going through each contact
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The Hubspot academy had helped to make my profile stand out with the certifications offered, it helps to make my mails reach to large list or group simultaneously as per their time zones. It helps to easily create the interactive landing pages. The email type and format helps to customise email with new template and features of adding pictures and cliparts.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
The advice is to try to complete as many free certifications courses given by hubspot in hubspot academy. It will surely give you a detail insight and a feather on your cap

What do you like best about the product?
We've built most of our CRM activities around our Marketing Hub, and it's been great to track real efficacy data for the first time
What do you dislike about the product?
Getting buy-in from the social team has been difficult—not sure if that's institutional intransigency on our part, or if this is a less well-developed arm of the hub.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We're able to track contact journeys from initial lead gen to returning customer, and respond accordingly
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It's super difficult to make an organizational switch of this magnitude and breadth, but it's been a really good experience for us to move from a hodgepodge of SAS systems with limited visibility to one another, to a single, coherent and integrated system

What do you like best about the product?
It's easy to use, there is great power for leads. I love the workflows and e-mail tracking. I like the integrations.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like some free training (there is paid training) to take more advantage of the tool. I'm sure there are many things I have yet to discover. Workflows can be very powerful but sometimes is hard to understand and use to it's full potential. Business day options between different actions for workflows would be great too (for example to send e-mails).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Helpful one-stop software for social media management

What do you like best about the product?
I am currently managing six active social media accounts for our business. Here is what I find helpful about HubSpot is:
-easy interface to schedule posts and save drafts to work on later
-easy to see upcoming scheduled posts, both in list and calendar format
-easy ability to edit posts
-easy drag and drop feature to upload photos and videos to add to posts
-easy ability to clone posts to use again in upcoming messages (instead of having to create from scratch)
-easy ability to copy posts from one channel to other channels
-easy calendar button & view tools for scheduling
-easy hover view to see what posts are coming up, without having to click and expand the full post
-excellent high-level analytics for all channels
-easy to see high-level analytics on all individual posts
-helpful reminder system via email to remind you of upcoming tasks
-helpful chatbot feature when you have questions
What do you dislike about the product?
-the task and social media calendars are separate
-having to enter a task (like post "x" to social media) related to social media both on the task calendar and on the social media calendar
-inability to upload longer videos to certain channels
-inability to work effectively with the built-in Canva tool (always shuts down and does not save)
-no warning/notification if your posts are not saved - potential to lose your work
-inability to post Stories or videos to Instagram
-does not seem to work with bitly links for analytics
-inability to add an additional comment to a post to create a thread (in Twitter for example)
-not as easy as I would like for accounts on FB to autofill when trying to tag
-no tagging ability on IG
-I am not clear how to create or manage social media advertising through this software
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We need a "one stop shop" to easily create, schedule and measure analytics for social media posts. I need to be able to see everything in one view, which the calendar view does. I need to be able to easily track and compare analytics on multiple channels. I also know there are more opportunities to connect our socials to our business CRM in the future, which we have not explored in great detail but look forward to doing that in the future.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would highly recommend using HubSpot for social media management, especially if you have a CRM system and would like to connect it to other uses.

What do you like best about the product?
I really enjoy having my contacts, emails, landing pages, and workflows in one platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to be able to track MQLs to SQLs. There's no way for me to see how my leads are converting and which leads, but it seems like it should be feasible within the software.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It supports our marketing campaigns and allows us to run many marketing activities in one easy to use platform.

What do you like best about the product?

What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like the fact that I can't export page view history or see page views by Company.

We use HS for lead acquisition, email marketing, and nurturing.
