Easily automate tasks across departments
What do you like best about the product?
I like the ability to customize emails, forms and create automated workflows to decrease the amount of work our Sales department has to do to nurture a lead.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that there is no way to create an automated email without using a template. I would perfer to work from scratch in many situations, in order to custom tailor our marketing communications to our clients based on certain qualifiers. I also wish there was a way to more effectively rotate the contact owner equally, instead of it being randomized. We are often finding that MQLs and SQLs are not being equally divided between the contact owner.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Using the HubSpot Marketing Hub, I've been able to automate more tasks that our Sales department would otherwise have to waste time on, including phone and chat time with customers. The Form flexibility has allowed me to gather pertinent information about our clients and then provide those details directly to our Sales team via the Slack API, so they never miss a lead.

What do you like best about the product?
The system is very user friendly which is great but I think what makes it most powerful is combining it with the other Hubs
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like how you need to update records using Contact and Deal IDs versus a unique Identifier you can define. Made our integration much harder I think.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I've solved so many problems using Hubspot not necessarily just Marketing Hub. But I would say to be specific we solved for offering multiple promotions without our emails are dynamic but still manageable in a module. This allowed us to utilize dynamic content in a module which made scaling offers much easer to manage.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you need a tool that accomplished 90% of what you need Hubspot is great and can be set up easy. It can be whatever you want it to be. We have a very custom Hubspot use case but it can be simple as well. My recommendation would be approach Hubspot not just as a marketing tool but a tool to align all areas of your business if you do it right. It would be silly to say Hubspot is just a marketing tool. It's so much more than that.

Google Chrome Extension is helpful for Sales Professional License holders and general Hubspot users
Easy to integrate with other platforms such as Salesforce, Neverbounce, GoToWebinar, Eventbrite, Triblio, Vidyard, etc.
The new target account feature has been helpful as our team uses ABM more and more

Social Media Marketing Made Easy by HubSpot
What do you like best about the product?
The best thing about HubSpot are the training modules and tips available for new users. The menus are very interactive and easy to navigate. A new user can easily learn and master HubSpot as the single point of marketing activities. And the best part, schedule a post and forget about it. HubSpot is the best tool I have used so far.
What do you dislike about the product?
One feature which would be good to add is the ability to post stories on Instagram and Facebook. With Twitter and LinkedIn also adding similar features, it would good to have this facility. The only irritating feature is the automatic disconnection of social media accounts. This should not be happening with such a high frequency.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm primarily taking care of all my social media marketing activities with HubSpot Marketing Hub. The biggest benefit is the ease of use and scheduling functions for multiple platforms. It has helped me save a lot of time which I have been able to utilize for other marketing activities.
A good experience with HubSpot
What do you like best about the product?
The best about HubSpot is being able to have multiple accounts connected. Also being able to schedule multiple posts and to clone them in different accounts.
What do you dislike about the product?
The thing I dislike the most is not being able to tag people from Linkedin.

I'm able to save time by scheduling the posts in advance.
Easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy that, as a newbie to marketing, that the tools and the builders are easy to use. Reporting is quick and results-driven.

I need to drive more leads. I wish there were more knowledge-based articles on how to do that.

Solving the bandwidth of having to post daily. I am able to build content, schedule it to post, and adjust quickly when needed.

Easy to use and great analytics
What do you like best about the product?
It's so easy to use for any application but I especially enjoy using it for email marketing and social media. Using Hubspot allows us to do everything from one platform vs. using several to get the same functionality. On top of that, the analytics are fantastic. I like that I can easily compare time periods for our social media channels; it makes reporting a breeze.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the social media posting functionality isn't always reliable. There are times where posts can be delayed or just plain don't work.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I like being able to use one platform for everything (emails, social, sequences, workflows, landing pages, etc.) It makes it easy to pull lists for marketing campaigns and the filters can get so granular, making it very effective for targeting.

email campaign, creation of social post to multiple social handles at one go, launching landing page which is super easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
options of landing page is very limited we need to expand theses options in a user friendly manner. And other thing is that in social post, it allows only 15 MB file where as gif file is more than that at times, so need to increase the size upto 70 mb. Also we should see the gif file preview. Workflow creation need to be more easy.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
to gain great partners & acquisitions for the best business quarter on quarter.

Its great to use for the marketing of your products & services with much ease. I would definitely recommend hubspot to global businesses of any LOB (line of business).

What do you like best about the product?
The calendar visual tool for social media planning makes it easy to see where gaps are in my content. You can view an entire month at a time, so you can plan as far ahead as you need to.
I also like having the ability to schedule posts for multiple platforms at once - makes chopping and using captions much easier and quicker.
The platform supports most social media apps, so brands can message all channels from the one tool. You can also save each post by a particular campaign, so you can see via analytics how your campaign has performed over time.

What do you dislike about the product?
The inability to schedule videos for Instagram - these have to be posted manually. You also can't post carousel images on Instagram, so again, these need to be done manually. It would be good if the platform had a notification mode where it sends you an alert when it's time for you to manually upload a video/carousel post.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to schedule content ahead of time is much easier, giving you time to start working on other upcoming campaigns. The easy to view analytics tool also makes it quick to see a summary of how your content is performing.
HubSpot's workflows can trigger webhooks unleashing great opportunities for automation
What do you like best about the product?
Not only can we automate our usual marketing communications, we can expand the automation to physical operational processes. For example, moving deals to a deal stage in HubSpot or changing a property can submit a webhook via a workflow. Another application such as Zapier picks up the webhook and can trigger other actions such as generating personalised labels, printing documents or transferring information to other apps for analytics.
The HubSpot interface is very user-friendly and does not require technical expertise to set up neat and efficient business flows.
Another great feature is being able to update contact or deal records on mass by importing an xlsx file with the deal or contact ID as a reference. The process is intuitive and you can select which columns you would like to import and which property in hubspot each column should push to.

What do you dislike about the product?
Mail attachments in HubSpot are limited to download links rather than real attachments. The default is for these links to expire after time which caused us some issues.

We use HubSpot for our email communications with customers and to trigger physical operational processes via workflows. Deal stages track the progress of an order.
