What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate the ease with which I can conduct our campaigns and maintain reporting.
What do you dislike about the product?
The price creep. Don't use for mass prospecting.

Sales integration & having everything in one place
What do you dislike about the product?
The new blog and email editors aren't great.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sales & marketing collaboration. Using the tool together is improving our efforts.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Make sure you start off the right foot getting your data into HubSpot/integrated with. Data cleanup is a nightmare and support isn't much help on that front.

Makes My Life Easier!

What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot Marketing Hub has been essential in my job. I love how easy it is to schedule all of our social posts in one place. It makes it so much easier than having to go back and forth to all the different social platforms. I also love being able to preview the post before it goes live and being able to schedule out multiple days worth of posts before.
What do you dislike about the product?
Choosing something that needs to be improved is difficult. There really aren't too many bugs or things that I dislike. It would be nice if we could boost posts right from the social page without needing to change over to another section.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot Marketing Hub is solving the issue of not having any centralized data. Since moving to HubSpot, I have been able to do an apples-to-apples comparison of our marketing efforts and see what is making the greatest impact.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
This platform is a great way to centralize everything you're doing in marketing. It's easy enough to use that employees that are not as tech-friendy can use it but also have a significant amount of advanced pieces to be a robust technology if you know how to use it. It is a great way to see how different teams are utilizing the collateral your marketing department is putting out there. The analytics are also right there for you to reference without needing to go to several different places. It really was a game-changer for our organizations marketing.

What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot marketing understands the needs of today's marketers completely. It is an easy to use tool that helps you in automating from simplest to the highly complex processes, delivering accurate results. HubSpot Marketing also offers you a magnificent view of your data that is critical for a niche marketer. Also, the live chat support is a lifesaver who is willing to help you at every point in time.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes (though very rarely), it is hard to reach out to the root of the problem and thus have to some forum and document research.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot Marketing Hub is a core tool that we use in our company to manage all the marketing activities. It is the central point of all the data and information we collect from our customers about them. It is also helpful to keep the entire team on the same page with our marketing efforts.

HubSpot Marketing Hub empowers me to reduce the number of SAAS systems needed to manage my clients inbound marketing efforts.

There is not much to dislike once you roll up your sleeves and dig into the myriad of resources HubSpot makes available.

Easy and powerfull

What do you like best about the product?
the possibility to create any workflow, and having all of the revenue structure inside one platform
What do you dislike about the product?
The dashboards are not perfect, because it's not possible to create analysis via percentage
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We tried to make our sales people answer the minimum of fields as possible, and thanks to the workflows this is possible, it's been very helpfull

Be careful not to create lots of personalised fields

What do you like best about the product?
I love how I am able to schedule posts over the course of weeks! All we ever have left to do is check-in with comments or any other engagement that we may get. I also love how everything is really in one place. Love this tool!
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much to dislike at all. I had some issues opening creating posts however, I got a solution immediately from the Live Chat help.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
-Time-management with scheduling posts.
-The ability to add the correct format of photos for each platform
-Full schedule list available to all my colleagues

Go for it! Saves you a deal of time and it is completely easy to use.

What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot is a great platform that allows me to monitor social media, create website CTAs, and have a snapshot of all activity in one spot. y favourite part of the platform is the social media scheduler. I can schedule all of my content for the month for multiple platforms and then it is displayed in a calendar format. The monitoring is also easy to use, and all platforms are under one tab. The monitor archive also means I can go back in time and check all previous engagements without having to endlessly scroll.
What do you dislike about the product?
One downside of Hubspot is that it takes some time to get used to the platform and the UX can be tricky to navigate. There's a lot the platform can do, which means there is a lot to learn and some room for error when first starting. One thing that would also be nice to have is an option to export a content calendar for the month. This way it would be easy to share with multiple departments across the company without requiring a hubspot log in.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hubspot marketing hub has made it easy for me to manage social media, and CTAs all in one place. It's a platform I check multiple times everyday. While it doesn't allow for me wot create an entire marketing and communications plan, it does play vital role in the process. The landing pages make up a large portion of the company website and Hubspot has made it simpler to navigate that set up.The embedd code for the call-to-actions are priceless when working with the Wordpress site. We use these CTAs in articles, on landing pages and also in email marketing when applicable.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
This is a great platform if you have the time and resources to put in for it to work.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the calendar layout - it's great to be able to see all of your social posts a month out, and to be able to toggle over each and preview. This is especially useful when I'm scheduling weeks in advance and need a quick reminder of what is posting each day!
What do you dislike about the product?
There is very little I dislike. As far as scheduling goes, I hope HubSpot can make an update to post carousels (several photos, or a combination of photos and videos) to Instagram. If I want to post more than one image, I have to do it from my phone.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot Marketing Hub has helped us stay organized and, most importantly, track how we are doing! The analytics have helped us adjust our strategy and try new things. I use primarily the social media tools, but we also use the features for email marketing, as well manage our website through HubSpot.

What do you like best about the product?
Super user-friendly, and the email set-up is the best part. It's also the part I use most frequently. I also love the landing pages and CMS for the rich media/smart content, where you can allocate new content to show for people who have visited or downloaded pieces before. There is SEO guidance built-in, so if you're in need of a simple SEO tool (similar, in my mind, to Moz or SEM Rush), this can replace some other tools.
What do you dislike about the product?
When you need more complex data, workflows, etc., you'll need additional help. In most cases, HubSpot can do it, but we've needed additional development work or additional add-ons for some of the more complicated requests we've had. If you're used to a robust SEO tool like Brightedge, HubSpot will not take its place, but for most other things, there are work-arounds for more complicated asks.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Email marketing, smart content, blogging (and the offers we can control), landing pages for offers, and forms (so many forms!). We're able to collect data and sort it, for the most part, exactly how we need to for targeting.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If this is your first foray into marketing automation, HubSpot is hands-down easiest to work with and set up to get going. If you're 5 years in, HubSpot needs some additional assists to get to where you're going - more APIs/plug-ins, more developer time to get to the data you may want. It's easy to do, but could cost more. For example, once you're past simple workflows, HubSpot's workflows need some help - they're not as easy to navigate when you get to complicated requests. They are, however, consistently improving the tools - workflows, forms, email set-up, landing pages - so what you're looking for may be coming soon. There's also a robust help forum from other users, and their customer service is incredibly responsive (which I value a lot).
