All its tools and features are laid out in an easy-to-use and efficient way so that a newbie can use it with minimal or no training.

The tool and the complexity of features can be overwhelming sometimes

HubSpot makes it easy for me to create and schedule email campaigns in simple and quick steps. Of all the Email marketing tools I used, Hubspot has the simplest and easiest workflow creators.

While it is on the pricier side for enterprises, it is a complete tool for all your CRM, Marketing, and Sales requirements.

What do you like best about the product?
With Hubspot it's easy to monitor the quality of all our marketing operations regardless of the channel they're being conducted in. Hubspot's landing page configuration templates are very comprehensive.
What do you dislike about the product?
The catalog of email templates is too simple. You can't manage predictive sales processes as you can on other marketing and SEO platforms, which shows that Hubspot is not focused on the sales application, but on marketing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hubspot remains one of the best acquisitions when it comes to working with research and market segmentation. We like that it can be applied to achieve high results in marketing analytics and SEO management.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
When it comes to generating an acceptable number of leads to work with and create contracts, Hubspot remains a highly automated service full of communication tools. We recommend it to be able to do market segmentation quickly.

What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot Marketing Hub is great - especially for tracking and understanding your customer journey, and your buyer persona. Their custom chatbot is great to use as well. Of course, Hubspot Marketing has a great many features - including emails, and an email builder, a landing page builder, and more.
What do you dislike about the product?
While the platform is great to use, It is pretty expensive, so it is not great for smaller organizations.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hubspot marketing creates a central database for all customer information, across the organization and is great for analyzing marketing efforts.

If you're looking for a comprehensive marketing platform for a larger organization, Hubspot works great. The price is on the higher side, though so make sure you really are going to need all of the features and functionality.

What do you like best about the product?
I cannot praise HubSpot enough for my fellow product marketers! The data that the tool provides for every piece of communication is invaluable to my job. The tool is simple enough for me to do exactly what I need, and if I ever need to make some modification to a template, I'm able to do so without any background in code. It's this combination of simplicity and breadth of features that really helps HubSpot standout.
Unlike other bloated marketing automation or CRM tools, the HubSpot design team really knows how to put their users front and center. It's a beautifully designed software that puts what matters front and center.
I also have to give kudos to the product team at HubSpot. The throughput in which they push out new features is impressive given the massive scale and complexity of the product. They have a roadmap and they deliver on it!

The data that you can get from HubSpot is robust, but I do wish there were easier methods to cut data at the user level.

HubSpot allows the Marketing and Design teams to collectively manage our company's marketing site and it's information architecture. We can quickly spin-up landing pages, blog posts, eBooks, and so much more!
