User Friendly Marketing Automation Platform
What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot has a high usability due to intuitive handling and fast & reliable Support. Mailings, landingpages and workflows can be created quickly without the need for much prior knowledge.
What do you dislike about the product?
Subfolders cannot be created in some areas (e.g. workflows)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have successfully implemented marketing automation in our company and now. Thanks to HubSpot, we need fewer tools to analyze the performance of our marketing activities.
Incredible Marketing Tool
What do you like best about the product?
I love how interconnected features are for campaigns. From email campaigns to social media posts, landing pages to contact forms, we can tie all our marketing efforts to the same campaign then analyze results. Plus they seamlessly connect to our contacts.
I also love HubSpot's educational materials. From blog posts to the annual INBOUND conference, HubSpot training is top-notch!

What do you dislike about the product?
Wish there was an easier way to see the images tied to an add when analyzing performance. Same with previewing social posts on the calendar view.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Integration of our marketing efforts and campaign tracking. Also above mentioned benefits of education and training.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I highly recommend HubSpot to any midsize to large companies as marketing tool that offers nearly everything you need in one place! I would recommend to small businesses and nonprofits too if budget allows. An amazing product that really helps scale marketing efforts seamlessly. Plus, the educational materials and opportunities are phenomenal.
Utilitarian all-in-one
What do you like best about the product?
I am not a marketer - no formal education or training - but Hubspot makes it relatively easy (and they have a lot of free trainings and knowledge articles) to execute all marketing functions in one place. I use Hubspot for our CMS (website), CRM, and email marketing. I work at a small nonprofit without a dedicated marketing team so it's essential to me that all of this lives in one place and is easy to figure out.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm not a marketer and I'm *definitely* not a web developer but I have found the CMS (website) part of hubspot not as easy to use as I'd like. We migrated our website from Wordpress to Hubspot and that process was quick but not done with the user in mind - they just took everything and plopped it into an inflexible framework that took a year to get used to working around. I had to hire multiple contractors to try to make what I would think to be basic changes to the website. In the 2 years since this happened, the CMS has improved - like making it easier to add a column to a web page or email - but it's still not easy to do relatively simple things like center an image inside of a container or create a banner that is appropriately sized on desktop and mobile.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm underutilizing all the capabilities of the marketing hub. But what I am using - building and sending mass emails, creating workflows based on form submissions as well as the related auto emails - has been easy and useful. The problems we are solving including maintaining accurate, segmented lists and sending emails based on content engagement and other analytics.
A "must-have" tool of every marketer
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use and effective. I like that you can create highly customizable workflows. The tool is always improving and it´s very intuitive. Their support team is always willing to help.
The tool is great to track every campaign. I have found that the data is precise and so taking decisions and improving our inbound strategy is easier.

What do you dislike about the product?
I do a lot of design work and to me, the design capabilities are limited and yet to be improved. Especially for landing pages, there's not much you can do when it comes to design features the templates are simple.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having a proper email marketing automation with proper workflows was one of the most important things that we were able to solve. Also, we needed a good solution for creating effective landing pages.
All in one Digital Marketing Tool
What do you like best about the product?
The fact that I can perform Email, Ads, Social Media, Conversational, and other marketing activities - all from one platform - HubSpot - with clear visibility of what is working and what not - for me, this is what I like the best.
What do you dislike about the product?
You need time to get to know and use all the features because there are so many and within each there are sub-features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Email marketing, Camping tracking, Converting offers, Blog, Landing Pages, Lead generation, Lead nurture, Digital Marketing analysis, and reporting...
Recommendations to others considering the product:
HubSpot Marketing Hub will facilitate your day to day work if you are a Marketing Manager. It will give you all the necessary tools to do your job easier and if you use all the features (HubSpot Academy, A/B testing, tracking, analysis, and reporting) you will do your job even better.
Constantly improving platform but still missing some of the basics
What do you like best about the product?
Multiple pricing tiers to accommodate your business as it grows. Their all in one feature set (landing pages, CRM, email automation, ad integration) allows you to cut down on the number of vendors you need to integrate into your workflow. Hubspot is also making constant improvements to the platform, often based on user feedback. Their support is very responsive and there's a large community of users who are also eager to offer tips, solutions, and workarounds in the community forums.
What do you dislike about the product?
Campaign management is overly simplistic. Ad integration is missing some functionality in order to be able to fully utilize it. Calculated fields technically exist but are superficial in their implementation (only numerical fields) and don't allow for conditional logic. Administrative functionality is lacking in some important areas like being able to manage signatures across users. Form functionality only allows for very basic logic.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hubspot allows us to manage our marketing lists well, utilizing dynamic list creation based on filters, workflows that update records automatically, and dynamic email templates for customized messaging. The Salesforce integration is helpful because that is our database of record.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you require custom objects, that functionality is in its infancy. Though it'll likely be improved, as of this writing (Dec 2020) custom objects cannot be created through the front end and must be done through the API.
In pricing out the service, make sure you're aware of the included features with each tier. Much of the new functionality added to the service is only added at the highest tier.

Easy to Use, Fairly Robust, Great Academy
What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot is an easy-to-use marketing hub, with fully-customizable templates when needed for websites, landing pages, emails, and more. Their Academy will help to get you up to speed with proprietary code types, analytics, and more.
What do you dislike about the product?
HubSpot's automation leaves a lot to be desired.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We're a very small Marketing team, and we're able to manage several brands and a robust website without a dedicated developer.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
This is a great solution for a small team that's front-end savvy.
Everything in one place!
What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot Marketing Hub has been a game changer, particularly when used in conjunction with the Sales Hub. I can schedule and review social media posts, send newsletters and email campaigns, create well-designed forms and landing pages, track our website analytics, and improve our sales/marketing alignment, all within a single platform. It has saved me tons of time clicking back and forth between windows and keeps all of our data in a single place where it's easy to track and see where we are doing well and where we can improve.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some limitations within the design tools. I would like a little more flexibility with landing page creation than what is currently offered, but I am still able to create well-designed and effective pages, even if I can't always accomplish exactly what I had envisioned.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have consolidated a lot of the tools we were previously using and are able to do most of those tasks through HubSpot. We utilize the forms and landing pages more than most other tools in the platform. We are still relatively new to the system and will continue to unlock its full potential as we go, I'm sure, but it has been a huge asset for time management and efficiency. I also love that it is integrated with most of the other tools that we utilize (Wordpress, Slack, G Suite, etc.).
Great for Automation
What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot Marketing Hub is great for automating workflows and syncing ad accounts to the marketing automation platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
HubSpot Marketing Hub can be expensive when you get to the professional and enterprise levels.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot Marketing Hub enables my team to sync leads from other sources and segment them to be able to market to them more effectively.
User Friendly
What do you like best about the product?
It's a user friendly platform, which allows the experience to be quite enjoyable.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some updates done recently on how some features of the platform look like.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Implementation of LP, TYP and emails. The overview of results is super easy to see.
