Great tool for implementing an Inbound Marketing Strategy
What do you like best about the product?
There's always information for any doubts you might have in the road, it is also constantly getting improvements and enhancements thought for the specialists working on it and the needs they might have. The flexibility of the tool is also important to mention, you might be a rookie or an expert on it and either way it's easy to use and understand...of course the more you use it and understand it, the better control you have of it and you make the most of it.
It's a very agile tool, where you can do A/B testing in just a few movements or create a new campaign really fast and easy. It has a very complex (yet intuitive) structure where everything is organized and reachable.

What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes when the tool has a new version, it doesn't give you a tour or some tips of what has changed...so its sometimes a bit hard to catch up and get used to the new functionalities and interface. Also, when you want to make a personalized intervention (for example include some HTML code) it doesn't integrate fully right.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Inbound Marketing Strategy. Getting landing pages from scratch to get new leads, making curated data bases, setting the best workflows for each pack of leads, creating engaging mailings with intuitive tools for non-designers.
Getting new products into the market and empathizing with the users by giving them information of the products they're already interested in.

Recommendations to others considering the product:
I've tried many different tools for implementing Inbound Marketing, Hubspot has been the one that has the most robust structure / most complex yet easy usage / the most extensive catalogue for landing pages and mailing templates. The price might be high, but its totally worth it.

What do you like best about the product?
It's easy to use, you have all the necessary marketing tools at hand. No need to go back and forth. No need to choose several different marketing platforms because HubSpot offers all the necessary tools.
What do you dislike about the product?
I like all the aspects of HubSpot. Except for the loading. Sometimes the marketing Hub takes too long to load
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use it for marketing purposes of our company. We schedule our social media content, we create landing pages, forms, email marketing campaigns.
Innovative Marketing Tools w/ Outstanding Reporting Capabilities
What do you like best about the product?
A month after migrating our site onto Hubspot's platform, I still find something new and useful everyday. I especially enjoy the lead notification capabilities, how they integrate with Slack, and the ability to report from nearly any angle you can think of. Definitely provides metric-based content strategy and inbound activity guidance on a consistent basis.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing considerable to speak of. I was initially frustrated with some of the website WYSIWYG Editor's idiosyncrasies... but that lasted about a day and I just needed to get used to them. Now I prefer HubSpot's editing tools to CMS platforms I've used in the past.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hubspot makes it far easier to trace leads back to channel source than ever before. The CRM and related account information capabilities are second-to-none. The reporting dashboard customization ability is extensive. The article/post/page-specific metric readout at the bottom of each main editable area is efficient and very convenient.
All-in-one marketing platform
What do you like best about the product?
The biggest benefit of HubSpot by far is having all your marketing tools in one place, making it easier to manage your assets and contact information, as well as reducing the additional risk, cost and admin that come with using a combination of different third party tools to achieve your marketing needs.
Instant support is available through phone, email or online chat. The academy provides useful videos on how to use the different tools and you can usually find answers to your questions in the community forum. There are also plenty of blog posts that provide how-to guides on all the different bits of functionality.
The interface is very user friendly and easy to navigate.

What do you dislike about the product?
Reporting on email performance is limited so I am currently exporting data to a spreadsheet in order to report on the specific metrics we need.
Another limitation is the way folders are organised within the different areas - landing pages and emails can be organised into sub folders but you can’t have sub folders within forms and workflows.
Also, it’s possible to view the number of times someone opens an email but this info can’t be extracted and would be very useful info for lead scoring and retargeting. That said, if there is a feature missing that you need, you’ll usually find someone else who has requested the same feature in the community hub, and it’s possible to up-vote the idea. If there are sufficient up-votes, the idea will be considered for development.

Marketing automation to improve our comms and make processes more efficient. Compared to other platforms, HubSpot is a very flexible and powerful marketing automation tool.
The best Marketing Platform Ever
What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot Marketing Hub is absolutely the best Marketing platform I have ever encountered. All of Hubspot's features, not just Marketing Hub, is the best. Hubspot's Marketing Hub is an absolute package of Marketing - from emails to get more leads all the way to reports of how effective your marketing is, Hubspot will surely deliver you what you EXACTLY you need for your organization. They even have complete and effective training materials for every feature. We have started using Hubspot since the launch of our company, and it was definitely a huge help for my team to start getting leads. I love Hubspot!
What do you dislike about the product?
So far, nothing at all. Every Hubspot features work for my team and the Hubspot team is very attendant to us whenever we need help, or if we ever encounter any issues.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We only started our company a while ago. We have absolutely no leads as we only got started. Now, with the Marketing Hub, we acquired leads that have been adequate for us to keep running as a company. These leads have been acquired by marketing emails, landing pages, and social media posts that are the main features of the Marketing Hub.
One of the Best Marketing Tools
What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot Marketing Hub is simple and easy to use while delivering exceptional features to build your marketing campaigns. From the lead capture forms to the analytics and data, I love using Hubspot for tracking how well a campaign is doing and gives me insights on what parts of the campaign that needs to improve.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not too many downsides besides the manual cleanup that comes with creating too many forms. I wish there was a bulk select option that allows you to view all the landing pages and forms to organize better.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For email marketing, it allows me to track how well my emails are performing and which clicks are better. I have been creating a lot of landing pages and love the template features which makes everything uniformed and organized.
Built-In Analytics = Smart Blogging and Emailing
What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot Marketing Hub has built-in analytics that make it easy for me to analyze all of my various content pieces and email campaigns. The blogging tool is incredibly easy and intuitive to use, as well as the email creator.
What do you dislike about the product?
There seems to be a disconnect at times between what my Google Web Analytics tells me, what Hubspot tells me, and what other advertising hubs tell me (like LinkedIn, for example). My web developer often has to be utilized for any customization in emails and landing pages as well. I wish I could "do it all" myself with no coding required.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Coming from a WordPress and MailChimp background, it's so nice to have everything I need all in one place. I have full visibility on all marketing activities, so I am able to make quick data-driven decisions to adjust my campaigns and strategies as needed.

Hubspot Marketing Hub is the perfect solution for small to mid-size teams who are growing at a rapid pace.
My Go-To Resource for Blogs, Landing Pages, Social, and More
What do you like best about the product?
I was previously using a different marketing software, but found HubSpot incredibly intuitive when I was training and getting ramped up. If you learn something once in HubSpot, it's clear and you know how to do it again in the future. I also greatly appreciate the support HubSpot provides - they're quick to respond, friendly, and efficient.
What do you dislike about the product?
The way HubSpot chooses to phase out legacy things (i.e. email templates, the draft mode for blog posts, etc.). I wish everything could stay in a specific format/template if we like it!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm using it for our corporate blog, to create landing pages for our content campaigns, to track campaigns, for emails, social media, and more. A huge benefit is having everything under one roof!
Intuitive and easy tool for fast development and landing page production.
What do you like best about the product?
I really love that hubspot uses a local programing language that allows you to interact with the html structure based on users selections inside a website, landing page, mail editor, etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
What i dislike of hubspot is the accesibility to files or folders while i ended to edit a landing page, like if i exit the editor i lose the order where i started editing landing pages one by one or is just hard to access a folder again and clicking again the number on the page result.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me with my development code, for example when i need to do some logic on javascript but sometimes there's a moment where i don't know how to solve the problem so i realize that Hubl has a logic side when i need it.
Friendly, data-focused marketing software hub great for learning
What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot is one of the very first CRM softwares I've worked with in my marketing career, and I found it incredibly user-friendly. Between the huddles, educational content videos, and tutorial content, I have learned how to optimize and track my work in new ways through this software. I appreciate the communicative linkage between projects.
What do you dislike about the product?
At times I wish the options and templates were more customizable. While simple to get started and oriented once I found my footing, I later wished that I could take slightly more control over the communication and translations between marketing and sales teams. For example, connecting email newsletters and blog updates more closely and more intuitively would be useful to aggregate that data.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I've been able to track the success of our email newsletters and am currently conducting a data analysis on how to improve those emails for the new year through the email tracking dashboards. This information has emphasized the importance of A/B testing and continually iterating on work and communications in order to achieve the highest success rates!
