What do you like best about the product?
I love the fact that all of the tools in Marketing Hub complement one another. It makes it extra quick to set up campaigns and make sure that everything is accurately being tracked. For example, if I'm creating a new campaign, then bringing in its associated landing pages, forms, calls-to-actions, emails (as well as any other assets) is really easy to stay on top of as I can have them all associated under the same campaign, which makes it really easy to not only find them all at a later date but it makes it really easy to build consistent reports for all of them too.
What do you dislike about the product?
The main downside that I can think of is that sometimes a find the folder system a little counter-intuitive. Like, the folder system works fine but it doesn't feel as smooth or quite as easy as other systems, so sometimes that's a little annoying as it feels like it can take a little longer to find certain assets.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I think the main problem we've solved is having reporting visibility on each step of our campaign. HubSpot has really helped us to attribute the value of certain deals to certain marketing activities, and align particular elements of a deal's timeline with the appropriate marketing campaigns and initiatives.

Easy to use & intuitive landing page builder

What do you like best about the product?
Incredible market place with great templates for free that actually help my company convert visitors into very qualified leads (most of them are get pricing / get demo landing pages). It's great to work with the HubSpot landing pages, since I rarely need the help of developers. I feel very autonomous to do things on my own.
What do you dislike about the product?
Somethings I struggle with the Design Manager, but that's okay. I've learned so many things so far :)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Right now, we're not experiencing any issues.

Coudl improve the analytical side of the tool -having the change to analyse and segment the leads that we generate via the marketing actions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
All marketing automation problems are solved via Hubspot. Benefits are: being more efficient, quick and i've improved my marketing skills

Great tool to start your marketing actions and be able to control your results.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that the Marketing Hub does seamlessly integrate with our CRM and we are able to make strategic and targeted marketing decisions based on user actions. It has been a valuable tool from a contact conversion standpoint.
What do you dislike about the product?
The marketing hub itself does not provide extensive or effective design tools where web and email design is concerned. I’m largely unimpressed by the design options made available within the core tools that hubspot provides. While additional modules and templates can be purchased to integrate into HS, many of the features that come stock in other web applications require purchasing in HS.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The marketing hub has helped our team to better actualiza the marketing strategy that we have in the web and email space. While it isn’t the ideal tool for our creative team, the marketing parameters included within HS have served their purpose adequately.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how they update you with your analytics directly to your email. It makes it very easy to keep track of any accounts that you want to connect to Hubspot.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes I find that the numbers are slightly different than if you look directly at your accounts. Some of the leads get messy sometimes depending on how closely you monitor them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We send emails to all of our contacts through here. It makes creating lists incredibly easy and when you have multiple contacts for one person, it is easy to dedupe them in Hubspot.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I haven't looked back from when I started using it. Everything you need in one place!

What do you like best about the product?
As a company that relies on establishing good client relations, we utilize HubSpot as a comprehensive CRM solution for marketing, sales and outreach efforts. One of the most impressive aspects of HubSpot is its analytics capabilities. You can effectively measure website leads and visitors, monitor traffic and keep a good track of new clients together with all the relevant data that's needed to create good marketing strategies. The dashboard design and interface are quite easy to use/understand, making Hubspot a user-friendly option.
What do you dislike about the product?
The learning curve for some of the functions can be a little steep. Utilizing reports, creating complex landing pages or incorporating data into campaigns can be slightly challenging for newcomers. With that said, it doesn't take too long to learn your way around HubSpot.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We've managed to take a more strategic/integrated approach to marketing and client management. Before using HubSpot, my team and I had not really wrapped our heads around using data and analytics to refine and execute effective campaigns. Now, it's much easier to do all the important things that we missed out on for so long.

What do you like best about the product?
it is very user friendly, their resource hub and community to solve any issue is amazing!
What do you dislike about the product?
I would love our acc. manager to give more support or invite us to specific trainings of the tool updates, it would be great for keeping us updated with any innovation in features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
our main marketing automation tool, we are exploring all the uses but lead routing and sync with salesforce is the main use

Horrible Renewal Sales Process

What do you like best about the product?
The platform it's self is great. We're able to do nearly everything we need in workflows without use of zapier.
What do you dislike about the product?
Renewal sales process has been a miserable experience. We are in the B2B events industry and hit very hard by COVID and our Hubspot rep has been aggressively negotiating to increase our rate for the exact same services. Our initial contract did have a 56% discount off sticker prices so I'm not really surprised at the methods they are using for renewal but asking a company to increase their spend for the exact same services on a historic bad revenue down year for our industry isn't right.

I have wasted so much time going back and forth by email (Not once have they offered to schedule a call to understand the position my business is in and the current needs of our organization) and it's become very obvious the ONLY thing they care about is getting a renewal contract signed with an increase over the previous contract.

They have not once asked anything about our business, or even tried to dig in and see if there is any value that HubSpot could add to justify the 10x cost over something like ActiveCampaign or even simply justifying the removal of the sweetheart deal (56% discount).

I truly hope that we just managed to get a terrible renewal manager and that the rest of Hubspot doesn't treat their customers as transaction as ours has. We have decided to move on from Hubspot and will not be returning.
