The mobile app does not work as we expect it to, but they said they're working on making it better

Recommendations to others considering the product:
We used to use Salesforce to manage our contacts, but that's not really its intended use. HubSpot is a much better alternative, and does so much more.

What do you like best about the product?
The Hubspot Marketing software has managed to influence a conformation of sales traffic, where its file sharing was balanced and very well structured as it belonged to the centralized change order of campaign settings of my company, configuring opening times of encrypted channels, positioning techniques of control of organizational frequencies of campaigns, formation of contents enriched with technical positioning, consulting for delivery of forms, personalized attention to the user, systematization of production response, definition of customer data, advanced computer arrangements were driven by the integration relationship of this software.
What do you dislike about the product?
The actions of downloading encryption of data area codes belonging to hubspot marketing do not correspond due to an error in its algorithm positioning, which usually does not equip the system with the most enveloping updates of the commercial sales system, so some indications cannot be made at the right time because the tools enabled by the software are not available, so its action of correcting damaged sectors with defective encoding s must be configured in a better way to achieve the separation of the sales procedures directed by the user to establish precise financial adjustment orders.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hubspot has been the most widely used program in my programming by supporting product management analysis, simplified sales execution progress measurement systematization's, business growth markups, proven automated assistance acknowledgements, representative marketing advisories, implementation of successful business referrals, use of accurate web forms, prioritized instant messaging follow-ups, account transfer negotiations, affirmation of technical support for margin meetings, document import management with backup security responsibility were exercised by my team during the use of this online shopping help program.

Creating email campaigns is very easy.
Only 1 version needs to be created and the HTML & text version is automatically created from that.
Emails can be scheduled as per local time of recipients.
Analytics are pretty good.

While creating social posts, the number if characters left should be displayed in numbers.

Our earlier marketing tool used for email campaigns had a lot of limitations. We are using Hubspot for email campaigns & social media management.
It's very easy to learn & use, very intuitive. It has reduced time to create & launch marketing campaigns.

Great SMB Software & Enterprise Marketing Tool
What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy Hubspot is to design email templates and create forms.
What do you dislike about the product?
Hubspot does not integrate its marketing hub well with other leading CRMs - not all data can sync well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hubspot allows us to automate and distribute our marketing collateral to our network.

I like how it's friendly to use and it integrates well witht he website
What do you dislike about the product?
No true email nurturing feature. In order to get the true functionality of Hubspot you need to kind of be bought into their whole package. However, their Salesforce integration is pretty impressive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
B/c our CMS is on Hubspot, the integration is pretty seamless.
Simple to use and perfect for the dabbling marketer
What do you like best about the product?
What I like most about Hubspot is the way it is organized. My company has about 5 different departments using hubspot, so it's great that they make it so easy to know where to go to access what you need. I love that you can set up campaigns and tag your different marketing efforts to whichever corresponds. It makes it easier to see what the ROI is for each venture. I also like how robust the analytics are. I can't think of another software that lets to see analytics for social media, web pages, emails campaigns, etc. all in one place. The Marketing Hub Academy is also awesome. On top of just teaching you how to do things in Hubspot, they also offer some great marketing strategy tips and advice.
What do you dislike about the product?
One thing I dislike is the social media functionality. I think it could be a bit more robust. For instance, not being able to post multiple photos to instagram and being limited on the photo amount for the other platforms is a drag.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The main problem I am solving is consolidation and visibility. With hubspot, everyone on my team can see what is being done and get immediate analytics regarding marketing campaigns, etc. We have sales people, web developers, customer service teams, account managers and analysts all in one place which is amazing. Collaboration is much easier with hubspot.

I think Marketing Hub is best for those that have some knowledge of how a CRM works.
A solid product with some unfortunate missing pieces
What do you like best about the product?
The best part is the simplicity of the product, it's straight forward to use, and the functionality is all well laid out.
What do you dislike about the product?
The missing features. Core needs like a workflow that can loop within a field to check for multiple criteria do not exist, and there are essentially no workarounds. It feels, like HubSpot's support center, like a product that was started, but not finished before moving onto the next piece.

We're handling the majority of our marketing emails and general CRM. Biggest benefit is being able to scale and automate marketing.

The best email marketing tool I've ever used
What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot has an excellent user experience and is very intuitive. I have used many email marketing tools over the years that took a lot of user training to figure out, but HubSpot was so easy to jump into from day one. It has so many features and capabilities that make it a truly complete marketing hub.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find the reporting feature is a bit more complex than other HubSpot tools, so I sometimes have to work with the support team to create the reports I need.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I save so much time with HubSpot's email marketing and workflow capabilities. It allows me to create emails so quickly and easily automate them.
