What do you like best about the product?
Once there is a strategy, get it done in an automated way, just wait for the results to come.

Hubspot helps for not wasting time in doing manual approach and above all, register all activity automatic no worrying about forgetting to copy the work's team, manage through projects, assign activities to the team, generate campaigns and add assets to keep control on exactly what is helping the campaign and what is not helping at all, create active lists depending on filters to control.

Make internal workflows to review if the properties of a leads are complete enough or not, let your team or adjust the properties in an automatic way
What do you dislike about the product?
Not able to stop workflows automatic when an email marketing is responded and not being able to send in a personal and different throttle depending on campaign, activity or engagement of the leads.

Not being able to have specific reports for social content, like time scheduled effective, or to compare one instagram account with a facebook account in terms of reactions, shares, visibility, etc

The connection with sales navigator is limited and you have to work outside hubspot, also there is no direct connection with linkedin inbox

Not connection to youtube or newest social networks
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Set a path for your leads, (prospects or customers) set the communication and the time, and let the tool to take care of the communications, while you think how to grow your business.

Free your team and get them to work on the things that matter not typing all day, copying and pasting responses or calculating scores

Make workflows to automatic have leads responding your marketing messages, increase or decrease your own internal score to know where a lead is warm enough, create your own properties to define your different buyer persona

Having individual and team KPIs just a click away

Email templates for specific users of the whole team, and having all documents, images and videos available in a central location for the whole team

What do you like best about the product?
The platform of HubSpot is very intuitive and has all my company need for making, email marketing, calcification, and automation in a very intuitive application, it’s a very awesome look at how can put many functionalities in an app if don’t lose the user experience.

Hubspot the curve of learning in hubpsot it’s incremental, the beginner user can prove the initial functionalities and late 1 year continue discovering new applications or new functionalities for make more rich the experience.
What do you dislike about the product?
It’s clear to the focus on Hubspot is on marketing automation, your CRM not it’s bad but they can improve making Querys more fast I thing can work more in the reports.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hubspot solver the problem of constant communication multichannel with our customers and centralize all the resources in a single page.

Hubspot is very long application, the very hack for learn and explore all your potential it's make the certification of Hubspot academy.

What do you like best about the product?
Workflows are the most helpful feature. They allow you to standardize emails to your entire contact list and saves you the hassle of individually emailing everyone.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes, it is difficult to move around within the workflows. They are only allowed in a certain way so it can be difficult to navigate and try new things you assume would be implemented in the feature.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am creating email workflows for different sections of our target industries. It's been easier to view significant KPI's and seeing which pieces of content our leads engage with the most.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Do the HubSpot courses - they help! And don't be afraid to call support :)

What do you like best about the product?
I like the ease of use, landing pages creation, social management tool is also enough for need of our software business social media activities.
What do you dislike about the product?
I am still struggling with generating reports and dashboards. Also support is very slow, usually they are offline.

What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot Marketing is really easy and intuitive. It's quick and easy to create distribution list and send out emails to the contacts who really matter.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some email service providers have blocked emails from us, although the recipient has asked to receive these and I just can't seem to get the emails through without asking for a new email address.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot is really customisable and we have been able to create very business-specific properties. This allows us to have all the information in one place. HubSpot is so much more than a great marketing platform!
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Better than any tool we've used so far because we are able to keep our information in one place. The support team is really quick to help with any issues or queries. HubSpot has changed the way we operate. What's great is that - more than a marketing tool (which is so easy to use) - we are able to have an overview of each contact and any activity related to that contact. Meaning, all staff are on the same page without having to follow up all the time. Did I mention how easy the Marketing Tool is?

What do you like best about the product?
Can track the whole customer/ web-visitor journey; create landing pages, directly run and monitor fb/ google ads through it
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing as of now. all good . so far the best. Earlier we were using zoho marketing hub, but Hubspot marketing hub is the best of the all

What do you like best about the product?
I like the ability to easily create highly customizable workflows that allow us to power our lead routing automations. Our forms capture an adequate amount of information on our leads, we look for key metrics to determine which sales team we would like to route those leads to, as well as which don't look like a fit for our sales process, and treat them accordingly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Reporting can be difficult at times. There isn't as much flexibility as I would generally like, but for the most part HubSpot has been releasing more complicated reporting this year. The hardest part is the ability to report in an 'and/or' conditional way. You end up needing to build multiple reports, export them and merge them together.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are using the HubSpot Marketing Hub to capture all of our 'Get A Demo' form submissions, enriching the information, and in some cases using HubSpot insights fields to do it, and then routing our leads directly to our sales team for them to reach out. The benefits have been we now respond to 100% of our leads, in one way shape or form, and have a median response time of under an hour.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
The integration with the HubSpot CRM is very seamless and allows us to route our leads easily and efficiently. I would recommend considering the CRM as part of the integration, it's also a very user friendly CRM for sales people.

Free Well-Rounded Marketing Hub

What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot is free for most of the basic marketing needs. We used HubSpot for marketing in the new and upcoming West Coast Arena Football league. As we were met with the pandemic before we could even start our season, we had top find ways where we could keep expenses to a bare minimum. HubSpot gave us a great deal of value in our marketing efforts without having to spend a lot. At the same time, we are able to do marketing at the comforts and safety of our homes! I specially love the email marketing -- a lot better than the old-fashioned mass email (mail merge) feature of Microsoft office. Plus the fact that it is license-free.
What do you dislike about the product?
Most features are limited in the free version. They showcase such features but of course, will only be activated with payment - which is fine since this is how their income flows in, I suppose. Also, the email we sed out has HubSpot ads at the bottom.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We needed an inexpensive way to market our new and upcoming arena football league. HubSpot has given us a tool to do just that. We were able to keep a collection of contacts, share them among team members, and be able to reach out to each contact with the history of what and when communication transpired with each one.
