Many improvements made over the last few months – very happy!
What do you like best about the product?
The new drag and drop editor template for emails is great and so much faster! The comment tool on emails are also very beneficial when collaborating on a project and keeping data and markups in one concise place to see the history of that particular email. We also love the social scheduler to keep track of all social media posts. Another huge sell for us on this software is the seamless sync with Salesforce. All of the recent updates have been great ones!!
What do you dislike about the product?
HubSpot tends to go down often and we have lost data a few times but it seems to have gotten better. I wish we still had a designated CSR rather than a random team who doesn't always know our account all that well. I have been very impressed the last 6-12 months with HubSpot's updates and have much less to complain about than I would have prior years using it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Engaging customers, agents, and employees is the main benefit. We utilize the targeted lists each time we send an email that our old software didn't offer. More brand awareness. More collaboration on our internal team with the use of HubSpot. We are also able to generate meaningful reports on marketing data, usage, and more.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It's a no brainer when compared to many other similar marketing hubs. It checks all the boxes.
Very useful tool
What do you like best about the product?
very useful and intuitive tool for a Business development team. Since we performed an API integration between our database and Hubspot, we started using it properly. We could deliver amazing results in onboarding our customers.
What do you dislike about the product?
Graphics and email templates could be improved

The Hub is no Flub!
What do you like best about the product?
The Hub is very intuitive. If there is something that you're hoping for it to do chances are pretty good that it allows you to do so. Recently I built numerous workflows to kick off a lead process which included scoring and rating. With custom properties I was able to craft the process exactly as I proposed to sales and set it live without flaw. The Hub us set up in manner that makes sense navigationally, and HubSpot continues to make improvements.
What do you dislike about the product?
The one area that I would like to see improved within the Hub is reporting within the workflows. I would like to be able to export performance and history analytics straight from the module. Other than that, I am satisfied with the Hub as a whole.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Prior to HubSpot all digital activities was actioned in multiple platforms (Unbounce, Mailchimp, Zapier, Wordpress), HubSpot has allowed our company to consolidate marketing activities to just one true automation platform, including a web hosting, which will be transitioning from Wordpress to HubSpot come the new year. 2021.
Almost perfect in every way
What do you like best about the product?
It's easy to use and import new contacts. They have a ton of resources available in their library. Tech support is quick and helpful. HubSpot integrates with almost everything out there.
What do you dislike about the product?
The onboarding period is not flexible. I work for a firm that had multiple things going on and my onboarding period expired. When I asked how this could be extended, I did not like the answers I got.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Connecting leads to the sales team. Understanding the flow of the contact from prospect to paying customer. Giving them deals that make sense for their particular situation. Still implementing so benefits are not quite known at this time.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Everything has been great, except for the brief onboarding period. I wish we had more time with that person.
Great marketing hub for a small-to-midsize company
What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot does a fantastic job with their user-interface allowing a one-stop shop to go anywhere you need within your overall marketing funnel. It also has a lot of integration partners, making it very seamless to integrate with systems you are already using.
What do you dislike about the product?
The CMS portion (website) is a little cumbersome to use and requires definite knowledge of web dev. It would be nice if there were suggested use cases for the process when using landing pages, sending marketing emails, and setting up campaigns. We had to pretty much set up a process that worked for us, but question if we are using it to its potential or have steps in our workflow that are not as efficient as they could be.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have been able to fully incorporate a lead generation and lead processing workflow through our integration with Hubspot and Salesforce. I love how immediate the connection is and the control Hubspot allows for data that is used, transferred, and displayed.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Great product for a small or large marketing team!
Hubspot is a good tool to do marketing digital
What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot is a "hub" with many helpful features.. I like most "email feature", because its very easy to use (test AB feature is amazing) and we can organize our communication in folder. I like to "connect" with others app and others teams (like mkt and sales)
Theoretically list import is widely used, and sending emails by automatic workflow is widely used.
creation of landing pages with embedded forms, and even more emails triggered according to the interaction with the form, are also well used

What do you dislike about the product?
Its OK.. recently happens some "bug" in our account, but is OK now!
But what bothers me is that the good features of the Hubspot are good, but there are some features that are very "weak", that is, chatbot does not compare to the intercom or drift, or even for a long time that the hubspot has not shown itself giving next steps in relation to the market

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Essencially Email Feature.. We send a lot of emails and use Test AB in our sending emails proceess..
We are exploring Lead Score feature to improve our conversion rate on our websites.
Lp builder and workflows to send automatic emails, we use too

Very powerful tool
What do you like best about the product?
I think it's good how you can track behavior on a marketing email. It also automatically prints a list of hardbounces. The E-Mail Builder overall is also very good. You can send emails with the signatures of the contact owners, so it looks less newsletter-like.
But the most powerful tool is workflows. You can automate a lot of processes

What do you dislike about the product?
The LinkedIn HubSpot Connection is awfull. And some self-evident functions are not HubSpot comprehensive.
The ad function is just OK and needs to improve in future.
The ad function is just OK and needs to improve in future.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In general HubSpot actually connects marketing with sales, and service as well. Its more than junst a CRM. You've gote the seamless interfaces between those desciplines.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
You can use the free version at first and then decide if you need the paid one. The free version already delivers a bunch of funcitons.
Pricey, but brilliant with a few rough edges
What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot automated workflows are easy to set up and highly configurable. The marketing tools are also quite simple to use, especially email
What do you dislike about the product?
Some property level configs need to be more user-friendly. Some marketing tools aren't quite there yet, such as advertising
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We're running our B2C, B2B and Affinity business lines all on Hubspot. Allows us to concentrate all our efforts on one platform. We also use Zapier a lot to move data in and out of Hubspot
Convenient 3rd party poster.
What do you like best about the product?
It's easy to use and let's you know if there is a problem. That way you don't have to wait for a bounce notice.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be awkward to mass edit. Sometimes you get the formatting all done for 3 platforms, THEN you catch that typo and have to go back to each one. Also, the preview panel resets the posting scheduler.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Multi-posting. Straight up that's what I am using it for, at this time. I do monitor client accounts, as well. Hubspot makes pretty reports.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Make 1 post to one platform, then hit the button to copy to a 2nd platform. Easy as that. I like to start with Twitter, as that's the smallest character cap. Then I expand for Facebook, etc.
All-in-One-Stop Shopping
What do you like best about the product?
I like the ability to post socials, create blogs, landing pages, and track engagement for campaigns all in one place. I like it when I have a question, I can reach out via chat and talk to a real person to get my answer. On a number of occasions, the tech support people have completed the task for me!
What do you dislike about the product?
I have encountered a number of times that some super useful features are not yet available. I have then submitted my ideas to HubSpot in hopes certain changes will be made. I just don't like the limitations for example in blog layout - and image placement.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am able to see how our social media presence has grown from last year to the next and visually see the numbers, engagements, clicks, posts, shares, etc. It breaks all of this down. I can see which posts (campaigns) have returned growth and which have been fruitless.
