Very intuitive tool that makes my job easier

What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot is easy to use and easy to understand. It is one of that tools I can't imagine my workday without. It helps us track our obligations to customers, makes communication with them faster, and it is of great help in creating reports. We can visualize our progress, and performance, we collect great feedback reports through it, and we have the opportunity to make customized active or static lists per our use and needs. Lots of our work can be automized through Hubspotmakes us be more productive. I would suggest HubSpot to any of you that need marketing, sales, or customer service system. Their support team is fast and effective which adds final, and sometimes most important part of our collaboration with HubSpot team.
What do you dislike about the product?
Integration with other systems such as payment system, LM's, or some internal systems etc. It can be tricky because you shall probably have some third party application or your own connector to integrate it with HubSpot.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Good Marketing Platform and Integration with Sales CRM

What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot has a good CMS for managing the WebSite and Integration to the marketing platform to see how you contacts are responding to your inbound marketing efforts. This data is also available in their CRM platform for the sales process. The integration of data is seamless and that in my opinion is one of the best features of the HubSpot Marketing Hub.
What do you dislike about the product?
I was working extensively on the Sales (CRM) portion of the Marketing Hub and found that it several features that I thought were a must were either missing or half baked into the product. The ability to handle multiple currencies, product based selling process has been bolted on with little thought on the business processes that it will be used in. Lots of bugs made it more difficult to figure out how to effectively use these features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
There were two major reasons for us to implement HubSpot Marketing Hub -- 1) To increase the velocity of our inbound marketing efforts and gather actionable insights from these activities and 2) provide this data to our Sales staff immediately to help accelerate and aide the sales process.

We are seeing the benefits definitely on both fronts.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Change Management and Training are key to success. There should be a dedicated person driving the implementation and integration of this platform into your company's business processes. Also really understanding HubSpot capabilities and its nuances are critical.

What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot has the best ability to personalize processes/workflows/sequences/properties to each companies unique processes. By using workflows, our company is able to create simple automations that greatly reduce working hours for our staff. Also Hubspot's ability to send out notifications for each specific member of our team allows for speedy action to be taken when needed regarding each contact. Our sales have drastically jumped not only for having a clean, user friendly interface for our team to work out of, but also due to the drip campaigns that retarget leads.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing about Hubspot that i dislike is that when creating certain workflows, there are some additional actions missing that our company would benefit from if implemented.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our first lead contact creation, retargeting cold leads, and easy sales process cycle updates and transitions.

What do you like best about the product?
I've been using HubSpot for our social media scheduling and marketing for about six months. I do enjoy how easy it is to schedule across all platforms (Facebook, LinkedIn, and Twitter), and the clone function is hugely helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
Monitoring is a bit clunky. I haven't used it too much, but feel there could be improvement there.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
About 50% of my time is used for social media for our organization, so it's been a huge help in being able to effectively and consistently post about our upcoming and on-demand webinars as well as press releases and articles where we are featured. Using the analytics to track which posts and what times are resonating has been a bonus benefit to us.

Easy to use and quick to set up campaigns

What do you like best about the product?
Be able to track digital marketing campaigns in one place. From planning, setting up the campaigns, budget, implementing tracker on landing page, building a workflow and tracking a user's journey. Take very little time and effort.
What do you dislike about the product?
To grab the tracking URL from a campaign, I have to go to URL tracker to get it. Other than that none. I would like to see more insights on Ad planning sessions. Especially conversion trackers for Google Ads. Also adding Twitter in the Ad sections would be help tracking paid social. Maybe even consider WeChat, Xing or other paid/ non-paid social media for Global company that perhaps needs to track those campaigns efforts. Also, we have problems to have the landing page appear to China marketing due to China's compliances.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tracking paid digital marketing efforts all in one dashboard really help me tracking our digital spending and CPL cost. Definitely much easier to use than Pardot. If Hubspot can add other paid/ non-paid social media channels like Twitter, WeChat, Xing for a global company that would really help to solve the issues and have one dashboard to access all marketing efforts. Hope this will come soon.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Ease of using, easy to integrate with CRM and Sales related apps. Switching from using Pardot and Marketo for many years, Hubspot is definitely so much easier to use with great email templates, tracking paid digital campaigns, building workflow and tracking buyer's journeys and great support from the Hubspot team. I would recommend Hubspot over other marketing tools in the market.

What do you like best about the product?
For the most part I've been self taught when using Hubspot. Thankfully, it's very easy to navigate and if I do run into issues and have questions, their KB and live chat (with ACTUAL people) is phenomenal. Any request I've entered was turned around within 24hrs.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I wish HubSpot would implement is true freezes in campaigns. Right now the days/steps don't pick up from where the person left off. The person will go to the next step for however long you've stopped the campaign for. We've worked around this by just routing people into new workflows, but it's still time consuming.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I personally don't have any coding experience so being able to build attractive templates with minimal coding knowledge has been a great asset.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the Tracking capabilities and having all features I need the most in one place

Not a big fan of contact view and timeline view and would like to customize the layouts

Tracking leads from their first touch allows us to know which channel has a higher conversion rate and ROI. Having several Marketing features in one place makes HubSpot a thorough Marketing automation tool that minimizes your need for buying different products.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Hubspot encompasses most of the marketing functionality you'd like to have. It has an extensive knowledge base and support is very prompt and easy to reach out.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the ease of the software and how we can make automation happen based on what we set up and what our staff needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the workflows and specifics need to be checked several times when you are first learning the software and sometimes I need to call support to clarify my needs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are solving the questions of what our staff clients needs as well as what they react to.
We are learning what clients that interact though email and which ones prefer in person contact.

Take your time and be ready to read and watch a lot of videos.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the ability to not only track leads but market to them in very segmented ways. There are ways to not only segment my contacts but also segment them into lists and market to them that way in different ways.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike the interface that I have. I know it's customizable, but my default view kind of sucks. Could be my own fault, though. I think it is probably very much like any CRM where it just takes time to understand the systems in place.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Who is reading my emails and when and how. I've realized that I can reach many more individuals in different ways using workflows and campaigns.

What do you like best about the product?
The possible API connections and support staff make it even more valuable. Very easy to understand and improve your communication campaigns.
What do you dislike about the product?
Emailing reports are very limited, it would be nice to add personalized filters such as "all campaigns that start with..."
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Communicating to our database and follow-up on performance and subscriptions.
