The complete marketing solution that is miles ahead from the closest competition!

What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot Marketing Hub covers all corners for any modern organisation's marketing requirements. I would highly recommend upgrading to the professional suite to add powerful tools like custom landing pages, post scheduling, etc. You do not have to go to a developer for your marketing requirements ever again and the platform is built to work in sync with your sales team, something that our organization has been taken advantage of and the results speak for themsleves.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to see more detailed analytics from a website traffic and engagement point of view. That is the only place where I have to depend on GA.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hubspot Marketing Hub is a powerhouse and has greatly reduced human intervention and effort for our marketing, development, sales and customer success teams. Having a single hub for marketing which is so well integrated with other functions means our organisation lives and works on Hubspot, nothing else.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would highly recommend using Hubspot Academy to understand and make the most of Hubspot Marketing Hub's features. If you are ever in doubt, use the chat function for support - it's the best!

Overall best Marketing Automation Tool

What do you like best about the product?
The convenience of HubSpot is that besides having all the latest best practices in marketing automation, the tool provides control to the marketer. You will have the possibility to customize the experience for your customer as much as you can imagine. Their learning centre is vast, and their customer service feels like part of your team.
If you reach out to their customer service with a question, they will be devoted to answering your concern in the most professional and friendly manner. It's a pleasure talking to them.
Finally, the tool is always evolving. So every so often, you will be delighted about discovering a new feature.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can imagine they have certain limitations to include essential features in their mobile app, but I would love to see that happening in the future.
HubSpot could also provide the user freedom to create properties that later could also be used in the tool. Similar to their market place. Their property tool is still a bit limited in comparison to other free online versions. Would be useful to provide more options to Super Admins in regards to access rights for the team.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Thanks to HubSpot, we can provide more personalised customer service to our clients. Before, our CRM was not connected to our marketing efforts. One more thing I've been able to solve with HubSpot is to help the sales team prioritize leads by adding a HubSpot score based on different interactions on our website.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Start with their free tools, such as CRM. Then, do some of their online training and little by little, you will realize what you are missing. If you have the budget, don't think twice. Get a call with their sells team and ask everything you need to know to make your decision.

Great to Have Everything You Need in One Place

What do you like best about the product?
The HubSport Marketing Hub has become a one stop shop for all of my marketing needs in regards to my organization. We've been able to to literally everything in one place and it has been so conveniently streamlined.Additionally, It has been great being able to keep up with customer conversations on Facebook. I am always able to respond quickly and efficiently, especially with the premade snippets.
What do you dislike about the product?
More free templates for landing pages would be great! It would also help if we could sort contact lists in alphabetical order. For the Instagram scheduling feature, having the opportunity to preview the grid before scheduling would definitely help since my organization has a lot of templated posts that need to be separated by buffer content. In terms of reporting, it would be nice to see the same detailed level of reporting that we would get from Facebook or Instagram Insgihts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The HubSport Marketing Hub has quickly helped me plan and schedule my social media content way ahead of time. We've also been able to track a lot of different engagements from a number of sources. It has help us better curate content for our audience and understand what kinds of content they will engage with the most. I have also realized that HubSpot Marketing Hub has made my life so much easier with the use of automation. Not having to think about the email journey after setting everything up has been a great help.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Start off with the lower priced service package to test if you really can get by without all of the extras, as it takes a huge jump. At the same time, it really is worth the money and I'm happy we use HubSport Marketing Hub.

What do you like best about the product?
Tightly integrated with their CRM and Sales products allowing for strong cohesion across all team members that are involved in the customer lifecycle.
I also love that they are constantly rolling out valuable features and enhancements to the platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
Although I said I liked the integration between Marketing Hub and Sales Hub, there are still some strange decisions which they could easily fix to enhance the cohesion such as being able to see Marketing emails sent in the company feed. They could also help enhance multi-country team usage by allowing multiple timezones per instance.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Self-service onboarding through re-active emails in addition to alerts and prompts for sales enablement. We have realized full visibility on our customer pipeline and are able to pro-actively engage prospects and clients.

Excellent All-In-One Marketing Solution!

What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful part of HubSpot Marketing Hub is how easy it is to set up automation! From emails to social media scheduling, it takes the hassle out of using multiple accounts on different platforms to implement all the different facets of marketing in the digital age.
What do you dislike about the product?
With technology changing at a rapid speed, sometimes it takes Hubspot a minute to catch up to the ever changing landscape. For instance, there are a few restrictions when it comes to multiple image uploads to Instagram and there is currently no integration for scheduling stories... a main part of our social media strategy currently!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to automate our email workflows has been the biggest solution HubSpot has provided! Enabling pop ups on our website, downloads and then segmenting email contacts into specific email workflows has been a game changer for us. Not to mention the analytics and insights we are able to see now! It's so beneficial to our overall strategy.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you're looking for an all-in-one solution, Hubspot is an excellent choice. It's easy to implement and manage. Definitely worth it in my opinion!

What do you like best about the product?
I like sending emails I've previously sent to more people. Like creating a template, but it's a more stylized email
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish I could edit an email before sending it to more people instead of needing to clone it
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I don't want to totally automate my responses, to customer feedback so setting up a few ready to send responses has sped up my process of reaching out and responding to customers

Hubspot really helps me manage all interactions I have with my customer so I can see an individual's full history and understand why they are enjoying our product or unsubscribing

What do you like best about the product?
Lots of integrations so you get a well-rounded view of all your marketing efforts. Integrated with external platforms such as LinkedIn to optimize marketing efforts on other platforms as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there were more customizations for the reporting dashboard or that certain metrics could be broken down a little bit more in order to find out specifics. Also there are a few features that the publishing tools are lacking - for example tagging people in LinkedIn posts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have realized where our main sources of leads are coming from. We are solving for how to increase lead generation and pipeline and HubSpot Marketing Hub helps us clearly identify where we are falling short and where we are exceeding.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Use your account rep! They are very knowledgeable and can save you a lot of time and effort with certain tricks or workarounds that you would never know about. Always ask them if you ever have a question.

Social media automation and tracking, mass email capabilities and metric capturing
What do you dislike about the product?
I have a pretty good grasp of the marketing hub and wouldn't say that I dislike any part of it at the moment. I guess if anything, I don't like that the blog is a separate setup as we already have our own blog, wish there was a better integration there.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Mass email. Prior system was terrible, this is nice and clean and efficient. Social media posting in advanced gives me time back.

Powerful marketing tool

What do you like best about the product?
The best thing about HubSpot is the ability to do smart marketing automation, and have tools at your fingertips to accomplish challenging marketing tasks. We use HubSpot across our 6 brands and over the time we've started using the software, it has grown immensely and enabled us to achieve even more of the things we've set out to do in our marketing activities plan. We have enjoyed the easy to use interface and the connectivity to other apps.
What do you dislike about the product?
Possibly the only downside we see - which really comes down to value for money for us, is that you can only have so many contacts in your database. As a paying customer that spends a lot of money on this software per year, we would like to see this move to unlimited contacts, which is where we need to be at for our 6 brands.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As I mentioned earlier, a difficult problem we have is marketing for 6 brands and ensuring we are compliant on email marketing levels. We can achieve this, plus automate manual tasks (using workflows) to ensure that we spend less time on the manual things, and more time doing the marketing we're good at. This level of marketing doesn't exist in other software providers, at least not to the level of detail that HubSpot allows you to go into.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
When looking at other providers, be sure to really do your homework on the level of detail workflows (or their equivalent) allow you to get down to. You'd be surprised at the complex automation tasks you'll need to solve on the way, a lot of which are answered by HubSpot's software.
