HubSpot Marketing Hub - All in One
What do you like best about the product?
When using the Marketing Hub I find it so helpful the maintain all of our social media content in one place without having to move from platform to platform. Being able to schedule days, weeks, months in advance is so convenient!
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there were more tools to crop/resize an image in the Hub and that there were more analytic tools when it comes to the social media platforms.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have struggled in the past with coordinating our posts and this puts us at ease knowing everything is coordinated and going up at once. I also find having a place for emails and templates is extremely beneficial when we are having our sales team refer to what content we have already created to send to clients and prospects.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would recommend that you set up your templates, have emails ready to go in the Marketing Hub. It is an extremely useful tool to utilize within your company. Keep ahead on your social media calendar if that is what you plan to use within the Hub. Don't be afraid to ask for more resources from the HubSpot team, majority of the time they are very on top of getting your the right resources that you need and sometimes even what you didn't know you needed!

What do you dislike about the product?
Some buggy features and integrations, and there needs to be a better reporting on workflows to understand their performance holistically.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We're benefiting from combining our sales and marketing communication channels in one piece of software and the personalization options have really improved our conversion rates.
The most all-encompassing marketing and sales automation tool I've seen
What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot is an indispensable part of my day to day. I've been a Hubspot user for the last 5 years through previous head of Marketing roles with startups, and I can say with certainty that no other tool comes close when it comes to covering at least 80-90% of what a small-midsize business needs for their sales and marketing. My current role in RevOps marks the first time I'm using Hubspot in an enterprise-sized company and environment, and I am not disappointed. The possibilities are almost limitless in a wide variety of business environments.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are few downsides, but I'd have to say reporting remains one of the weaker areas where there is still room for lots of improvement. Workflows have come a long way in recent months, and I'd love to see similar progress and increased flexibility with cross-object reporting as well. In terms of database and structure, the ability to create reference/lookup properties is a huge opportunity (and a current limitation we're experiencing) as well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I've been able to help restructure and organize a database of thousands of records that were outdated, inaccurate and coming from several other legacy systems, and put automation workflows and logic in place to keep the data as clean as possible going forward. On the marketing side, as a team we've been able to stand up two websites in a matter of a few months, and quickly get lead generation going faster than any other tool used within the company. The bottom line is it's so flexible and easy to use, and minimizes dependence on development and IT.

What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot just makes marketing automation simple and easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
Bots and forms are easy to use and implement but it would be nice if there was an option to trigger them by a CTA button without having to write js to do it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
All our marketing processes are now in one place. We're not coordinating a bunch of different apps.

What do you like best about the product?
I love that HubSpot continues to invest in its software and consistently makes improvements so that you can work smarter, not harder. HubSpot Professional is perfect for any size of an organization, big or small. I love that you have the capability now to compare the performance of different emails on one screen. You also have the ability to export the data in an easy to read report.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are not too many things that I dislike about HubSpot. If we ever have a problem, it's simple to contact HubSpot Support. They are the best and always helpful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use not only the Marketing Hub but also the Sales Hub. It all works pretty seamlessly together and helps our Marketing and Sales Teams to sync with one another. When you use and set up HubSpot Campaigns, it is easy to track your marketing efforts' revenue attribution.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Before switching to HubSpot, we used Salesforce and Pardot for our sales CRM and marketing. Unless you have a full-time Salesforce Administrator, it's sometimes too much to handle. I would recommend HubSpot to anyone looking for a marketing and sales tool within your organization.

Marketing Hub has drastically improved our Marketing and Sales Ops operations.
What do you like best about the product?
Automation! Hubspot has current support for hundreds of different automation configurations that we have capitalized on and now use in most of our internal and external facing processes. If you put the time in up-front to plan and configure their automation correctly, their system takes care of the heavy lifting long-term, freeing up your time for more meaningful business decisions.

With so many ways to configure the task at hand to meet our needs, we have been able to automate, incoming MQL distributions to the AE's all the way to automatic deal creations. Our goal is to completely automate the end to end process and have Marketing hub take care of it all.

What do you dislike about the product?
Hubspot's sequencing engine for automated reach outs has good functionality but is limited in the amount of automation that can be done. I have found it difficult to automatically enroll leads in sequences for maturing and that is a downside in my opinion.
In all honesty, the work that I use Marketing Hub for is automating my Sales Ops roll so I can use my time for analysis of data. I haven't come across really anything that is a problem. When I do, I open a support ticket and their support team is very very good at working towards a resolution.

What do you like best about the product?
For posting to multiple social media platforms - a real timesaver! Just drop in your post/schedule a time and then schedule for all other platforms. You can tie it to a specific marketing campaign and measure its effectiveness or reach. Also, if you want to repeat a certain post in future, they are stored there and can simply be "cloned" - then edited/resent.
What do you dislike about the product?
WOULD like to see (if possible) a way to tag in LinkedIN - so that there wouldn't be a need to edit those w/in the account once sent.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Social media posts used to take far longer - now, a bit more streamlined and efficient!

The code editor is not good enough for coders, it can be improved a lot.

Hubspot is an awesome platform, I recommend to use it as much as posible, to centralize all the company business flows is a big benefit, and reduces a lot the information mismatch, givin us a lot of control, and visibility to all of our teams to do them job as good as possible.

What do you like best about the product?
The best thing about Hubspot is how it is user-friendly. I started as an intern with no experience with any CRM solution, and I was able to grasp how to use Hubspot faster than I thought. The platform is straight forward to the point anyone can learn it and use it to its maximum potential.

What do you dislike about the product?
Hubspot sometimes bugs out whenever I use the blog function. It would highlight the characters when I am only trying to move the cursor.

Hubspot helps me automate all of social media content, which gives my audience consistent content. Consistent content leads to better analytics: followers, impressions, and interactions.
