What do you like best about the product?
I'm pleased that I can create, test, send, track, and measure so many of our Marketing campaigns in one tool. From adding contacts, creating custom sequences to engage contacts, creating one-off or automatic emails, publishing social content, publishing website content, and creating landing pages, you never have to leave the Hubspot tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to see a better management platform for SEO and keywords. Also, competitor tracking on KWs and social media accounts need serious improvement.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have realized huge time-saving benefits by being able to create, test, send, track and manage many of our campaign tasks and associated content in one tool.

Hubspot as a leads generator

What do you like best about the product?
In my opinion, the most interesting features are the email ones and how we can build a totally independent structure to generate engagement.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing I really dislike. Hubspot Marketing Hub has proven itself to be very useful to our organization.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
How to generate enough content by email and be sure that everything is sent to the right prospect. Our open and click rates have grown exponentially.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Hubspot Marketing Hub is a great tool for small and medium-sized enterprise that isn't overly complicated and gives you a lot of freedom in structuring your strategy.

What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot is easy to get going and can be incredibly robust as you learn to use all the features. For landing pages, emails, blogs, social, etc. really great for teams to do a lot with not a lot of resources.
What do you dislike about the product?
Still lag a little bit on aligning to how sales teams manage leads (companies, typically) vs contacts. This has caused handoff problems in my experience.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Segmentation of lists, getting the right message to the right person is a lot easier with HubSpot and the automation features. Tailoring messages improves our team's engagement.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Create some internal best practices and policies to keep your instance clean and well organized. It's easy to use so it's easy for users to fill it up with a lot of content that will need to be purged.

HubSpot is a game changer!

What do you like best about the product?
I started in a marketing position a little over a year ago. This is when our marketing team at SUCCESS Computer Consulting started using HubSpot. It was new to me as a new hire, but also new to my direct boss, Vanessa, so we learned how to use it and leverage it together. We plan on moving our sales team into HubSpot in the near future, but for now, it's mostly just marketing who uses it. I cannot imagine how Vanessa was sending event emails, posting socials, and basically doing anything with marketing before HubSpot. It's easy to use once you get the hang of it, which generally only takes doing it once. I love that we can link our social accounts to HubSpot. I send out an email to the sales team every day that links to our social post, so instead of having to open a new tab, search for our page, and find the post, I can access it straight from HubSpot. Our quarterly meetings with our HubSpot rep, Kristin Guilmette, are always helpful and she seems to really care about educating us and getting our questions answered. I have found the HubSpot Academy very useful and engaging. The process of creating and scheduling event emails is satisfying in a way. I love the fact that I can clone emails rather than starting from scratch every time. I could talk about how much I love HubSpot for days!
What do you dislike about the product?
When saving social posts as drafts, then going back to them, it's annoying that I have to edit them all separately rather than being able to edit all of them altogether. I like how when creating a social post, I can make the post exactly how I want and it will copy down when I click on the rest of the accounts. Editing the content slug is very easy to miss in the landing page tab. The "apply changes" button is also easy to miss when editing the form of a landing page. I have had a lot of trouble understanding the correlation between forms and landing pages. It seems like an entire separate tab to edit/create a form is unnecessary. I feel like editing the form could just be a section within the landing page tab. I don't have any other dislikes!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are solving tons of problems. Being able to upload lists of contacts and use those lists to send the correct emails has been very valuable and leaves very little room for error. While there is a good amount of room for error when creating a landing page, an email, and a workflow, having the option to send yourself a test email is a great way to double-check that everything is working the way you want it to. Being able to schedule emails and social posts gives me more time to focus on other things throughout the day.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would recommend this to anyone within a marketing role! I honestly cannot believe that HubSpot isn't being used by marketing people everywhere.

Great Marketing Software

What do you like best about the product?
I like dashboard views, workflows, and campaigns to track marketing in HubSpot. I like the new feature of changing contacts to MQLs so I can easily organize and see how many contacts are for marketing specifically. It's fairly enjoyable and I appreciate the user interface. Everything is at a glance. Customer service is very prompt when I have questions as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
Duplicate contacts cannot be bulk removed. This is my main complaint! Reporting is not great either. I also have to use workflows often for workarounds, some functions are not optimized.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Needed to organize contacts, track marketing at a glance, post blogs, and email clients. It's great to have this all in one place. Dashboards are nice as well. Training others on HubSpot is really easy as well, I appreciate how easy to use it is.

What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot is great for having your marketing initiatives in one place, with the workflow automation you can great granular email campaigns by automating your segmentation. Though by far my favorite thing about Hubspot is their Support and documentation. Whenever I need help I just go into their chatbox and there is someone there to help me out.
What do you dislike about the product?
The CRM can be quite slow at times when creating lists and filters.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Simplifying my email marketing drip emails and it is my CRM.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the user-friendly way I can make email campaigns and the numerous ways I can track the results.
What do you dislike about the product?
If there is any drawback, it is that I have to go through the entire creation process to make single changes.

I am able to maximize my leads using HubSpot Marketing. I can see in real-time the effectiveness of my stragedy.

Recommendations to others considering the product:
Hubspot is the main product we recommend to clients. It has a great ease of use for agencies and inside marketing teams. The email sends are very easy to design and send. If you want very specific email templates you will need someone will experience with CSS the available templates are not the most user friendly. When sending an email you get a list of how many people you are sending to. Workflows you can create lists within the workflow or create lists within the workflow then check your number before you turn on your workflow. The drag and drop feature within emails is so easy to work if you have someone to create templates for you.
