A game changer!
What do you like best about the product?
I like the scheduling tools that HubSpot offers best and the ability to see how many interactions my posts received. I am a new user of HubSpot. I have been using it for two months, and I have found it to be one of the more effective scheduling tools I have used. I also like the blog integration that HubSpot offers. It inserts images and text seamlessly. Making changes to colours or font sizes is done quickly and without errors, and I am able to schedule posting a blog post as well. I also love the autosave option that HubSpot provides, this is something that you are forced to do in WordPress, but with HubSpot, you do not have to constantly worry that your work will be deleted.
What do you dislike about the product?
Currently, I am frustrated with the fact that I cannot schedule a document on LinkedIn through HubSpot. As a result, I have to set an alarm to post with a PDF on LinkedIn in the app itself. I also do not like that I have to delete a scheduled post by going to the list view. I should be able to have an option to delete the post while I am writing it, not just to save it as a draft or schedule. What would be great is having the option to do all of this within the integration itself. I also found when scheduling a post, at times the engagement is better through Instagram if I just do it through the app itself.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am solving the issue of running out of time or remembering to upload a post at a particular time. I have realized the amount of time it takes to schedule a post, however.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
There is no better choice than choosing HubSpot. While I do not use it for the sales side as my team does, there are even benefits to both: marketing and sales.

What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot's Marketing Hub features and more have led to an increase in automation within our business and the ability to take on more high level projects that truly help scale the business. Email is our staple and the ability to segment our users to the micro level has changed how our customers engage with us in a positive way.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some limitations to what we can do within the Marketing Hub and the workflows/sequences section. The HubSpot community is very active, so watching for trends and using that feedback to shape HubSpot's product roadmap would be a big improvement.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automation was seriously lacking and too much time was invested in manual follow up and tracking. We're now able to integrate HubSpot with so many tools that we use and track information, calls, texts, tasks, emails, and more. We can live in essentially one place (HubSpot) and get everything we need to help our customers.

What do you like best about the product?
It's a beast. Literally anything I want to do within a CRM, it can do. And if by some chance it doesn't work the way I expect it to, they make a note and ask questions to get it updated.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are so many options sometimes it's hard to find what I need without Googling instructions BUT there's tons of info online to find!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am in appropriate contact with my prospects, leads and customers constantly. My team is able to work better now that we are using HubSpot as well. Things stay organized and uniform which is so important.

I like that you can schedule from all platforms in the same page, its very easy to use for social media posts.
What do you dislike about the product?
That you can´t tag accounts from facebook and linkedin.

Having social media scheduled in one same site instead of uploading one post in every social platform.
Great package for start-ups
What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot is easy to start with and integrates with other tools (zoom, google, etc.)
You can easily have a 360° view of your suspect and prospect interactions. Link with your Google Ad accounts, and website. Hence tracking how someone became a lead then an opportunity is super easy (for non tech people).

What do you dislike about the product?
CRM fuction is definetely its weakness. With missing basic information (such as invoice details, etc.) you can create it by yourself, but however, it's easier when it's prebuild.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Centralizing all our customer interactions (calls, visits, ads, emails, etc.). It helps to make targeted outbound emails and campaigns. We're able to automate a bunch of actions to schedule sales/demo meetings.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy it is to upload assets and schedule on social media platforms.
What do you dislike about the product?
Reconnecting the social media platforms.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
All in one marketing, from ads, to leads, to website, and email and so much more.
Hubspot has been incredibly helpful for our paid ads, email, and marketing automation
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to target Hubspot lists with facebook ads is incredibly useful for my job. Hubspot's automation and reporting capabilities are robust and i'm able to do everything i'd like to.
What do you dislike about the product?
The reporting tool takes a little while to figure out. Once you figure it out, it's really useful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use hubspot as our marketing CRM, but we have seen a lot of bang for our buck with the paid targeting capabilities, email functionality, and workflow/reporting capabilities.

What do you dislike about the product?
Some features that would make sense for B2B companies are not native, though Hubspot is working on them. For example, you can't add company property fields to forms, which are crucial to us for marketing analysis.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We came to Hubspot after switching from Zoho in order to get a stronger picture of our customers, as well as better sales and marketing tools.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Do additional research if you have a complicated sales process as there may be another product that works better for you. Expensive for small teams, although they have excellent scaled pricing for startups.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the ease of creating emails, lists, and workflows. It's very intuitive and doesn't require a coder to understand. And their support process and team are awesome!
What do you dislike about the product?
Not every aspect of Hubspot is flexible. It's not as customizable as our team had hoped. However, we feel the benefits outweigh the frustrations. Also, creating web pages can be a pain if you don't know some CSS or have a teammate that does.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are standing up new products after COVID hit and wanted a user-friendly system that could be used easily across a distributed team.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I recommend having a good API developer if you have multiple systems you are trying to integrate with Hubspot. The Pre-built integrations such a zoom and SalesForce can be unstable and problematic.

What do you like best about the product?
The simplicity of use for all the features, like email or social scheduling & robust information delivered from the reports and dashboards. I use almost everything on the HubSpot account, with a few exceptions. I find everything has a great benefit in some way to the marketing success of our business.
What do you dislike about the product?
The data reporting capabilities. Some reports are not customizable to the extent I wish. I am not able to save certain reports to view data filtered how I want by certain properties or time periods. I feel that this is overall an easy fix.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having all our team on a single platform has been a big problem HubSpot Marketing Hub has helped us to solve. There are many benefits and features within HubSpot which we would have to use 5+ platforms to achieve prior to marketing hub. Our team is very happy overall, me particularly! It benefits us to have everything we use on a single and effective platform, from email to social media to landing pages to form fills and workflows.
Another problem HubSpot has helped us to mitigate internally has been gaining self sufficiency and having our internal smaller team be able to manage the software independently, limiting the amount of outside help we seek from 3rd party contractors or other firms.

Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would highly consider this, along with the softwares you are using now to achieve marketing success. What platforms do you use today to get the job done? and what could use possibly eliminate should you join the HubSpot marketing hub. Everything you would need to know as far as trainings and how to perform would be provided to you in the marketing academy training.
