Love hubspot Marketing Hub!
What do you like best about the product?
I love that i can manage all my social media platforms from within hubspot
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not like the fact that you can only post video and @ people on company pages. We manage several accounts and it is a feature that really could do with development.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I love the reporting, it is very easy to see the ROI
Incredible software. So user friendly and very versatile! Workflows, Emails, Livechat and More!
What do you like best about the product?
My favourite thing about HubSpot is the User Friendliness. Everything is so easy to find and easy to learn. You barely need to use the knowledge base (which is very extensive and helpful) because you can determine how to use the tools without help. The software is laid out in a way that is intuitive and easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
A few functions would make HubSpot even better. If they could allow more flexibility with form notifications, it would really help me to use it more effectively for my internal processes. Other than that, it is really amazing!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use so many things! But mostly the forms, workfows, email marketing, CRM and more. We have automated our entire insurance program through huspot, and we track professional services rendered through it as well. It's pretty amazing!
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Hubspot does not currently have asset tracking, so if your company is primarly product based and you need to track products by serial numbers in the event of recall etc, this is not for you (consider Salesforce for this.) If not, it is an INCREDIBLE platform and so easy to use. I prefer it to Salesforce for so many reasons, but mostly ease of use.
Easy to use and powerful
What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot workflows are easy to use - everything is quite straightforward once you get the hang of things as it is all drag and drop and easy to see compared to something like Marketo. The email and marketing automation (workflows) components are also wysiwyg so it's very straightforward. Contact management and list management is also easy and intuitive to use.
HubSpot's live chat support has also been very handy a lot of times when we've encountered quick questions and need help.

What do you dislike about the product?
There are sometimes very specific nitpicky features I'd like on workflows, like being able to compare different fields against each other, but these only pop up on certain occasions. I wish there were also an "undo" button on workflows. The Analytics are pretty simple but unfortunately because we built our own integration with Close, we aren't able to take advantage of it.
However, for the most part, Hubspot does do noticeable feature releases from time to time and I have been seeing continuous improvements for the past 4 years I've been using it.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
At my current organization, we use HubSpot Marketing Hub for our marketing database which also syncs to Close CRM for the Sales team. The main thing we are trying to solve is email marketing, but also lead scoring, and forms. With HubSpot cookies and HubSpot Insights, we're able to gain more insight and knowledge into our marketing database.
I Take HubSpot Wherever I Go
What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot workflows and automations have been a lifesaver. Every company I've been to and consulted with I always recommend them. Especially now that I can make lists and workflows for companies!
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing comes to mind, program and integrations work well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Saving time, qualifying leads, keeping track of campaigns
Awesome tool with continuous improvements!
What do you like best about the product?
I love the reporting tools with 1000 options, very intuitive. Workflows are easy to use and very powerful. 3rd Party tools can be integrated and Webhooks could be used as well
What do you dislike about the product?
Filemanagement is not cleary arranged. E-Mail Templates are not super easy to handle. Some filters are not available in Workflows. Options in Conversations Inboxes are limited
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Marketing Automation, Nurture workflows based on Product Usage, Website Chat rotated to different teams, Product Chat rotated to different teams. collecting leads via different sources
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Take time to plan proper Account setup
Easy to use and scale marketing activities
What do you like best about the product?
An all in one platform for all of our marketing activity - email, social media, blog, paid ads, landing pages and more. It gives me, as a Director, one place to view how all of our efforts impact the bottom line.
What do you dislike about the product?
This has improved massively but there are some property fields that are still quite difficult to edit and amend. Generally, I've found HubSpot Marketing to be a lot better in every way than it's competitors.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We were struggling with reporting and with scaling our marketing. We now have hundreds of custom reports for every metric we want to measure, as well as frequently use workflows to automate our campaigns and follow up. The impact has been significant, particularly in aligned sales and marketing teams. We can now deliver more, with better quality through personalisation and segmentation, and ensure the sales team follow up on all leads properly.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Utilise all of its features and if in doubt, use your HubSpot customer success manager. They are great.
Powerful automations
What do you like best about the product?
'Workflows' i a powerful tool in HubSpot which lets you build complex automations. We've build dozens of solutions on workflows and custom properties, which would otherwise require a developer team.
What do you dislike about the product?
HubSpot's reporting and visualisations are very fast to create but quite basic. Many companies using HubSpot rely on 3rd party analytics tools.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We've automated the flow of data for sales, customer segmentation and custom marketing attribution. We've built many custom systems for SMS, vouchers etc. using HubSpot Workflows with Zapier/Integromat.
Centralized Platform and Highly Intuitive
What do you like best about the product?
The simplicity of having a marketing suite directly within our CRM is a major advantage. I don't need to worry about other vendors, migrating data, etc. This saves at ton of time and provides a level of trust when auditing reports (i.e. is the report correct, which data is it pulling, etc).
Additionally, the workflow tool is very intuitive. Building and creating unique workflows by using the 'if/then' branch logic is incredibly helpful at automating our process. Since Vested is a young startup, we need as much automation as we can get as our manual capacity is limited.
These two items combined, along with additional features, have been very powerful for us to identify our target audience(s), find market fit, and build our business. I've used HubSpot, Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics and others - without a doubt HubSpot is the most intuitive CRM I've seen.

What do you dislike about the product?
I'd love some of the features to be packaged in a scaled down version (cheaper price). We're a young startup so this is a selfish request but it would really help us grow. More specifically, tracking leads in HubSpot that visit our website and tagging them as such would be a great feature in a lower tier package.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We're levering HubSpot to push our brand, track results and read into our buyers intent. This helps us solve for product / market fit (who is engaging with us, how do we identify their personas, how do we attack this audience as efficiently and effectively as possible).
Hubspot Streamlines sales and marketing effiency
What do you like best about the product?
Reporting tools make it so easy to get to the heart of our sales and marketing efforts.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'd like to see some improvement in some of the automation, specifically, registering people for Zoom webinars has some kinks that need to be worked out.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
So many problems! All of the problems! We couldn't survive without Hubspot!
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Take advantage of the CS process.
After 1 month I've had no issues. Good program so far.
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use for first timers, great customer service
What do you dislike about the product?
No A/B Split testing for automation emails
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Reaching a vast audience with ease
