Have been working with HubSpot for 3 years and highly recommend the platform to fellow marketers
What do you like best about the product?
I have been working with HubSpot since the beginning of 2018 and I am a big fan of the platform. I love HubSpot's powerful automation features and the fact that you can do literally everything you need inside of one platform only. I find the Marketing Hub really complete and intuitive. I like the fact that I can create emails from drag and drop templates or custom emails without any coding experience. I also like the fact that I have a complete overview of my email performance right after I send it, being able to see who opened, clicked, and engaged with the email.
My favorite part of HubSpot is definitely the workflows, which I use not only for emails but also for automating team tasks, streamlining customer support work, setting up reminders... (to be really honest, nowadays I use workflows for pretty much everything at work lol). With workflows, creating targeted lead nurturing sequences becomes an easy job.
I am also a big fan of HubSpot's customer support team, which is always ready to help and goes above and beyond to find answers to my questions.

What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to see more options for different styles of assets in the HubSpot marketplace. I find that the current options are quite similar in design and it would be good to have more dynamic landing pages to work with.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I've used other platforms for email marketing so to me the problem that HubSpot solves is providing me with the most structured way of sending the right message at the right time. From the beginning of the email creation process (when you are selecting the template you want to use), until the moment when you click on the Send button to select the recipient's list, everything happens in a logical way. I've used other platforms where I had to keep clicking around to find stuff, which was really frustrating. On HubSpot things work in a logical way. The other problem that HubSpot solves is to enable you to personalize your email as much as you want (I'm talking much more than "first.name" fields). I find that highly targeted emails perform much better so to me this is really important.

What do you like best about the product?
Tough question! Tracking? Scheduling? Analytics?
What do you dislike about the product?
Although very practical, social media posting might benefit from an upgrade to reflect not only the user’s creativity, but also to keep up with periodic platform updates that encourage a more dynamic experience.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our list of contacts is getting stronger everyday. Not necessarily more contacts... we are seeing more meaningful engagement.
Simple to understand and great collaboration
What do you like best about the product?
Fast, reliable collaboration that is 2nd only to Google. Simple to follow ui that is generally helpful and doesn't get in the way of the work.
What do you dislike about the product?
Occasionally finicky word processing and navigation in emails. Slow processing of active lists occasionally, especially if only a very small change was made.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Social posting and scheduling in one place, email analytics, collaboration and sharing templates, connected team that can work quickly and provide feedback and make changes on the fly.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It's very complete and in-one-place and handles all you need, as well as high quality, a tough balance to find elsewhere. Learn what it can do to its full potential before comparing certain features. It's supposed to make your life easier on the job.
Makes posting and tracking simple
What do you like best about the product?
I love how I can bulk post for social media as well as track results. I also enjoy how I can track contacts to see what emails they've opened, what posts they've clicked and which pages they've visited.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is difficult to track website traffic and social media analytics for things done outside of Hubspot. I have to plan ahead and make the landing page in Hubspot as well as schedule the posts in Hubspot if I want to see the data.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The best thing is probably the ease of organizing our content calendar. I can see what is scheduled, what is in draft and what has been posted, along with analytics, all in one spot.
Intuitive, High Performing Platform
What do you like best about the product?
I like that the interface is highly intuitive, easy to use and integrates easily into our tech stack.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing I can call out at the moment.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Setting up campaigns is easy, love all of the metrics that you can share with sales on how effective our emails are.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Great value, easy to use and overall checks all the boxes for a tool in its class.
I've worked with most of the big marketing automation platforms, and HubSpot is by far the best!
What do you like best about the product?
Hands down, the support. If I'm stuck, I can live chat right in the platform. And the answers are truly helpful - it's never just a link to an article - they actually walk me through until I'm satisfied with the answer. That said, the user interface is intuitive enough that I rarely do need to ask for assistance. And, the certifications and free courses made it easy for me to ramp up and learn the platform quickly. I've used Pardot and Marketo previously, and HubSpot is far and away my favorite. I hope I never have to go without!
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some opportunities to make the landing page/blog page design tools better (and I know that's something they're working on). For example, it can be hard to make changes to a page that has global elements. Depending on the element used, I can't always change a font or a background color, for example. And, I don't know of any simple way to copy-paste between various pages. And it's not always simple or possible to switch into HTML mode to figure out where a problem lies. When I'm making changes, sometimes I need to publish a couple times before they're reflected on the page. And there isn't a lot of control over how the page looks on different screens: it's fully responsive, but sometimes I might want to make my own adjustments for mobile, but that is not supported to my knowledge. Some of these might just be that I haven't figured them out yet.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Definitely improving the reporting capabilities that we had previously. Getting the job done faster. Better collaboration between team members. And more built-in SEO tools.

Hubspot provides a communications platform that is easily navigated to create proactive client messaging, which is an essential tool for organizations who support a global customer base. The supporting analytics supports the development of future marketing messaging enable the company to strategically target regions and or customer segments with specific campaigns.
What do you dislike about the product?
The software is unable to integrate with several key resources the company uses to analyze its performance.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is an ideal resource to pre-set marketing communication messaging.
Does the job, constantly evolving, very responsive support
What do you like best about the product?
Intuitive design and use of marketing tools. Very good and responsive support.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some essential tools still not available. Not allowing full GDPR compliance if using certain tools.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Database management and marketing tools all in one place within one account.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Make sure you check the levels available and pick the right one for you. It is a few years long investment and your use of Hubspot will most likely grow over time.
Amazing Software - Changed the Way We Market Ourselves
What do you like best about the product?
The workflow and sequencing automation is, by far, my favorite piece of this software. It allows us to create a series of events that automatically trigger more events based on our specifications. It changed our approach completely, from a "blanket" mass email marketing to targeted, specific, and account-based marketing.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some bugs currently. However, with that being said, the support team is accommodating and takes your feedback seriously. I put in a request, which was then fulfilled within 4 business days, to the live platform. This is the fastest turnaround time that I have seen with a software request. Otherwise, they do not provide much for me to complain about; this platform is great!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As said before, my true solution was being able to do specified marketing. This has had a huge impact on our business in terms of efficiency and effect of our campaigns. Our sales reps have seen great increases in productivity, and with our 5-hour workday, they need all of the efficiency they can get.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I recommend opting for at least a trial of PieSync to help get your data transferred over properly. Then make sure you check and double-check your associations and that everything is set up correctly.
Good experience overall. Missing some functionalities but still great.
What do you like best about the product?
My upsides are creating helpful automations quickly. Most of the stuff I need to automate can be done very easily through the workflows.
What do you dislike about the product?
Missing some functionalities. I'm using Zapier a lot without the need to integrate different systems, just for it's functionalities. I would love to code in HubSpot Workflows.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Data monitoring automations, slack notifications, integrating with third party softwares and more.
