One of the best CRMs out there. Very intuitive with endless capabilities
What do you like best about the product?
How intuitive it is to use. You can pick it up fast but there are still advanced functions you can learn if you needed to know more. Very intuitive with endless capabilities and functions. Whatever you need to get done when it comes to Marketing, HubSpot most likely has you covered.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is pretty all extensive software. If there was one thing I would want to change is how the LinkedIn tagging work for a scheduled post. It was also difficult to look at multiple insights at once. These are more of slight inconveniences rather than things that you are not able to do with their CRM.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Scheduling guest posts in advanced, blog insights, managing multiple campaigns, outbound was what was used the most. Those among others were the best use case for us. Overall I would say it is one of the best CRMs out there considering these are only at the tip of the iceberg for what we use it for.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Would recommend looking into for CRM as it's very easy to use and has many useful features. Very intuitive with endless capabilities making it one of the best CRMs out there on the market. I would recommend looking into Hubspot Marketing as it lets you do so many different things with ease and at a fair, reasonable price if you work at either a small company or an expanding enterprise. Since Hubspot is one of the most used CRMs out there, it comes as no surprise that it can be easily integrated with so many other softwares.
Good platform that's getting better every year
What do you like best about the product?
I love the new drag and drop editor and functionality additions to workflows. Overall this is a very powerful marketing automation tool that is relatively easy to use even for people who aren't super technical. The workflow functionality can be used to 'set and forget' email campaigns, allowing users to work more on strategic initiatives and let the backend handle the nurturing of incoming leads. We've been able to sync many outside platforms with HubSpot, including Zoom, Salesforce, and Interact (our quiz platform) to use the data from those solutions within our marketing campaigns.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes I feel like pieces of the system are somewhat disconnected and it's not always easy to get a snapshot of your data, cross reference between data points and drill down into information. There have also been some glitches with Salesforce syncing. There have been a few other glitches that the support team hasn't been able to provide us with an answer or solution to. There is a pretty big disparity between subscription level functionalities. There are a few of the features that we would benefit from at the enterprise level but many of the features we don't need and the large jump in price isn't worth it for us. If there were some ala carte features between the two levels that would be better for our company.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We host our entire website on HubSpot. We switched from WordPress and no longer need an outside team to manage our website. Now our users can edit and add content directly without having to wait for the turnaround time of an outside contractor. Additionally we've launched several ABM campaigns completely within the system including emails, landing pages, content and social media posts. We also use HubSpot as our primary email platform for both internal and external email blasts. Overall our team has been able to save time on lead nurturing and content creation throughout our campaigns.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It's important to consider your goals and what you hope to gain by using the platform as that will greatly drive the effectiveness of your initial implementation. HubSpot has a lot of features and you may not be able to use all of them right away so their team will be able to better direct you if you already know what you're hoping to do. Take the time to look into integrations, HubSpot is a great "best-in-class" platform and while you could use it by itself it's better to find other platforms that will give you a richer feature set to enhance your use of HubSpot.
Hubspot Workflows
What do you like best about the product?
Really enjoy the ability to automate a number of our forms on our website - including sign up for newsletters or co-hosting events. It removes the hassle of having to do it ourselves, and stops us from miscommunication with each other over who is responsible for replying to different individuals. I especially like the round robin meeting link feature - this allows individuals to schedule a meeting with a member of the team based on their availability.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are certain features of hubspot that are tricky to work out - one thing I'd love is to be able to automatically unenroll someone from a workflow if they respond to our marketing emails. The marketing emails are great as you can include graphics, different backgrounds, and more to make them really stand out - but it would be nice to combine the functionality of the workflows and sequences together. Another issue is that you have to be logged in to an individual account to post on social media - this means that occasionally we are logged out of our different accounts which can be frustrating.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The biggest benefits have to be the time that it saves our team. We are able to allow Husbpot to do all of the work for us by automating simple things such as newsletter sign up, free trial sign up, and planning different events - as well as scheduling meetings. It's great to be able to see a meeting booked and emails sent without having to lift a finger of your own. Another benefit is being able to schedule different social media posts across timezones!
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would highly recommend using Hubspot Marketing Hub for posting and scheduling your social media content, as well as sending out different workflows and marketing emails. This provides great value to our organisation as we work remotely and across different timezones during COVID-19.

I like being able to create customized lists and target specific customers.

The analytics can be confusing and even misleading.

We are able to analyze marketing campaigns and determine the most effective ways to reach customers.

What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot makes it incredibly easy automate workflows as it relates to email marketing.

I’m overall happy with the product and it’s functionality.

We’ve been able to easily coordinate our sales and marketing efforts across departments and locations.
Easy and powerful, Hubspot makes communication easy
What do you like best about the product?
Seamless integration of the marketing features, combined with easy to use set up and powerful data tools make Hubspot Marketing Hub my bulk communication tool of choice. I haven't loved a CRM since ACT 6, and Hubspot nails it. Better than that, the workflows help me keep my data clean, which gives me incredible ability to target specific customers. 10 / 10 on this one.
What do you dislike about the product?
A bit more flexibility with filtering contacts vs companies, and some minor in-contact navigation would be helpful
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We shed multiple softwares that had difficulty communicating and had very limited ability to filter specific contacts to target. Because the marketing tool is both powerful and fully integrated, we spend much less time and money for 5x the results of our previous set up.
User-friendly and flexible software that can do just about anything!
What do you like best about the product?
Having everything I need to manage marketing in one place is my favourite thing about HubSpot. I can launch and record the progress of my marketing campaigns in one place - making it easy to analyse data for my boss! We completely manage our social media content, website, blog hosting, and press release hosting via HubSpot. This makes it easier for us to relate engagement with marketing resources to closed-won sales.
The support given by the HubSpot team is also very helpful - if we have any technical issues, we can book a ticket with a team using our preferred communication method. The HubSpot staff are always extremely helpful and friendly, and in thee rare occasion that they cannot solve a problem, they can point us in the direction of the developers.

What do you dislike about the product?
Not all external software can be integrated with Hubspot, but the developers are always working on new integrations and partnerships. The platform is also updated quite frequently, meaning it can be difficult to keep up with the new features and changes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We recently moved our website onto HubSpot from another provider to simply design and analysis. The user-friendly nature of HubSpot means just about anyone on our team can edit or amend a webpage. As a small team, the flexibility of this platform is greatly appreciated.
We are also currently using HubSpot to associate customer action with closed sales. In this way, we are looking to better connect sales and marketing teams to work together to complement each other.

Recommendations to others considering the product:
Before committing to Hubspot, ensure that the platform is suited to your business and budget. It is not the cheapest CRM on the market, but pricing options can be flexible. In the beginning, it may also be helpful to have access to an account manager who can help you to understand how the system works, and know hoe to access technical support through your account.

Analysis of every marketing email sent very helpful insight.

Not easy to combine with workflow, meanwhile automate email very rigid, cannot doll up the email looks.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The analysis of every marketing email can give a better insight into how to nurture our leads. Mostly because of our target market likely technology resistant. We can measure how effective our approach to marketing and create more relatable content to leads that really receive our marketing content.
Great Platform for All Things Marketing Email
What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot has a very intuitive, easy-to-use and responsive platform that allows for quick turnaround and in-depth reporting on email engagement. I have used a variety of ESPs and Hubspot is by far the most advanced in their templates and functionality offerings. For a busy email marketer like myself, reporting is made simpler and gives me time to focus on analysis and strategy. I love the Hubspot Academy for staying current on my skills and earning industry-recognized certifications. Hubspot's support team has always provided a positive and helpful experience. I highly recommend Hubspot as your go-to Marketing email ESP.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some features that are missing and would be great to see incorporated into the platform, such as separate mobile editing, more pre-built reporting options, etc. They're always rolling out new things and have an ideas area where you can share the things you want. I have no doubts they will continue to evolve.

Better reporting, especially visualized dashboards in one place.

What do you like best about the product?
The simplicity and ease when creating bespoke marketing emails is fantastic, however the #1 feature has to be HubSpot Workflows. As an organisation we utilise workflows for anything from Customer On boarding to colleague engagement.
With workflows we have been able to combine forms to create a seamless customer experience whilst engaging with our own business where process elements have fallen over. The simple user friendly interface means we can create value in our processes very quickly.
As a user the options are fantastic when combining workflows between, forms, company, contact and even deal records. For deals specifically, workflows have saved us considerable time and operational effort when creating bulk deals via workflows based on unique contact records.
If you can imagine it, 99% of the time it can be achieved using workflows!

I don't dislike anything, however there are still features I would like to see implemented. For example I would like to see a simpler way of introducing marketing preferences such as email, phone, sms etc. Again using workflows we have created our own version but would be great to have an off the shelf solution.

We have seen increased applications, significantly shorter on boarding times, reductions in internal handoffs and less human error.
In short we have saved considerable capital and operational expenditure whilst significantly improving a key customer journey by utilising the off the shelf HubSpot marketing functionalities.
