What do you like best about the product?
It takes care of tedious tasks for my team and keeps everything moving along. It's almost like a second set of eyes.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish we could trigger changes based on the most recent call outcomes...
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping our active deals properly documented, and making sure the info between companies/deals/contacts are the same.

What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot allows me to connect with all of our contacts with just a few clicks of a button. It's nice to be able to make multiple posts to all of our social platforms through the social scheduling calendar.
What do you dislike about the product?
Hubspot needs to update its Twitter charter limits to align with what Twitter allows. It's currently limited to 160 charters, and Twitter allows over 200 characters per tweet.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to send out mass emails to individual contact lists is vital to our business's success.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Take the Hubspot academy classes. The information available in the online course is vital to maximizing the use of Hubspot.

What do you like best about the product?
My favorite feature of Marketing Hub is campaign attribution for marketing content. (social, blogs, etc.) This allows my team can easily track where MQLs are coming from, what the ROI of a specific campaign is, etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
I love the new video CTA/form integration within emails and blog posts, however, the forms that are built directly within an email or blog don't allow you to assign the forms to go to a team member so it's hard to know when the information is coming in and who is responsible for responding. The connection is there, you can see the information in the activity log once it's submitted, but unless you know who filled out the form, there is no way to efficiently reach out to inquiries.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Marketing Hub has solved two obvious problems. 1) Internal team communication. 2) External reporting to help other teams within the organization understand the impact of what our team is doing.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
9/10 would recommend HubSpot Marketing Hub, especially if your company is already using HubSpot as a CRM database. It creates a frictionless experience for the customer, which is always the end-goal in any business.

Absolutely Necessary Platform for Building Large Campaigns with a Small Team

What do you like best about the product?
The several integrations available within the HubSpot Marketing Hub make it an absolutely necessity for my team. I love that we can easily build everything we need for digital marketing within the platform and that they're constantly testing and innovating to continuously make the platform even better and more agile. Also, as large and robust as the platform is—which can make it confusing at first for someone starting to use it for the first time— I appreciate that they have an entire academy and knowledge base area where one can read up and take courses to better understand and utilize the tools within. Even from when I began using the platform in 2015 and took a break from 2017 to 2018, a lot of new bells and whistles had been added to the Marketing Hub, and I was easily able to go in and take training to better my understanding of the new implementations.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside to HubSpot continuously tweaking and working on improvements is that (a) bugs come up from the new rollouts that take a bit to correct, and (b) sometimes suggested edits take quite a while to be implemented since their innovation team is focused on other projects first. Other than that, I really don't have a lot of dislikes with this platform. We used a different platform beforehand that gave us headaches on the daily, and it was night and day when we moved over to HubSpot.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are focusing more on the cleanliness of our contact send lists for digital email communications. Before, it was just asked of us to send whatever Excel sheet we were given. Now, with HubSpot Marketing Hub, we can better identify what contacts aren't engaging with us, or which ones are throwing send errors. We can also better identify what content is resonating with our audience across all channels—social, landing pages, and email.

What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot Workflows are the best - super easy way to handle large quantities of contacts and deals automatically.
What do you dislike about the product?
The product is a bit bloated, with a ton of different facets to it. For smaller companies this can be overwhelming.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Managing a large marketing funnel, with many contacts and deals. We've been able to get better transparency into the efficiency of our funnel.

What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot makes their platform so user friendly and the 24/7 global support for any questions is always great. The training in HubSpot academy is also great in understanding how to get the best use of the platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
There’s a few features that need improvement. There are some beta features that pop up sometimes that support is unaware of that should be mentioned if it so happens.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It works well for a large franchise system that is able to utilize the email marketing tool to fit their local demographic which has been a struggle on other email platforms. It also offers more features that other email platforms giving the customer the best and user friendly option.

How hard it is the process of a client unsubscribing from emails, especially for a canadian company with all our laws.

Saving so much time but not writing a new email everytime.

Excellent & Intuitive Marketing Tool. A Must-Have!

What do you like best about the product?
This intuitive & efficient platform has changed the way our marketing team operates. We are much more organized in tracking and reporting our efforts. It makes a lot of sense for landing pages, email, contact lists, etc. to live in the same spot. It also allows us to stay better connected to our sales team.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do wish that I can change the way emails are organized and listed on the main Marketing Email dashboard. Ex. if I make a quick edit to our automated emails that have been running all year... they are pushed to the front of the list with all of our more recent campaigns.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are solving the problem of inconsistent messaging and "look and feel" across previous channels. The benefit being that we look much more polished and professional.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
This is a great tool for marketing teams of all sizes. A one-top-shop CRM / marketing tool will help streamline operations.

Limitless possibilities with minimal learning curve.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some workflows are not possible to do but the support team of Hubspot has always been there whenever I have questions or whenever I need a support.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Deliver bulk emails and be able to track its progress and performance.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Take their free courses while you are trying to learn about the tech. It is worthy of your time
