Hubspot Marketing Review
What do you like best about the product?
It's easy because all the social media accounts are all in one place. So when it comes to scheduling, it's efficient.
What do you dislike about the product?
Hubspot hasn't been keeping up to date with social media platforms as they update with features. Tagging has been a feature forever and it's still very glitchy. Also you can only upload images and videos, while platforms like instagram, you can do reels, and carousels. So in order to create content that is relevant with the platform, you have to use the app directly. Which in turn, creates a disruption in the metrics.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Just having a platform that does email, social media and landing pages.

What do you like best about the product?
The continuous updates. They care about keeping an updated, bug-free software with the latest trends in marketing.
What do you dislike about the product?
If you are not using Salesforce, the integration is hard.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Workflows, journey based advertising and being relevant.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Use salesforce CRM. The integrations is very hard when you r CRM doesn't speak the same language.
It is very complex, with many different tools and options for success, but learning curve is steep

it has a lot of different features, complex, many different insights can be gained

steep learning curve, sometimes very over complicated

Finding out who is actually a qualified lead, how to segment audiences

Your business needs to be making a good bit of money for the high price to be worth it, you must be very organized, and you should integrate Hubspot across your entire business/teams

The fact that when I always get adequate and timely support during my work day.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be great if I can erectly request a zoom code instead of having to call the line first.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Provides my team with the ability of distributing leads accordingly across multiple pipelines and review the performance of each thanks to the wonderful report set up

Get the package and master it with the help of support
Great support, flexible technology- makes my life easier as a marketing manager
What do you like best about the product?
Ability to create smart lists/workflows and edit properties without needing coding. Lovely account manager with handy chat support functionality. Tasks allow strong automation to follow up with sales activities.
What do you dislike about the product?
Reporting isn't the best- the AI recommendations aren't great. ABM capabilities aren't as good as ABM platforms. Lack of integration with UberFlip or Microsoft Teams.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Emailing both for marketing mailers and sales sequencing, segmenting database, reporting on digital ads etc.

Mostly, keeping track with our clients' journey from lead acquisition to registration and being able to follow up and contact them based on every kind for criteria.
Hubspot makes my marketing operations simpler and faster
What do you like best about the product?
It's marketing tools overall. They are all focused to make us go fast in marketing operations, and also on having visibility on the impacts our operations have been having through time.
What do you dislike about the product?
Page construction is still a bit complicated and having 1 account for multiple countries, languages and markets is quite overwhelming sometimes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lead generation, sales results and market expansion.

If you need better resources for data analysis, digital marketing operations and overall inbound and content marketing resources, Hubspot might be the best solution for you.

UI is very intuitive, allows me easy and quick management of social media channels.
Analyze section is fantastic and helps focus on what's most important. Makes it easy to measure growth and benchmark performance.

The "competitor" social media page monitoring is very limited and doesn't give me what I need.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot marketing hub helps me with multi-tasking and publishing posts on multiple channels. It also allows me to understand attribution of my campaigns to the rest of the companies goals and understand ROI.

I like very much that you can see the calendar of the posts, save drafts, put links and emojis. I also like that you can clone posts and that you can program in different social media.
The biggest advantage is the analytics as it collects all the information of both the posts you make on the platform and those you post directly on social networks. You can also shorten the url or you can create your own utm. You can analyze your audience, posts, interactions, clicks, shares, impressions, new contacts and your top post. Make an analysis of all your connected networks and you can decide which period to analyze or compare

You don't have gif available and you can't change the images directly from the scheduled post.
You can't tag people in the posts only companies.
Sometimes it doesn't synchronize well with your social networks and things you have responded to on the social network are not reflected in the monitoring.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The biggest benefit is to be able to analyze all the social networks from one platform, be in control and have the overview of all. You can post on the different social networks from one place, you can schedule the posts, you can save your work. It is very easy to log in with your different accounts. But the best thing is that you can make decisions thanks to the performance of the post. It shows you which ones have more engagement, comments, likes, shares.It also makes it easier to monitoring and listeningIt also makes it easier for you to monitor and listen to your audience.
Perfect for startups
What do you like best about the product?
The platform is very user friendly and easy to use. Great flow of the various sections to manage all our marketing efforts from emails to contact list, landing pages, ads, and all the reporting needed to track progress. The workflow triggering and automation is such a great feature, allowing the team to stay on top of various tasks and being alerted when new leads or deals close as we also use Hubspot CRM.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think that the reporting section and the way that reports are built can be more robust than the current offerings. I think that it lacks some customizable aspects that other platforms may be able to support.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps with having a system of record for all things marketing related, a platform to host and execute our email campaigns, our landing pages, and our ads.
