What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot is a powerful tool for marketing teams to get the most out of their inbound marketing efforts, Their email functionality, social media and Paid Ads integrations are great and the marketing automation workflows are essential to our follow-up and sales process.
What do you dislike about the product?
The CRM is OK for our needs but can be limited when it comes to reporting and pipeline management. And overall, the attribution reporting is limited unless you upgrade to the more advanced reporting.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hubspot Marketing Hub really helps us manage our large volume of inbound leads and automate much of our marketing efforts.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Hubspot is a great solution if your are sticking with the Marketing Hub. If you have more advanced CRM or Sales Automation tools, it works better aligned with other tools.

What do you like best about the product?
The tool to manage duplicate contacts -It's a life saver!
What do you dislike about the product?
Company Unique identifiers are "Domain Name" honestly a useless identifier, our company is a start-up business but has two domain names, and is not an uncommon situation. You should be able to set your own unique identifier.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I Work in sales, have not spent much time in the Marketing Hub

Best Tool I've Used So Far - Gets The Job Done

What do you like best about the product?
My primary 9-5 job utilizes the Hubspot suite of tools, so I'm very familiar with the capabilities, the way the tools work together, and how they compare to some of the alternatives on the market that I've used or tested for my small business or through my freelance work as a marketer. While Hubspot definitely has its quirks, and the cost of the tools are best-suited for mid-size organizations and larger, I really enjoy just how much you can do with it. The integration of content hosting, landing pages, email tools, and social media scheduling has made our marketing team very successful.

We recently merged with another company and had to do a review to determine if we'd move to Salesforce's content management tool or if we'd integrate the salesforce sales tools with our Hubspot instance (since we use the content management system so heavily) and I was beyond relieved that we stayed with Hubspot for marketing. Comparing to the salesforce add-on's capabilities, it was very clear that Hubspot was the better alternative.
What do you dislike about the product?
Hubspot, like any platform, definitely has its quirks. Just like in web design, sometimes things just don't work as planned unless you get them just right. I'm still learning Hubspot's custom code language, Hubl, to try and improve our team's ability to customize templates for emails, blogs, and landing pages.

Additionally, updates to the tools tend to remove key features or change how they work, and that always throws a wrench in our productivity. I understand that updates to a tool are necessary, but it seems like every few months Hubspot is completely redesigning an editor that you JUST got the hang of using. This issue is headed our way once again as the "legacy" email editor is on its way out in a month or two, and we're now having to open a ticket with support because our key email templates aren't working with the new editor. (Insert eyeroll here.)

On the bright side, Hubspot support is always responsive, helpful, and willing to escalate to the necessary teams when you have an issue. We really appreciate that aspect when we run into issues like this.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In the last three years of building the marketing strategy of our company, we've been able to see real results for inbound marketing. With the right content and an integrated system to publish it, house it, and deliver it to our audience, we've been able to hit the ground running and begin building a successful marketing approach.

What do you like best about the product?
Social media management tools! Easy to use & insightful.
What do you dislike about the product?
At the moment, users are not able to tag personal LinkedIn pages through their content planning tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Seeing what kind of social media content is resonating with our audience through the analytics platform and being able to take learnings and insights to continuously improve our social media efforts.

HubSpot is the ultimate marketing tool!

What do you like best about the product?
Among other tools I use the email integration most often. my favorite part about HubSpot is the email tool. My company uses clickfunnels as our landing pages for our events so it is awesome being able to integrate the two together, so when someone purchases a product they are automatically added to a specific list I created in HubSpot. I can then turn around and send emails specifically tailored to segments and lists I choose with a few simple clicks. Workflows are also very convenient to be able to set up trigger actions when someone is assed or removed from a list.
What do you dislike about the product?
I really don't have any major complaints with HubSpot but one thing I have had difficulty with is when you have a workflow with an error, HubSpot doesn't tell you what the error in your workflow is. My workflows all function correctly but I have a tab of "Workflows with errors" that has many workflows but I am unsure why they have errors, especially when they are executing the task I assigned them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot is my all in one tool to manage contacts, set up workflows, create and send emails, and text customers. All of these actions I am able to accomplish quickly and efficiently. I can send multiple target segments an email that is tailored specifically to them quickly and seamlessly.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would definitely recommend HubSpot to other businesses who are looking to manage all of their marketing efforts in one central location. Being able to send emails, texts, manage social media and web all in on place is so convenient and gives me back time in my day to focus my other efforts on strategy rather than accomplishing tasks.

Simple & Easy-to-use

What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot Marketing Hub is simple yet effective. You can put together ads, emails, & social posts within minutes. Canva integration is a game-changer by allowing you to create stunning graphics within minutes.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's nothing that I dislike about the HubSpot Marketing Hub but I would add AI-powered suggestions as well as a full range calendar that allows you to put all of your marketing media into for ease of posting & strategy. This would be an upgrade to what is currently present on the Marketing Hub.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problem we are solving is campaign-based marketing. We put together campaigns for specific buyer personas. The data that we get in return helps us shape follow-ups, conversions into customers, and general insights to where our leads are being generated from.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Implement Ai-based suggestions and content creation.

What do you like best about the product?
Social media tool, mailing, workflows. Also campaings is easy so you can find all related content. The hubspot academy works great so it's easy to learn more.
What do you dislike about the product?
We have to integrate our own data with HubSpot to keep our contacts updated. But that's up to us, not HubSpot ;)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Plan ahead with scheduled emails, social posts etc. And have everything in one place.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how everything is interconnected - you open a new campaign, segment your contacts to different personas, write the emails, make advertising campaigns and then design a funnel to connect it all in your workflows. When everything is published, it's so easy to see what works and what not, so that you can make necessary adjustments and invest your time and money better.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes, contacts are captured that you don't really have any real value of them, but on the other hand that's necessary to later see the full path the customer has taken.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The main benefit is easy funnel designing and it solves the problem of having many different tools. The analytics can be really frustrating when things are not in the same place.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Hubspot is a pricey tool, but if used comprehensively, the investment will pay off and make your life easier.

Hubspot Marketing Hub is very intuitive and super easy to use. It also gives you some valuable information about your contents, especially email marketing.
What do you dislike about the product?
Social media reports doesn't provide much information about this strategy. It also takes some time to sincronize data in social media and ads tools.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Itʽs easy to maintain an email marketing strategy with Hubspot Marketing Hub. Itʽs also very easy to schedule social media posts in it.
