The ability to mass email and simultaneously collect actionable data is very powerful.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm very happy with HubSpot Marketing Hub.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am using intelligent forms to drive lead generation, resolve customer issues, and to track load-distribution across various departments.
Great Platform and Easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
I like the ability to post to multiple different channels, and accounts all at the same time. As well as being able to segment posts in different campaigns. Having a calendar of scheduled, drafts, and published posts is extremely useful. Being able to look at past posts but for all accounts and keep files saved allows for better tracking on past posts.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not being able to post carousel posts to Instagram as well as restrictions with sizing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am able to post more consistently and keep track of posts as well as make sure posts are being sent at our ideal time. They are also helping up be more consistent on our channels making sure that our wording and pictures all align.

HubSpot Marketing Hub a go to tool!
What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot's Marketing Hub is a tool that really helps in managing marketing activities from a single tool and avoids juggling between various platforms.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are still few reports that can be shown in a better way or can be customized according to the need.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Email Marketing was one of the points that was giving a major issue which has been now resolved since we shifted to HubSpot.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
HubSpot Marketing Hub if used properly would solve most of the marketing issues you might be facing also this being all in one tool you can also integrate your third party marketing tools like TypeForm with an ease.
Marekting Hub has some brilliant features but is sometimes too fiddly
What do you like best about the product?
Automation features are good - workflows, active lists etc - can pretty much do anything you think of and can eventually figure out how on hubspot
What do you dislike about the product?
The marketing email tool is good and intuitive to use but sometimes becomes very fiddly - I often have problems with the editor where I can't select text or the top editing bar doesn't appear or freezes and I can't press bold for example. HubSpot is a great tool but lately has had some navigation issues that are maybe software glitches. It does not work as smoothly as it should - I have to repeatedly click to get to edit one small thing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to easily set up emails to certain lists of people as they are all in one database - it is easy to filter through them. We are also able to create quite attractive emails. We are also beginning to improve our connection to Salesforce so we can better report on our Marketing activities through to sales.
Using HubSpot had made my work life better
What do you like best about the product?
Marketing email campaigns plus the reports afterwards.
What do you dislike about the product?
The reports are not always accurate. Close deals should be only closed deals from that campaign and not during .
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Getting more people to attend our events and selling our products from getting people to attend after using marketing campaigns.
Scheduling Social Media on Hubspot

I like being able to schedule out the posts far in advance. The addition of Canva for designing is the icing on top.

Hubspot CRM
What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot is by far the best CRM I have worked with. It is very user friendly and intuitive, everything just works and it is constantly improving.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing I can think of - it does the job brilliantly
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We get great customer insight. The full traceability / transparency of every change to every field has been invaluable when syncing with other databases - we always go back to HUbspot to trace any issues. Practically speaking it works perfectly for managing an individuals sales process and the automation and workflows mean we have a lot of control as a business. I love it!
Great platform
What do you like best about the product?
In my current capacity, I am only using Hubspot for its social media and reporting module. In the past, I did personally use it to create landing pages, email communications, as well as for social media. There is no doubt that it's a robust and powerful tool to communicate with customers. It also has great integrations that can automate other tasks and ensure data integrity.
The most important this is that everything is one place: email, social media, and reporting. It's a one-stop-shop for marketing needs. Subteams use the different modules they need. It has robust permissions so there are master controls.

What do you dislike about the product?
I wish the social media module would be more robust. For Facebook posts especially, I'd like to be able to having the formatting abilities I have in Facebook: bold, H1, bullets. Also I'd like targeting options. Sometimes we publish content in French or another language but and I can't limit my audience either on Facebook or LinkedIn posts.
I would like the ability to replace content images. The tool tip to changes the image doesn't always appear and I want it be clearer.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps create transparency across the organization. Everyone can see the data and the conversions all in one place. Although we are avid users of Google analytics, I am constantly checking the reporting module to see how many people became contacts in Hubspot because of our social media activities. I can also see the social channel they came from as well the whether they converted to a customer. The is a great justification of my efforts and demonstrates how social media impacts our organic traffic.
In addition, I know I can click on the customers' names and find out what piece of content made them convert. It's a really clear table that is exportable to a CSV file and can be used for other purposes. It shows how all of our activities are really connected.
