What do you like best about the product?
the customer service by phone is by far my favorite aspect

The contact organization could be a little bit easier to understand, to many sub topics

We are focusing our marketing with HubSpot specially email. I like the way it is very user friendly and matches the aesthetic of the company

What do you like best about the product?
The user experience is superior to previous tools I’ve used. The time it takes to implement a landing page or workflow is much shorter than other marketing automation.
What do you dislike about the product?
Zoom integration help isn’t consistent between zoom and hubspot. Would like more clarity and training about the zoom workflow

Automatic attribution reporting. Able to finally see revenue coming from marketing activities

What do you like best about the product?
The combination of Forms, Workflows and Running Reports at the end, makes our campaigns and experiments run smoothly and easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm not sure if it's from you, or network/load combination, but sometimes the performance on browsing through the application is slower. Mostly on charts/reports and following up from there on deals, contacts and companies.

What do you like best about the product?
The tools provided are easy to learn, provide great insight and analysis into my social media use, and allow me to be more strategic in my social media planning.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is a limit to the amount of campaigns you can create, which caused some issues for my organization as we need to create many campaigns to stay organized.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot Marketing has allowed for more effective A/B testing, as well as for easier access and response to followers on social media platforms.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Try it! It is a great tool for all marketing efforts.

What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot Marketing Hub really helps you focus all your information in one place, from information about a newly acquired lead to which pages a customer visited from your site to analysis of the promotional emails sent, including opening and un-subscription statistics. This helps you keep a detailed history for each customer, reducing the time it takes to retrieve the information. The strong point is undoubtedly the ease with which to use the system and the creation of workflows that certainly improve the customer experience from the point of view of contact and support.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would improve the display of the customer profile so that you can see the main information immediately and add more statistics in relation to the marketing emails sent, this would certainly help to improve sales performance. I would add a simpler tool for creating landing pages from a white scratch or increase third-party graphics to extend available landing and email layouts
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to concentrate all information in one place helps all business components to be aligned at the same time. Information is essential and wasting time between emails, notes and old threads often complicates internal and customer communication. this saves time and effort translates into more personal and team operations, freeing up time for other important business activities.

It's Hubspot, it's the best

What do you like best about the product?
The flexibility of the automations available, even to novice users, the exhaustive combinations of a list, a workflow, and easy custom fields can get you out of most tricky situations.

Additionally, for most phases of complexity, up to and slightly beyond when you start visualising in a database / viz tool, Hubspot is the go to. Alternatives like Marketo / Pardot etc either are too complicated for Marketing users to self serve, or you have to man mark your team with engineers / dedicated resources. With Hubspot, you could theoretically get yourself up and running with a respectable automation environment within a few weeks.

Lastly, the cost, very competitive pricing, I would say the sweet spot is around 50,000 contacts. Once you get past 50,000, it's definitely worth chatting to their CSMs and consider using contact based pricing instead.
What do you dislike about the product?
The difficulty of getting out webpage viewed data by contact. Additionally, the APIs themselves are quite limited when you're looking at populating a larger database in SQL. Additionally, you are limited by some aspects by the system, a niche one people encounter quite a lot is the 100 field limit on the scoring models. Generally, you can bypass this with the use of multiple fields aggregating into a calculated scoring field, but this pattern of limitations does appear randomly throughout the functionality in the platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ease of automation, mainly surfacing key buying behaviours to the sales organisation.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Research the alternatives available, but consider where your organisation is in terms of complexity before doing a straight up comparison with other platforms. 9/10 you won't use half of the features you'll pay for, and at least with Hubspot, the features available for the price are outstanding.
