U start using Hubspote a few months ago and in my opinio it is a great tool for marketing
What do you like best about the product?
I like that Hubspot is really intuitive and easy to use the tool. Creating landing pages has never been easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
The main problem for me is that workflows don't work properly and support is not really helpful in this case. Saving is also often stuck when creating pages.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Mailing automation, creating landing pages without knowing html

What do you like best about the product?
The functionalities that allow me to tie together sales and marketing efforts and provide dashboards and views for sales. With limited resources I can use workflows as my "assistant"
What do you dislike about the product?
campaigns provide good information but the info is really difficult to provide for sales. For example influenced contacts, should be a way to create a view in companies or contacts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sales process - this is a good way to streamline the process and ease up time for sales instead of cold calls and lead generation.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
The abilities to integrate other software is really good and the ways to automate lead generation is quite simple and functioning.

What do you like best about the product?
The best thing about HubSpot Marketing Hub is the ability to automate just about everything we do. From audience building for ads to email workflows and triggering notifications for sales, as a growth marketer, it is a game changer. Campaigns and tracking has been so helpful as well to see the successes of our content campaigns.
What do you dislike about the product?
Reports really need an overhaul, we frequently find ourselves struggling to find information around inbound revenue generation.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We're able to automate everything for our campaigns and our inbound sales teams. It makes it so much easier for everyone to rely on workflows.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
HubSpot is by far the easiest, most intuitive CRM platform for marketers that I have used. It's lightyears ahead of Pardot and Marketo. If you're working on demand / lead generation, this platform is essential for running campaigns at scale and tracking your success.
Powerful and simple to use
What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot Marketing Hub is really easy to use on the everyday work. Even if there are so many features, you'll never get lost. I really appreciate the fact that it's also quick to train new team members on the solution (using the Academy an Helpcenter as basis).
Our CSM is also always very reactive and available for us.

What do you dislike about the product?
I would say that technical support is a bit less reactive on the resolution of tickets.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hubspot Marketing Hub serves our acquisition strategy. We are able to capture plenty of leads on our website: but that's not all, we nurture then efficiently in order to detect sales opportunities.
HubSpot Marketing Hub is user friendly and the customer service is great
What do you like best about the product?
The forms and landing pages are easy to build and customizable. The email management settings are also great (e.g. sending based on time zone). I like the visualisation of workflows and it is easy to use. I like that you can have a 360 view of a contact all in one place and that there are APIs available to connect with other systems outside HubSpot. The marketplace is also great, as well as the trainings available on your website.
What do you dislike about the product?
I use forms a lot, so the fact that forms cannot yet populate fields on deals is not nice. I need to build workflows to copy the form properties (contact properties) to deal properties all the time. It would also be great to have drag and drop functionality in the email builder as building modules are currently rather complex. I also feel like the logic / flow behind how HubSpot works is not always logical / intuitive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our primary use for HubSpot is not really for marketing purposes and building leads. We are integrating various systems into HubSpot via the API and storing the data in pipelines. This enriches our customer data to understand our contacts better. So HubSpot allows us to enrich our contact data through various ways. We do also use it to send time-zone based mailers to our mailing lists.
Great for cross-platform performance insights!
What do you like best about the product?
With the Hubspot Marketing Hub I can easily compare the performance of my campaigns across platforms at one glance. We run a lot of lead ads on Facebook and LinkedIn and here I can see how the number of generated leads correspond to actual contacts in Hubspot.
Another great benefit is that I can create contact lists within Hubspot which I can then share with the platforms for targeting.
We also use it to manage our website and landing pages which is straightforward to do. I especially like how easy it is to create new forms and CTAs for our website which really helps us with lead generation.

We don't use it for setting up our campaigns as the functionalities here are a lot more limited than in the platforms themselves but maybe if you're just starting out with marketing and want to run a few basic campaigns, it might work for you.

- Creating custom events for campaign optimization on Facebook and Google - this is a recent feature that we are about to test

Most intuitive and effective marketing platform
What do you like best about the product?
How simple it is to create and publish content - requiring no great technical experience or prior experience with marketing platforms. And then how easy it is to extract the data afterwards.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are elements of HubSpot that are difficult to customize, and sometimes it is hard to see end to end analytics from marketing to sales. I would like the same parameters to be available on every report, dashboard and analytics view.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We can do almost everything in one place - we don't have to have separate tools for website page building, chatbots, form building, CTAs, social media, paid ads, analytics etc; it's all on one plaftform. This saves time, money and means that team members only have to learn one tool. It also means it's much easier to get a holistic view of marketing activity.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you want a tool that is the best at everything, you're probably better building your tech stack one tool at a time. But if you want something that is pretty good at most things, that everyone can use and won't break the bank, HubSpot is the right tool.
Very intuitive
What do you like best about the product?
I like the user friendliness. I've been practically be able to use this product effectively from day one. There are plenty of online tutorials and trainings you can watch for additional explanations
What do you dislike about the product?
it's got a whole lot of "hidden" features and a ton of options for all sorts of marketing functionality - it can be a bit overwhelming. I would certainly suggest getting help from some HubSpot professionals if you're just stating out with this.

we're trying to unite and centralise the marketing efforts and believe you me, this HubSpot has got it all. we're still in the process and making big steps towards our goals
The most comprehensive and user friendly platform for B2B marketing
What do you like best about the product?
Super powerful tool that serves as all-in-one platform for all my SMB marketing needs. I only need one log in to manage email, contacts, workflows, blogging, and more. The interface is so intuitive and easy to learn and nitty gritty features (e.g. the optimize tab in blogging!) make everdy-day work in marketing so much easier. I'm also a big fan of HubSpot Academy where I can read, dig down and keep up with modern thinking in marketing and sales.
What do you dislike about the product?
Email client testing feature needs an upgrade.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Building a bridge from marketing to sales, showing results of our marketing efforts. The true benefit of HubSpot is that it marries marketing and sales.
