I use Hubspot daily for all our automated email marketing initiatives.

What do you like best about the product?
It's easy to use when creating campaigns and setting up automated lead nurturing workflows for prospects and already existing customers. Hubspot’s analytics helps me analyse our success by tracking emails, bounce rates, open rate, click rates to name a few. The inbuilt reporting tools means I’m able to gather the data, create reports and dashboards to share with our whole team.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to create tags for my emails. As a CRM, it'll be nice to have a much easier way to pull out records from my email when trying to gather data here. There is a note feature in place, but this doesn't quite do the job.

Also, Hubspot does not associate one contact with multiple companies. Meaning, each contact is left associated with their most recently created company. This can be quite confusing for us.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Using Hubspot makes me more time-efficient. I’m able to create automated email campaigns to help our prospects move through the funnel. My favourite bit is that each workflow that it generates can be linked to a clear goal so that I know if our emails work correctly and if customers are converting as would like them to.

What do you like best about the product?
The one-stop-shop principal. You can connect every online campaign to HubSpot and don't need to visit multiple websites to make an analysis.
What do you dislike about the product?
Instants graphs that give you extra insights in when and how your campaign is going.

What do you like best about the product?
Its simple UX and its flexibility with integrations is amazing

Chat support is not 24 hours, would be great if it was
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
lead nurturing and content prospecting with leads have resulted in increased volume of leads and profits
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I have used a few MA and email tools - Pardot, Marketo, Salesforce marketing cloud, mailchimp and exact target.
Out of these i have found Hubspot to be the easiest to use and I am amazed with it flexibility. Its still very powerful and smart system where i can capture all lead activity in one place easily, followed by taking action based on the business requirements.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the way we can really track all of our metrics and interface with other apps. We can effectively assess the results of a campaign and see where to make adjustments.
What do you dislike about the product?
Because it does so much, it can get confusing. The more you track and parse results, the more moving parts you create. There is a lack of consistency in the way you build/add different elements so I get lost sometimes. Examples: A Zoom ID MUST be hyphenated in a workflow, but must NOT be hyphenated in a different location. I can drag and drop an image module into a Landing Page, but not into a Blog.

That said, customer support has always been able to help me get moving again. Experience will solve those challenges.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have been producing, marketing, and tracking a biweekly webinar series that includes lots of interaction and followup contact. Hubspot allows me to do that in an organized fashion and to clearly observe the resulting metrics. It has helped us build relationships and create community.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Get some good onboarding and use it! Take advantage of the HubSpot Academy and the knowledge base to learn your way around. It truly is a Hub, run everything through it to maximize the strength of the platform and the metrics and tracking it can deliver.

Near-Perfect Marketing Partner

What do you like best about the product?
I like that I can schedule most social media posts on the platform. It saves me a lot of time going back and forth different platforms which makes scheduling a breeze. I also use their email tool a lot for sending newsletters, it's very easy to use. The clone option saves us a lot of time and we don't have to build emails from scratch. I think their live support channels are very responsive. They really take the time to understand your question.
What do you dislike about the product?
Social media analytics are limited. You don't really get data from native posts (videos & GIFs posted on the platform itself). It's the only thing stopping me from using HubSpot analytics as a singular source of social media metrics. Now that you can save reports, it just seems like a waste of a near-perfect analytics dashboard. When it comes to posting videos and GIFs, I still have to go directly to each social media platform (LinkedIn/Facebook) to post because I can't customize how it's presented (video title and thumbnails) on HubSpot.

Previous analytics also don't get saved. They delete LinkedIn data after a year.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The main benefit of using HubSpot Marketing Hub is that most of our marketing data is there already. From tracking clicks to leads, it's easier to show the ROI of our marketing activities.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Definitely try it out! They are constantly making the platform better. I'm excited to see what they come up with every update. It has definitely helped prove the value of our marketing ROI.

I love how support team is always available and friendly to help me with my needs.

Nothing much that I dislike because there's a wide range of functions suitable for a lot of my marketing needs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Im trying to analyse the results of my campaigns and the user journey for my leads and hubspot accurately captures all of those which makes it easier for me to know which are the areas of improvement.

My Microwave is More Complicated than HubSpot!

What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot has made it easy to create, send, and analyze marketing emails. It is very rewarding to see who has opened, clicked and engaged in our content. We use this data when creating future emails. I have seen a huge improvement in our sales activity since we began using all of HubSpot's tools...but mostly their marketing for emails!
What do you dislike about the product?
Some companies are using software to automatically open emails (and click on links). It must be part of their security, but it messes with my reporting. HubSpot has been so innovative, I'm looking forward to when they can capture the data of "real" opens & "automated" opens.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to segment our data base and market to personas, lists, and industries. Now we don't have to send out generic emails...but very personal emails to people who want to hear our message.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Take the classes HubSpot offers through their Academy. They are very useful and easy to access.

Hubspot for lead generation forms

What do you like best about the product?
It is very convenient to use with a user friendly interface. So even a new person can use it. It has a lot of features which help in reaching out to leads and email marketing.
I personally really like creating lead forms through hubspot since it is easy to use and has a lot of features.
If you are using hubspot for email marketing, I recommend getting the premium version since it will remove the watermark and make it look more professional
What do you dislike about the product?
Most of the good stuff requires a premium version without which it always has its logo showing which could be a problem for businesses.
Maybe they should give more options in the free version so that the person is motivated to buy the premium.
Also, at some points the contact list are way too confusing and it creates lists on its own.
I recommend removing that and making it simpler, that will make me like the software more
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use it as lead generating forms for digital campaigns and sending bulk emails to prospective customers.
Basically, I would recommend hubspot to someone who needs to generate leads and reach audience easily for free or at a low cost and thus generate sales and benefit the company,
The services that hubspot offers is going to lead to much more profit as compared to the amount that the premium costs,
It is definitely worth and I would recommend it to everyone.

It is really nice and convenient to use and will solve your problem without much complication.
Even though the free version does not have all features but it serves the purpose whereas the premium will help you reach your leads very easily,
Would definitely recommend. It is a great app.

I love how powerful it is, and how you can do evrything in one place.

Nothin much, just a few minor improvments that would be useful.

HubSpot makes it easy for us to track ads, send emails to clients and customers, and call new leads up as soon as possible

Easy to manage social scheduling

What do you like best about the product?
Being able to schedule our social media calendar well in advance is such a time saver. Email functions are amazing, not only being able to schedule emails and also schedule them based on time zone, but being able to set up an email workflow for an email campaign with a large number of emails has been great.
What do you dislike about the product?
While the social media scheduling is great and is continuously improving, it doesn't yet include the ability to schedule Instagram multi-image posts or schedule videos to YouTube.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Time saving in terms of scheduling. Forms have certainly helped in lead gen and for building lists.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
In terms of social media HubSpot is great for scheduling, it does almost everything you need it to do.
