HubSpot is our go-to for close to all our Marketing needs

What do you like best about the product?
I use the social section daily to schedule and update our social posts across all channels. HubSpot makes it easy to schedule, especially with the latest "preview" option to see the post before it goes out. I love being able to schedule emails through the email section and find it much more intuitive than other programs.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was more interaction with social channels to engage with followers who like and comment on LinkedIn. Right now, in order to respond to someone's comment on a post, I have to log in to LinkedIn to do so (and it's not very intuitive there).

Emai templates could be a bit more user friendly, but I believe we are using an older version of the templates. The new drag and drop method seems better.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are saving time by scheduling our social posts well in advance and not having to log in to each social channel individually as much. The reporting on email campaigns is also very intuitive and gives us insights into where we should focus our efforts in future campaigns.

What do you like best about the product?
I love automating tasks, emails, notes, data management, and reminders. I can't stress enough how organized and consistent my work has become. I type much less and can focus on what matters most, Connecting with my most engaged contacts! If you are new to automation the training and the ease of use will be a huge selling point. We are a sales team of 2 people yet we get more done than some of the largest teams!
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't find a single negative thing to say. All my pain points have already been addressed over time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I think the biggest advantage of HubSpot is the ability to scoring your leads and focusing on who is engaged the most. As we know in sales or marketing the first company to make contact with is always the most rememberable and sets the expectation. Timing is everything! We are able to see who is hot and who is not and able to save lost opportunities when someone returns to an email or our website years down the line.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I recommend taking full advantage of Hubspot Academy to add value to your career path

What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot's Marketing Hub works well for our organization because the platform is very user friendly and their knowledge base is very helpful when you feel stuck. From email to landing pages, the look and feel is consistent making it easy to find what you're looking for. Recently they updated their editor to drag and drop and it saves so much time! Their customer success managers are outstanding! I believe we're working with our third (in 5 years) and they have all gone above and beyond - they are like an mini extension of our marketing team helping us strategize and plan effective campaigns.
What do you dislike about the product?
They are always updating the look and feel of the platform so I have to continuously update any screenshots used for training others in the sales and marketing department.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The automation tools allows us to focus on what really matters instead of focusing on the details. We have workflows set up to give the sales team notifications of what their customers and prospects are doing on our website, blog, or if they've downloaded any additional resources.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
HubSpot has the ability to scale with your company as you and your marketing team grow. We've been with HubSpot for 5 years and have no regrets. Their customer service and helpdesk are responsive and make sure questions are answered timely and fully. It's a great resource to have!

Powerful, All-Inclusive, and Well Designed

What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot Marketing Hub covers all the bases for our marketing automation, content creation, social media promotion, email marketing, web site management and hosting, marketing contacts management ... you name it. There is simply no other marketing platform available that provides more functionality and capability in one package. The consistency of design across the platform is terrific -- clean and easy to use, but powerful as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the nickel-and-dime fees that you have to pay, even if you are an Enterprise user. For example, the Reporting add-on really should be included without extra charge at Professional and Enterprise levels. And Surcharges for additional contacts at the enterprise level are too expensive -- there should either be more base contacts than the 10K that are included, or batches of additional contacts should be much larger (perhaps 5K instead of 2K blocks).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a one-person marketing team, I need all the tools I can get in order to keep my head above water and make a difference for my company. Without Hubspot's automation, analytics, social media publishing, and content management capabilities I'd never be able to get as much done as I do.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you can afford it, do it. It's not the cheapest solution there is, but it's a powerful platform whose cost is justified by its value.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the customer support and tools that are available through Hubspot.

Some features would be nice to have, but are not available. However, if I reach out to support they send this feedback to the developers.

Creating landing pages and tracking customers' behaviors.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that our team can see what is scheduled across all platforms. We have many people who work remotely, so it is nice for everyone to be able to see what is going on.
What do you dislike about the product?
You can only post one image on Instagram. It would also be nice to see a hashtag tool built into the suite.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before HubSpot, we didn't know how customers were interacting with our site. It is a huge benefit for us to have control of our data and use that information to target our marketing campaigns.

Cover all of the bases for SMBs from a Marketing Automation perspective
What do you dislike about the product?
Seems like the platform has slowed down in the past few years - takes longer for lists to processes, workflows to run etc.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We could not execute our digital marketing strategy without Hubspot - we use all marketing features and even some sales features, despite having Salesforce as our CRM

What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy HubSpot's ease and simplicity. It helps you with what to do and it is easy to see what you've done. HubSpot is like an additional teacher and assistant. It takes the worries off of you and easily puts everything in one place. You can also have many logins and have people all work on it. It is nice to save posts as drafts. I will create a draft for a post and my supervisor comes in and looks at it and then can schedule it or edit it herself. The ease of having everything in one place is definitely my favorite part about HubSpot. If I left my current company and worked somewhere else with the same tasks, I would take HubSpot with me.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish we could post in threads on Twitter or tag accounts on social media. It also would be nice if there was a downloadable app for IOS or HP instead of logging on to a website.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I don't have any problems with HubSpot, other than It would be nice to tag other accounts or post in threads. but for benefits, I've realized that it is useful to see analytics per campaign or per platform.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you want help with your socials and website, HubSpot can help you! It is easy to learn and is nice to have everything all in one place. You can upload your files, log into your website, log into socials, and then see all the traffic an analytics. It provides different ways to look at stuff if you like to view it in a list or in a calendar.

Social Posts and Planning Across Platforms with Ease

What do you like best about the product?
The HubSpot Marketing Hub allows me to plan and schedule content months ahead of schedule or immediately if I so choose. Templates are easy to set up and duplicate with drag and drop options.
What do you dislike about the product?
In trying to run reports, I wish there was a way to report on marketing campaigns and view open rates by contacts assigned to a specific sales director.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problems I have been able to solve with the HubSpot Marketing Hub include scheduling out social posts for a duration of a schedule, through 2021, posting to multiple platforms at the same time and being able to monitor and respond to engagement within the platform is a huge help! The benefits include saving time and having accessible analytics to share with the team and report on performance of posts as well as the growth in our social communities.
