A great tool for developers and publishers
What do you like best about the product?
The way of how i can build modules and implement functionalities to a site using hubspot, for me is a straightforward process that allow speed up the whole development for my clients.
What do you dislike about the product?
The drag and drop builder for pages is quite limited, i'll like to see for example be able to add classes to the sections and rows because sometimes get some effects or try to get a perfect responsiveness can be tricky to achieve.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I like from hubspot that i don't need to worry about the server in terms of storage and configuration, I like the simple process to set up a domain and get the site just working in a couple of steps, also the form builder is a great tool because i can use it inside another's cms with just a click and keep all the benefits like the data analytics in hubspot
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Try to have a plan ready for deploy in Hubspot before you get it, this can help you to save time and costs.
Better Than Most, Still Some Room for Improvement
What do you like best about the product?
Most of my work with HubSpot Marketing Hub involves the platform's Social Media Scheduling tools, so this review will largely speak to that aspect of the product.
HubSpot makes it easy to schedule multiple posts on a similar topic at once. For instance, if we're promoting an event, I can post on LinkedIn, Twitter, and Facebook all at once from a single page. That's especially helpful when I'm scheduling 60-100 posts per month.
Scheduling is also very easy - plus, HS will let you know if you already have an item scheduled for that time or even on that day (and will let you know when that day) - which is helpful when we need to post on-the-fly without causing a disruption to our content schedule.
HubSpot is generally very good about getting things posted on time. If there's a problem, Hubspot lets me know so I can review.
Adding photos within Hubspot is easy, and I'm almost always happy with the results.
Analytics are excellent, and extremely helpful for tracking engagement planning future posts.

What do you dislike about the product?
The biggest disadvantage of HubSpot is not being able to edit posts after they've been published. In order to do that, I have to log on to the social site itself and edit from there. My only option within the platform is to delete and start over if anything needs attention.
My other main problem is with the link previewing. I share a number of articles, and very occasionally, the link preview shown on Hubspot either renders improperly or not at all. In these cases, Hubspot will either cut off the image or fail to display it. In those cases, I either have to find a new photo or share a different article. On the bright side, Hubspot almost always shows me within the platform that the link isn't displaying properly, which means I don't wind up with an embarassing, awkward looking post - but I wish the platform could address this issue more thoroughly.
Overall, the benefits of HubSpot for social scheduling far outweigh any of the negatives, and I would absolutely recommend it- especially if you're already using Hubspot's marketing hub in other ways.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot's Marketing Hub makes it possible to schedule posts far in advance + faster than with products I've used in the past.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would recommend using HubSpot for social media management if your organization is already using Hubspot in other capacities.
Easy to use once you know where everything is
What do you like best about the product?
It's super straightforward and all the tools are right in front of you. I appreciate that there is a central files page so that I can upload all my images and PDFs. Creating new CTAs is super easy and intuitive. I also really like that we can access the CSS files and templates to change what we need to suit our tastes. I was concerned whether or not I was able to do it, but the ease of HubSpot allowed me to make my changes even though I'm a newbie.
What do you dislike about the product?
Accessing the design files is difficult to locate, as well as locating where to change the footer and header designs. Creating a workflow can be a little hard to understand exactly what it does, so I'm not confident in my decisions. Email automation options are a little hard to understand intuitively as well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Analytics are the biggest problems. HubSpot Marketing Hub provides an easy-to-understand layout of my website analytics that is very useful in understanding what my marketing strategy is doing. We're also constantly creating new content for our website, so it feels nice that I don't feel lost in my many, many pages of content, because of how easy it is to sort and search.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you want to centralize a bunch of your marketing and sales processes into one location, HubSpot Marketing Hub is the spot for you! I appreciate the ease of the site to configure whatever I want!
Marketing automation review for Hubspot
What do you like best about the product?
it's user friendly. easy to use. it has all the needed email and marketing functionalities
What do you dislike about the product?
reporting and hierarchy structure of opps, MQLS, leads <> SFDC are lacking and not as customizable as sfdc. reporting are all lacking and indicators of results are lacking. with complex parent accounts to child accounts and Leads vs contacts, all create hiccups in the reporting since it's not customizable.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Email marketing, landing pages, attempting marketing reporting and demand generation reports.
Dreaming of the best HubSpot workflows
What do you like best about the product?
The best thing about HubSpot is the automated workflows. They are the bread and butter of our company. I love the new features that you consistently add to the workflow triggers. You just added the a trigger that delays when an event happens. I am going to test out this function for our webinar reminders . We have an add to calendar link and I want to see if I can unenroll contacts from the reminder emails if they add the calendar event.
What do you dislike about the product?
The biggest downside is the price. Having the cost be determined by the contacts in our database can be discouraging to small business owners.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Connecting more to our contacts helps us deliver a great experience. The workflows have benefitted me in making my work not so repetitive. It is great to set and leave.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Try it out. It is very easy to use and understand. HubSpot Marketing Hub also includes many other features that you would have to pay additional with another software. What is better? Having many separate systems or one that does it all. I think it is best to have it all in one place.
Hubspot has all the right tools to create a mkt campaign
What do you like best about the product?
The automation, the email designer, and tracking of content engagement
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't think of anything, every day I keep discovering new tools and information from hubspot that I like
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Measuring how efficient our mkt campaigns are and having the right info to adjust my content
Recommendations to others considering the product:
The great thing about hubspot is that you can create, manage, distribute and measure your content in the same place
HubSpot makes business easy!
What do you like best about the product?
I like that HubSpot has lots of templates to choose from for sending out marketing emails and how they have an automation system setup so that you don't have to send out emails one by one but have their software send them out on a regular basis for you. HubSpot has made being a marketer so much easier and I would absolutely recommend it to any of my peers. Business needs are growing and HubSpot grows with them, making sure they're one step ahead and always thinking about the future. I also enjoy all of the resources that HubSpot makes available to their customers. They have taught me so much and they have helpful staff that are always available and willing to help. Unlike other programs you don't have to wait days for an answer, most of the time their agents are readily available immediately to help rectify the problem or answer any questions/concerns you might have. I love how they offer courses on what you should and shouldn't be doing as well as how to use their software to help make your business a success. I don't know what I would do without HubSpot! It is totally worth having and if you don't have it I HIGHLY suggest you look into it and consider using it as it will only help your business succeed more than you could have done on your own. Very proud user here! Thanks for all the hard work you've put into this software and all that you have done to support small businesses around the world.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't think there is anything I dislike about HubSpot.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot makes it easy for me to reach out to potential customer via their email automation and keeping up to date with customer information.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Get it! You won't be disappointed!
Double the Size of You Marketing Team with HubSpot's Marketing Hub
What do you like best about the product?
Once you become facile with the tools, your team's productivity improves significantly, allowing you to accomplish quite a lot, even with a small team. And the reporting tools make it easy to demonstrate the value of your team's efforts.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is a bit of a learning curve to become really proficient and Hubspot is on the pricey side, but other than that there isn't much I don't find useful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Using Hubspot's forms, we've been able to make our website much stickier - allowing us to capture information so we can stay in touch with a higher percentage of our new users than we were before using Hubspot. The workflows allow us to move our MQLs to SQLs very efficiently. And, I love being able to provide unique user experiences using smart CTAs.
Simple UI, Great Features
What do you like best about the product?
I love how seamlessly social media is integrated with this platform. The user experience is great too - easy to find everything needed.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't edit posts after they go out (have to go into the native platform). I also really don't like that another user can login and edit an email you're already working on, effectively overriding your changes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Scheduling posts in advance saves us so much time. Having everything in one place is fabulous.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Of all the CRMs I've used, this is the most user friendly. It does have some small limitations, but they are constantly building out new features.
HubSpot Marketing Hub is easy, smart, and helpful!
What do you like best about the product?
I like the analytics that you receive with the marketing tool. It has helped us update our messaging, email content, and focus. I am not the one that created the forms or website - but I know that team had a great experience with revamping our website and forms.
The ability to integrate apps has been easy and a life changer for us. We are not programmers or developers and the system has been great, easy to use and understand.

What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, I am the Sales Process Manager and my only dislike, isn't really a dislike. But I wish that workflows worked for Sales Templates and Sequences could work for Marketing Emails. I understand that we could use the Sequence Tool to send out a Sales Template, which we haven't tried yet. We have a lot of discussions on how we are going to send something out because there are multiple ways of doing so out of Hubspot.
I also wish that you could Select All and add to a workflow rather than only allowing 100 contacts to be selected.
I also wish that you could Select All and add to a workflow rather than only allowing 100 contacts to be selected.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We had no way of knowing how our emails and content was being received. We were mindlessly sending out "email blast" to all contacts in our previous system. It is nice to know when the emails are being opened, bounced emails, when was the last marketing email opened.
The list are nice that we can segment contacts out. We are working on building properties on the company and contact record so we know which product lines or invites to send to certain customers.

Recommendations to others considering the product:
I am not sure how we found HubSpot Marketing Hub but I am glad that we did. I would look at the functionality, your needs, your goals, and ask to see a demo. The support team and accounts managers are awesome, I have attended several trainings and the trainers are great too. I haven't run into a single mishap when dealing with the HubSpot Team, great experience. There is a wonderful knowledge base online for information too. There are updates to the system to make it even better than before.
