Easy & Simple Social Media Management
What do you like best about the product?
I like that I can do everything in one platform, and that I can schedule in advance. We can link it to our other marketing campaigns. It's a very simple and easy to use interface.
What do you dislike about the product?
That I cannot tag individuals in LinkedIn & Facebook.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For some reason we were not scheduling social posts with Hubspot before and generating a UTM per post which was a huge waste of time.
Great Marketing Automation
What do you like best about the product?
automation, dynamic builds, email drag and drop, form creation, module design simplicity, ease of use when building
What do you dislike about the product?
some backend limitations such as learning proprietary language or inability to have cta anchor. learning curve switching between email/webpage/landing page builders. some integration limitations.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
no current problems, but historically we had back end issues. Support was wildly helpful and provided suggestions or approaches we were not aware of of.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Hubspot's UI is perfect for an expert or novice to navigate and execute responsibilities. The dashboards can be customized for each users specific role. Our previous set up was a variety of tools, making analysis tricky and manual. Hubspot has everything right at your fingertips. If there are any issues, Hubspots support is simple to use, swiftly responsive and always helpful.
Love HubSpot - would not be without it
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use, modern interface and always improving areas following feedback from users. I love having everything in one place, we are a small team and it's amazing being able to manage our emails, blog, website, landing pages, social etc all from one platform. As well as the integrations with things like GoToWebinar and having all of the registrations/attendees pulled through into the platform. The support team are great, always respond quickly whenever I have either emailed or called them. Hints and tips to help optimize when working on emails/landing pages/blog etc is useful. The workflows that you are able to create are very powerful and save lots of time. The training and certifications that HubSpot offer are also really valuable. Reports and dashboards are easy to use and they have saved time for our monthly reporting. I first used HubSpot in a previous role back in 2010/11, and after using a couple of other platforms, I am super happy to be back being a HubSpot user as of a year ago, I would not want to be without it now.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing major. The social tools are great, but not being able to tag a LinkedIn user is annoying, we quite often want to tag our employees that are hosting a webinar or that created a blog post. So for those types of posts I have to post directly on LinkedIn or edit the post and tag once it's posted.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Saving time with an all in one platform, implementing a proper leads process that both the sales and marketing team have embraced, not spending hours producing different reports from different sources, being organized with our content, ability to schedule social posts ahead of time, not relying on an agency to make simple changes to web pages.

Easy to track new customers from several different platforms and marketing channels.
What do you dislike about the product?
Would like to see an easier integration with advertising campaigns from sources other than Google, FB and LI.

Have been able to calculate true ROI from advertising campaigns.
Great tool for beginners or expert marketing teams looking to advance operations
What do you like best about the product?
It is easy to use but also easy to adjust to create custom features and match branding. The analytics are very detailed and easy to pull whenever you need. Everything is very centralized and because of how everything ties in with each other, each different feature is easy to use and everything is cohesive. Also, their support is simply unmatched. There is mostly always someone on the other end to help you out with your specific problem. Chats or calls are short and to the point, and they identify the problem almost immediately. Also the support forums are extremely helpful and you can find answers to nearly anything that comes up and you can bookmark it and reference it easily. All instructions are written concisely and are so easy to understand and execute.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes there can be limitations that seem arbitrary, but you can usually find a way around any issues that arise. It is also difficult to get support when it is after hours.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ability to pull real analytics from our activities to justify our marketing initiatives. It is so easy to set up automations and let the marketing machine run without having to spend too much time on it. We are able to really track our efforts and change things quickly and easily if we feel we need to pivot our strategy. Everything is easy to view and access, even if we have to access something that is archived.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Really drill down on what your team needs but also what is expected of you from other departments. This makes delivery so easy and reporting is seamless. YOu can't go wrong.

What do you like best about the product?
The email and bloggling platforms on Hubspot are extremely easy to use. I love the drag and drop features on the emails that really help with correct and equal spacing. I also like on the blogging feature how you can embed videos easily and straight onto the post. My content always looks clean, especially when I can fit the video to the full width of my blog post.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside of Hubspot that I've come across is actually with the contact section. I have Hubspot integrated with my calling program "Dial Pad" but sometimes when I make a call through Dial Pad, it doesn't sync to the correct number in my contacts and then makes an entirely new contact, therefore I have multiple names that I have to merge.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It saves me a lot of time to do everything straight from Hubspot. I like I can host files and pdfs there and easily include them into my blogs/emails. I like how my contacts are easy to add to separate lists and groups and I can filter through contacts. The blog and email features are my favorite. I send out a weekly newsletter to my contacts and am able to easily copy it to a blog post as well, just switching out a few things. The newsletters I send out look very clean thanks to even spacing.
As a Heavy Hubspot User for the last 4 years...
What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use and the support team are great. There is a lot of ability to automate from a marketing and from a sales point of view.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes lacking detail. In certain cases it would be nice to be able to get a little more into the nitty gritty (ie, analytics for behavioural events based on specific contact lists/segments rather than the whole contact database).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Email nurturing is made a lot easier with workflows and contact lists. Most people on our team know how to use the email tool because it's not hard to learn.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Consider the amount of contacts you will be importing as you are billed for contacts. Other than that it's a great tool for email marketing, less for sales email sequences.

What do you like best about the product?
Once everything is set up, it is super easy to use. I used to consult with a Salesforce partner and implement their Marketing Cloud, and HubSpot blows that away for ease of use. We also use the Social Media management tools extensively. These are awesome. Also, their customer support is outstanding.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes building landing pages gets kind of wonky inside of your browser. I've had some trouble there, but other than that, there are really no other things that bother me.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use landing pages extensively for all kinds of our marketing. We have even gotten creative and used them for non-traditional means, like using them for building our internal quarterly company newsletters.

Take a good look at it. It is everything we could have hoped for and the HubSpot community is fantastic.

What do you like best about the product?
Automation tool streamlines email campaigns, helps sales/marketing alignment processes, and provides useful analytics for measuring campaign/workflow effectiveness. The email tool is easy to manage and design with the drag & drop feature. The analytics dashboards are extremely helpful for a high level analysis. Overall, HubSpot Marketing Hub is intuitive and far reaching platform that will make you and your team more productive and effective. They have updated and improved many features from when I first started using it, so I know they are always looking to evolve and better the use experience and functionality for their customers.
What do you dislike about the product?
Landing page design could be more like the email drag-drop tool. There is still a lot of need for knowing HTML/CSS for design features beyond the basics. I would like A/B testing in workflows and a simpler way to try out different subject lines without having to create multiple versions of the same email. Some third-party integrations aren't that great.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helps me do more with less people. I am one person and I am able to manage email, content, communication, sales/marketing alignment, analytics, and more with HubSpot and its ease of use and automation tools.
