Perfect Solution for Agile Marketers
What do you like best about the product?
Out of all of the Marketing Automation/Marketing CMS Hubs out there, to me, Hubspot Marketing Hub is the simplest to use and most user-friendly. The landing page builder gave us the ability and freedom to quickly build and deploy an entire landing page stack that allowed us to scale our efforts across channels.
I also like that Hubspot proactively give us recommendations on SEO enhancements and uses AI to provide recommendations on how to improve deliverability, engagements and maximize our return.

What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was more ability to customize views, dashboards and I do with the reporting functionality for things like Social, Landing Pages, Revenue from Marketing etc. were a bit easier to use and tailor to our specific needs.
I wish the Paid Ads Component didn't require us to purchase an additional Ads License, given the fact that we spend above the threshold each month, just seems like this would be a natural free addition to the platform.
The social component is an OK replacement for what we needed at the time but we are finding that we'd like to get deeper insights and analytics from our efforts and we do think that Hubspot could benefit from expanding the "monitoring and analytics" and allow for custom reporting for results of social activities.
Campaigns are great, but I would like there to be more freedom to create/edit/re-save campaigns, wherein certain situations a small change needs to be made to a campaign name we have to create a new campaign and the results from previous campaigns are not reflected in the new one.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We were coming from a situation where we had 5 or 6 disparate systems, all with varying degrees of use and separate costs. We needed a solution that would allow us to connect all of those systems, share insights and ultimately optimize our marketing technology spend across the board.
Hubspot Marketing Hub allowed us to almost instantly stand up equivalent systems, allowing for minimal disruption to our team's performance and productivity and allowed us to drastically reduce our overall marketing technology spend, while still getting many of the same benefits.
We were able to publish a brand new landing page stack to complement our website and marketing activities, as well as give us the ability to hit the ground running in days, instead of weeks. We needed a solution that would allow us to be fast, nimble, and publish a high-quality experience and we were able to do so in little to no time.

For a team that needs to be nimble, produce content rapidly and deploy and adapt quickly Hubspot is a great solution. For those with more complex setups, Marketo or Salesforce may be a more viable solution as Hubspot's reporting capabilities may not meet the needs of the organization.

What do you like best about the product?
Simple navigation between different marketing tools is a great starting point. The creation of marketing assets is very intuitive which make it really easy and quick to go from 'design to publish'! Being able to bring it all together as a campaign is fantastic and really helps to raise the impact that our marketing activities are having on the business as a whole.
What do you dislike about the product?
Managing files can be very tricky when you can only see a limited number at a time. Folder system needs to be more structured as you could potentially have thousands of assets that you would like to use at any one time. Drag and drop editor is good but has along way to go to rival some smaller ESP providers (e.g. Mobile responsive triggers, flexible column widths etc) - one of the best I've seen is Dotdigital.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We're a start-up tech SaaS business that is looking to raise our profile and grow our new customer base as well as build a great customer experience with existing customers. Having and end to end CRM solution means that we have relevant and accurate data on the impact that we are having at a marketing level enabling us to focus on our successes and improve on our weakensses.
Great marketing & sales product!
What do you like best about the product?
I like how everything is connected to HubSpot. We use it for our CRM and marketing platform. It is user-friendly and they are constantly making improvements. I love how everything is connected...CRM, marketing, different software integrations, etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
Their customer services use to be AMAZING. If you needed help figuring out how to do something, they walked you through it. I'm hoping they eventually go back to this, but I still would recommend them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We love being able to have everything in one spot. I can quickly target prospects and clients with filters. It also allows us to send communication out via social media and email.

New HubSpot User
What do you like best about the product?
Deep knowledge are of searchable information. Being able to google and find the information I need quickly really helps. I like watching videos of people walking through certain aspects of the platform - but sometimes I need a simple and quick step by step answer instead of an approach to a guide that is a new user. I felt like I could really dig into the platform easily thanks to my experience in Post Production / 3D VFX. The visual scripting was easy to configure because of that.
What do you dislike about the product?
Wishing some features would be added to the platform. Like Chatflows for instance. I wish there were ways to adjust how multiple "quick responses" could be formatted for the user. The automatic choices do work well, but would like some control. And I really want to reorganize quick responses after they've been entered without deleting the entry. -- In Workflows, there are sections to remove users from lists - I wish the process of grouping a list removal could be done via a whole folder - or a faster way. I have a number of workflows setup, and removing off of all of these lists is time consuming.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Setup a number of automated workflows for sales funnels. I really liked setting up a number of targeted customer workflows that I can then incrementally improve with better targeted content - without the need to start all over.

What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot Marketing Hub is one of the best-designed platforms. I specifically use the Social tab, and let me say it is heaven on Earth. I can draft and schedule my postings at any time and rest assured that my postings will be published on time. I also love that I can track all clicks and interactions. This neat tool helps me analyze the content shared to reach my audience best. If you are looking for a simple, organized, and fun application, look no further - HubSpot Marketing Hub is your best bet!
What do you dislike about the product?
In all honesty, HubSpot Marketing Hub has not let me down. Their support team takes feedback very seriously and will update you on every change they decide to make. If you would like to make a recommendation based on a problem you are facing, they definitely give you the option to submit a support ticket. A team member will respond immediately and will follow up until your request is resolved.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot Marketing Hub allows me to work more efficiently. When creating my social media postings, I first draft them. Whenever I feel confident with my work, I can schedule based on the time frame that I desire. HubSpot is neat in the way that they set up a default time based on your reoccurring posts. I love that I can come back to my drafts at any moment. I can also clone previous posts and recreate without having to re-type everything again.

Solid Solution, Helpful Support
What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot has made a lot of improvements recently and the support team has been super helpful. The new drag and drop email feature has been a real game-changer for my team. As we integrate more and more of our workflows into Hubspot I'm really seeing the value of the results and analytics. Any time I have a question, I can either find the answer quickly by just looking it up or chat with a support person and get an answer in no time.
What do you dislike about the product?
I feel like there is a lot of features I have available that I am just not using yet or even aware of. Sometimes can be overwhelming when looking for something simple.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Workflow automation is huge for us. We have a small team so anything we can automate is super helpful. Like that I can manage everything from one platform.
Easy To Use Marketing Platform That Helps Drive Your Business
What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use and the ability to customize emails and segment users they way you want.
What do you dislike about the product?
The limitations that we have on syncing SFDC and HubSpot. Like 10k contacts to a single account.
