What do you like best about the product?
marketing automation and lead nutrition,
the possibility of having more time to focus on planning thanks to automation, it is a platform with a logic that is easy to understand and very user-friendly,

What do you dislike about the product?
connection with more applications and viewing reports for ads, greater possibility of accessing platform training with experts, the landing page and website design module, I still feel it a bit robust, I would like to see something much friendlier and easier to edit, for profiles that are not experts in web programming and page design, I would like you to add twitter within the connections for advertising, and have the possibility of adding more options to the chatflows based on business logic on previous records
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I was looking for an automation and lead nutrition platform that would activate content according to the behavior of my leads and with Hubspot I have achieved it, increasing the effectiveness in the business.
I have greater control of my sales team, with this I can know what each of them is working on and ensure that I send quality leads. With the ads function I can know what investment I have per channel and measure my return on investment, so I know how much I invest and how much I earn, in this way it is easier for me to calculate my payback

A Great One Stop Shop For All Our Needs
What do you like best about the product?
I find the marketing hub very easy to use. We are able to use it for everything we need from social media to blog content and landing pages. We use it for everything. I love the dashboards and the campaign tracking in the reporting, being able to see traffic coming to our site and what marketing campaign we executed to bring them here is powerful. This allows us to better optimize our spending and ensure we are getting the most value from our marketing budget. I have been impressed with the fairly recent addition of ads to the platform. I have been impressed with the capabilities of it so far. Whether you are a marketing director or an entry-level marketing assistant Hubspot Marketing Hub provides you with something for everyone.
What do you dislike about the product?
Before we started using the drag and drop modules landing pages were a bit confusing but once we invested the time it was well worth it. There is not much to dislike when considering the software. Once you learn all the tricks on how to use Hubspot Marketing Hub you should be able to execute your entire marketing strategy from an online portal.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
By using Hubspot Marketing Hub we are able to use a single dashboard for all aspects of our marketing. We do not need to use several different tools we can do it all from one place. Having one tool that can do it all is exceptionally important to us.

When looking for a new platform do your research, and I guarantee you that you will not find a better platform. From the solution itself to the support their team provides Hubspot Marketing Hub goes above and beyond.
A Great Tool for this Piece of the Puzzle
What do you like best about the product?
It is quite powerful in its capabilities. It's generally easy to use (and anything that is more challenging offers excellent training).
What do you dislike about the product?
The reporting is wanting. While it is good at consolidating information in their own dashboards, it is difficult to pull data to integrate into overall reporting that includes broader systems.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It integrates quite well with our site, but doesn't require the level of fiddling that our CMS requires. I can change things quickly, test things and iterate without paying development and/or working through a CMS.

Intuitive features, customer service support and training academy.

Ability to offer training courses without a plug in.

Greater ability to organize content for marketing.

This platform is easy and makes learning about automation fun for everyday use!

We can no longer edit images within an email--you must edit in the file mamager and then apply the new edited image to the email.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We love the lists feature in Hubspot which allows us to segment out customer base. Also, we can apply suppression lists which allows us to send multiple emails within the week, if need be without overloading EVERYONE.

Intuitive and Reliable CRM
What do you like best about the product?
Very easy to navigate and quickly build landing pages/emails.
What do you dislike about the product?
Hubspot will lose functionality from time to time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hubspot is great for keeping client files organized and for quickly getting marketing tools built.
A good, solid, reliable tool for content marketing
What do you like best about the product?
The blogging component of HubSpot Marketing Hub is extremely robust and well considered. And I can say this after years of primarily being a Wordpress devotee. From within the one panel I can manage multiple authors, I can draft up posts very quickly, and I can add in custom code where necessary. And the platform has never crashed, which is perhaps the most important thing! Work in progress is constantly being saved, and it's very easy to roll back to older revisions when necessary. I feel like there is flexibility to stretch the format if ever I need to, but when your primary goal is to reach and communicate with your audience, or schedule a batch of posts well in advance, the HMH is never obtrusive and just lets you get on with it.
What do you dislike about the product?
The web traffic analytics could use improvement. I'd like to be able to see aggregate data for visitors from geographical regions, for example, without having to leave Hubspot and jumping into Google Analytics. And I do missing having useful plugins like Yoast to help with SEO tweaks. But perhaps the biggest hurdle is having to make changes to the design template, which can be a bit daunting. The modular nature of the design elements are meant to be helpful, but if there isn't proper housekeeping on the back-end for module revisions, it's difficult to know which one needs updating without trial-and-error publishing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Coordinating campaigns across multiple formats -- blogs, emails, white papers, case studies, landing pages, webinars -- is made very easy on HMH. It's very satisfying to see our team firing on all cylinders, whether it's design, content, video, and that the HMH guides our hard work towards reaching the audiences who will appreciate them most. The campaign reporting tools are useful too, for presenting results to leadership and taking decisions based on empirical data. And naturally, there are many support resources to guide you on your journey.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would definitely recommend it. It's the complete package for modern content marketing. That's not to say that HMH is a substitute for a competent marketing team, of course, but that member of your team will be able to leverage the features available in support of their respective responsibilities.

HubSpot is intuitive with simple directions and lots of training. It makes it easy for me to onboard people that are new to the team.

I wish some of the analytics tools were more powerful.

Streamlines my entire email Marketing process
What do you like best about the product?
Real-time Campaign performances at a glance, no doubt. Helps me analyze and better my email Campaigns every time. Plus the personalization is great here. Helps me send personalized emails to each one of my prospects. Really streamlines my marketing process and helps generate more Leads.
What do you dislike about the product?
Have been using HubSpot for like the last six months, but still have not found anything to dislike. Every feature has its own unique functionality. But if I have to mention one point that would be that HubSpot uses its own criteria to mark emails as Bounced, which sometimes might differ from what we actually perceive to be.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Well, the first thing would be solving the issue of my emails landing into SPAM. HubSpot is THE tool to use for content/ plain-text email promotion. I am using HubSpot to reach out to a range of prospects across all levels and industries. It's " Drag & Drop " and personalization tool helps me achieve my goals at a go. Plus Experimenting!! The real-time performance tracker shows you what is working and what is not. Really helps you plan your emails in a much better way.

Not really. HubSpot has everything in place and is very easy to use
