Good Experience with Hubspot Marketing Ads
What do you like best about the product?
the best section that I like is Contacts list, Workflow, Reports Section
What do you dislike about the product?
In Hubspot Marketing Hub, I am facing some issue when we create cross reports then we can't add the filters "List membership".
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me to solve my problem in original source property where we add new property for different source and use it on worflow that are helpful for Paid Campaign.
Turning a Beginner into a Championship User and Marketer
What do you like best about the product?
I love The HubSpot Marketing Hub because it is easy to use, efficient, and effective. In addition, in the past if I wanted to learn a new feature, I was able to quickly connect with a HubSpot customer service manager who was able to walk me through what I was doing wrong and right. That is another feature I appreciate!
What do you dislike about the product?
I believe free users and advancers users should be able to use all of the features, such as the workflow feature. Maybe the free user is only able to use the workflow feature a handful of times because I understand you need money in order to continue to exist, but by allowing free users to get a tease of the features they are more likely to upgrade.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The workflow feature has saved me a lot of time! It is my favorite!

HubSpot marketing for Social media Ads
What do you like best about the product?
Excellent integration feature in HubSpot with social media accounts, allowing for a streamlined management of social media campaigns. Creating and launching ads, as well as the automatic recording of social media leads into HubSpot is a great feature. Lead generation becomes much easier and faster.
What do you dislike about the product?
The integration of HubSpot Marketing with social media Ads would become even more valuable, if they could automate further actions related to the leads coming from these social media ads. their automatic recording as contacts is great, but any further action with these contacts needs to be done manually ... i would expect to see some improvements in this area.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
speed and ease of creating and launching social media ads/ campaigns, as well as the lead generation resulting from this.
Great Customer Experience
What do you like best about the product?
I love that everyone on my team can use this platform. From those with front end expertise to those with none, we're all able to navigate through HubSpot easily and efficiently. In addition, I love the chat tool. Whenever I have an issue, I'm able to get a hold of someone and find a solution in just a few hours.
What do you dislike about the product?
As a designer, I work on building lots of templates for my team. I'd love to see a subtemplate tool that allows me to easily group similar templates as it's hard to stay organized when you're constantly duplicating templates just to make a small change.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We're able to create engaging landing pages and increase conversions through the HubSpot Marketing Hub. One of the many benefits of this platform is how easily we can integrate it with other platforms to make our marketing and sales efforts more seamless.
Hubspot Workflows Make My Life Easier
What do you like best about the product?
There are so many ways to start a workflow. Whether it's from a list, an action or custom contact field change, I have so many options which makes my life a lot easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
The lead scoring is something that gives me heartburn. The fact that I can't initiate recurring scores (i.e. every time someone clicks a link in an email they get 5 points) makes the lead scoring abilities not very scalable.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automation.
Hubspot Marketing is an essential tool in my marketing stack
What do you like best about the product?
Very simple but powerful functionality in the automation tools. Especially when using the sales hub, there's lots of customizations and actions you can take based on users.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some features are glitchy or limiting, such s salesforce integrations and zoom integrations. But usually you can find a workaround, just takes extra work. Sometimes also not clear on limitations for certain plans i.e. 5 free templates until you upgrade to sales hub.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me solve mass emails to my webinar audiences, and it's very easy to send out messages quickly to big groups. I've had cases where last minute I'd have to send out something quickly. Also building landing pages using templates is very easy. I often need to stand up a page fast, and having it setup with our existing subdomain makes publishing and updating seamless.

What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot's platform provides easy access to marketing emails, marketing CRM functionality, Website CMS, a very powerful workflow tool, and more. The workflows in particular, allow you to create so many automations based on user activity on your website, activity with your emails, etc.
HubSpot's support team is excellent! If they are unable to solve even the most technical question immediately, they always follow up within a day or so with a resolution, or at the very least additional guidance on how to find the answer or solve your problem.

What do you dislike about the product?
The platform is constantly evolving, which can be both good and bad. Settings are constantly changing location, new features are being added, etc. We have been HubSpot customers for nearly 6 years, and while the platform has grown in leaps and bounds, sometimes the new features are difficult to implement when you have an already built-out website, and marketing workflow.
There are many new features that our team cannot possibly handle easily given the size and scope of our website. Perhaps our site is one of the larger ones on the platform (I'm not positive about that), but with the thousands of pages and many numerous different templates that we have in use, implementing a simple new feature can take a significant amount of work.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are using HubSpot to pull in all of our digital marketing into one place. We have the optional Ads module, which allows us to automatically track effectiveness of digital advertising on LinkedIn, Google, and Facebook. Lead syncing from Facebook lead forms is incredible, as it allows us to send fully-automated emails using workflows to users who submitted a lead ad form right on Facebook.
We have used workflows in HubSpot to help us easily track prospective customer activity across multiple web properties. Our organization has over 30 different properties, each with their own separate website. Using HubSpot, we are able to track and attribute customers to specific marketing campaigns or channels with ease.

If your company or organization can handle the price of the platform, and values ease of information access, then HubSpot is a fantastic choice for you. It's not cheap, but it is extremely powerful, and provide an easy to use, all in one platform.
Use hubspot to stand out of the crowd.
What do you like best about the product?
Simple and easy to use landing pages with both options in drag and drop to the more fundamental coding design tools. Love it. Very easy to set up a page and hook up stylesheets and js files.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing much really. On an enterprise level it obviously has a cost but because hubspot is very versatile I can't see this being a problem for larger organisations to be able to afford it. Maybe on more of a personal use it could be deemed as costly. But you get what you pay for at the end of the day.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Creating great user journeys through gating content and thankyou pages. We also really benefit form your web forms. They are very easy to use and embed in other external web pages.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how integrated Hubspot is. It offers a direct connection between sales and marketing, and offers integrated data across both departments.

We started with Hubspot years ago and were one of the first in the education sector and had to develop a lot of our systems from the ground up.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Easy access to data, comprehensive social media planning and posting, landing pages, and inquiry forms.

Consider the time savings of using an integrated platform like HubSpot.
Excellent tool for B2B marketing!
What do you like best about the product?
The customer service and guidance I receive from my Hubspot account manager is always on point. She provides me updates to the product but offers consultation on topics related to our current demand generation goals.
What do you dislike about the product?
Lead enrich data (Hubspot Intelligence) is rarely accurate when it relates to employee count. We had to invest in a separate tool to automate data clean-up.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automation for email nurture campaigns, automated lead qualification using workflows, social media management in one tool, paid ad campaign monitoring, and so much more. I've realized Hubspot can support automation on a number of tasks previously done manually. Hours saved!
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Hubspot is a great tool for email marketing, social media management, contact management, marketing analytics. They have recently release improved ABM tools of which I'll be diving into this quarter.
