Very powerful and easy to use marketing automation platform

What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot is very easy to use. Everything from creating pages, running email campaigns to setting automation tasks and reporting is very straightforward.
What do you dislike about the product?
Creating cohort reports is time consuming.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Generating leads.

Love the flexibility and ease of use

What do you like best about the product?
The biggest thing I love about Hubspot is first and foremost, the ease of use. It does not take a rocket scientist to use this product, but there is so much flexibility.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are a few things that I wish I had the ability to do. I wish we had the ability to use more than just email as a unique identifier..
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automation of lead follow up. We utilize Deals for our follow up process in our Admissions department, and the automation of creation and set up for initial follow up as well as automation for continued follow up
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I highly recommend Hubspot Marketing Hub because of the ease of use, ease of implementation, plus it is very easy to work with Hubspot support/staff.. There are many classes you can take to get additional training, plus Hubspot Support is always available to answer questions and are not afraid to say, "I don't know let me ask my team":

What do you like best about the product?
It's flexible and allows us as an org to run a myriad of different email campaigns
What do you dislike about the product?
I'd love to "more levers" meaning the ability to send push notifications, in-app messages, and even SMS natively
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot marketing handles all of our email marketing needs and the CRM helps our internal support team as well.

HubSpot Marketing does what it should in an intuitive way; save precious time and resources

What do you like best about the product?
Of course, the editing interface makes it extremely easy to set up forms, email campaigns and workflow. But probably the most impactful features is the ability to clone any of those components in just a simple click.
What do you dislike about the product?
There really aren't any downsides to the platform. I do look forward to the upcoming feature that allows me to separate my marketing contacts into a separate bucket from those that I simply have stored in CRM for staying in touch etc.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to automate not only our weekly drip marketing - and resulting segmentation, but automated the followup, from trial form and demonstration submissions is a godsend. The automation ensures that the follow-up is immediate and consistent. The time saved is immeasurable.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Just try it. You won't be disappointed. The free version will easily let you get what you need in place in order to appreciate its capabilities. Upgrading from there to unlock the features you want/need is a synch.

Has Everything You Need And Always Improving

What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot marketing hub just works. It has all the tools you need and allows you to seamlessly integrate with so many other software and services. You get great and granular insight into your data to optimize your performance.
What do you dislike about the product?
As with anything, sometimes there are hiccups with technology. However, whenever a system does go down, HubSpot has incredible communication regarding status updates and fixes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our marketing is much more streamlined. We automate a lot of processes to save our incredibly small team valuable time. We've been able to completely transform our sales and marketing processes by relying on the HubSpot tools.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
HubSpot is constantly looking to improve and grow its services. What they currently have is incredibly powerful and their team really helps you optimize for your business needs. You'll be hard-pressed to find a more robust and complete marketing software.

Comprehensive feature set, intuitive UI, responsive support

What do you like best about the product?
Always-on support; fairly seamless data centralization; scales.
What do you dislike about the product?
The price bumps when you add a certain number of contacts are a bit like being punished for success. Also the design manager looks like it's self-serve and you don't need to be skilled, but in fact you really do.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
One source of truth for content marketing. Quick and easy solution for blogging. Marketing platform that an agency can easily code, do templates for, etc. Email functionality is good and our open rates are pretty high (spam filters a problem but not a big one).

What do you like best about the product?
We use Hubspot for all our sales and marketing activity. The dashboards are very helpful as a visual performance guide. All of our forms and workflows are setup quickly and easily.

Support is very good - chat and Account Managers have been very quick and helpful. When we've needed help the support have been brilliant and our Account Manger has sent us videos of what we need to do which is really useful.

The helpsite area is very helpful, there's so much information.
What do you dislike about the product?
Updates to email templates do not pull through to live workflows without manual intervention.
Sometimes processes / steps to take aren't logical.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lead generation attribution, sales pipeline and marketing reporting. All in one place.
I find the social media calendar and management tool very useful - it's really sped up our scheduling and planning. The ability to tag companies in the post is a great feature above and beyond other platforms we have used recently.
The workflows are really useful for us - we have a lot of content downloads and the easy integration between form completion and email trigger has been a big help to us. The triggered emails are all custom designed by our email team so they look great - the engagement is high. It takes less than 5 minutes to create a form, embed it onto our site, create the email and setup the workflow. It's a very efficient process.
We also rely heavily on the dashboards for everything from team activity, lead generation to web traffic and Social engagement. Overall Hubspot helps with a lost of our challenges - the more time we spend in the platform the more we use and learn!
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Account Managers to prompt further usage of the platform.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that HubSpot is very intuitive to use without a lot of advanced training required. What is more impressive to me is that HubSpot will be able to scale with our business. The advanced featured of HS mirror those of Marketo, but at a more reasonable price point.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to have a community feature where I can connect with other companies at the same stage of implementation as us and share common practices.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are a startup and HS is enabling us to scale our marketing in parallel with how we are scaling our business. I love that I do not need a team of people or a dedicated HS expert to run our marketing.

Hubspot is a great intro into marketing automation

What do you like best about the product?
The account level technical support! We have someone we work with to solve problems as they come up, and to drill down, through the technical requirements of our ideas. That's really helpful when it comes to large scale, long implementation style projects. We get a few hours a month of calls to walkthrough the things that need to be achieved and very detailed one on one assistance.

Also, all the app integrations that Hubspot has. It's amazing to get constant exposure to excellent tools and stacks to fix an issue and change outcomes for campaigns.
What do you dislike about the product?
The random people to call/chat into for phone support. They could be more expert.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Managing complexity and organization methods for our assets, as usual. The benefits are many. Great easy to use tool that's get you started in UX, data, ads optimization and content experiences.

The benefits we're really taken advantage of are the tools, lists, rule setting features, all the menu of automation for our blog and contact lists. I feel like as we get more into account based marketing systems that platform will still have a lot of options for our needs.

A Great Entrance Level Marketing Tool

What do you like best about the product?
The easy to use interface is very user friendly and quick to pick up. There's also a relatively high degree of personalization that you can develop and a wide array of third-party apps that integrate easily. Furthermore, their customer support is fantastic and always willing to help with whatever issues you might run into. Lots of educational resources and community support to cover the bulk of questions you might run into.
What do you dislike about the product?
There can be some growing pains and the platform doesn't have quite as many native features as some other marketing platforms. Navigating and finding the right third-party apps can be challenging.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Marketing Hub makes reaching specific audiences simple and makes scheduling consistent and reliable. Email and site demographics insight and onsite pop-up form capability. Easy to update workflows and welcome series.
