What do you like best about the product?
scheduling, editing photos to recommend sizes, insights, and connecting ad account to the platform to push leads through.
Also, everything is easy to use and they provide helpful lessons on how to utilize their services.
What do you dislike about the product?
Scheduling posts on Instagram, you can only do one photo or video at a time. If you want to do multiple in one post you have to do it through the app or your creative studio on Facebook.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For my job, I like that we are able to track customers that come in from social media and then continue to nurture them through workflows and other campaigns.

That you cant bcc in marketing emails...
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Easier to work with Sales and Marketing. Easy to Train Sales Reps. Easier to make email blasts bc I do not know photoshop or HTML and also just so many extra ways to reach your customers.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It is so easy to use and worth the money! Cheaper than salesforce too. Better education, support, and ease of use.

Makes social media scheduling a breeze

What do you like best about the product?
I primarily use it in my functions for social media scheduling and analytics. It's great to be able to schedule multiple posts across platforms simultaneously. I also like the email feature as I can let our blog subscribers know about new posts. The updated interface is quick and easy to use and looks very clean.
What do you dislike about the product?
Occasionally posts will not publish and it is unclear why, which can be frustrating. However, this has never created any substantial problems and posts can be easily rescheduled.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm saving a lot of time by having all of our platforms accessible through a single interface. It makes it easy to push messages out so I'm not wasting time logging into different applications. I can also easily keep track of my schedule, so I'm not over or under posting content.

What do you like best about the product?
With Marketing Hub, I am able to plan, schedule and make updates to our content at any time. It allows me to allocate my time accordingly and makes my life a whole lot easier!
What do you dislike about the product?
Every now and again there are minor issues with scheduled posts not going through to our social media pages. Some more active and responsive live chat will really go a long way to assist me when I need quick help!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Saving massive amounts of time each week, by scheduling posts. I am able to reach very specific and targeted contacts, via email. I can create amazing super effective landing pages to generate leads and keep our audience engaged. Automated workflows also ensure that I can keep in touch with stagnant contacts without having to manually look for them. Posting content to our blog page and news page is super simple and really helps with our SEO.

I recommend HubSpot Marketing HUB to anyone interested in growing their leads and social media exposure. It's super easy to use and has everything you need all in one place, which is my favorite part. The reporting tools are also super helpful to see how well your efforts are working and where you need to improve.

What do you like best about the product?
I like using the email function to send out newsletters. I also like using the blog section to publish content to our website. The analytics tools are also really useful for looking at past content.

There is really nothing I dislike, everything is easy to use and works efficiently.

Combination of email, lists and workflows allows you to do very good targeting.

What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful item that I have used in Hubspot is writing blogs. It is so easy to format and create them and have them posted directly onto our website. Also, the Hubspot Academy training is awesome! There is so much good content in there that it can help you master any of the given Hubspot tools. From blogs, to email, to website creation, there is a video or blog for everything! Continuing, it is great to be able to integrate your email and inbox. Email templates make emailing new leads very easy, as I do not have to retype emails and can just click from templates, which fills in everything from subject to body. Also, it helps to see when customers open emails, to see if they are still engaged or are ignoring what materials are sent.
What do you dislike about the product?
The thing that I dislike about Hubspot the most is that there are so many different options that sometimes it does get a bit confusing. I spend some time playing around with certain settings or choices that it drags some projects out. Although, I'm sure most of these things become more fluid with more experience. Things like workflows can get a bit confusing, as there are so many moving parts within them. It is hard to experiment with these as I have entered my own personal email into them and need to wait until each phase of the workflow progresses.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problems I have been solving with Hubspot are blog creation and lead follow ups. It is so easy to use Hubspot to create blog posts and case studies that it saves so much time from having to design these on your own. Another benefit is tracking, following up, and setting reminders for leads. It is so easy to stay organized and stay on top of all the different leads that come in. Hubspot creates a time management tool without actually calling it a time management tool. It speeds up many processes that would normally have to be done manually, which is a huge benefit in speeding up the processes required to reach out to potential customers.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I absolutely recommend Hubspot to anyone in any industry that is looking to improve their company's marketing functions. It is viable for all things involved, especially in content creating.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how fast and easy it is to create emails, workflows, social media posts and of course, blog posts.
What do you dislike about the product?
Creating pages could be a little easier and faster. Also, the integration of Instagram could have been easier. Last but not least, we would like to have the option of differentiating the featured image in the different social media channels.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Marketing communication with our end users and B2B clients. The benefits are that all the activities are in one place and the overview is easier, as the reporting is always there at my hand.
