Sometimes face a bug in the contact's section where contact counts don't show correct numbers.

The problem I wanna solve: Increase the usage of marketing automation tool within the company.
Benefits: Automation of marketing campaigns like drip campaigns, personalized follow-up emails, smart content, and lead profiling.

If you want your team to use an automation tool with easy to understand UI and experience use HubSpot. It has a great support center.

What do you like best about the product?
Having everything together at your fingertips, rather than using separate sites for creating and sending EDMs, social scheduling, landing page creation, etc.
The easy integration with the CRM is a huge time saver, instead of having to download and upload contact lists which is a time-waster when you send multiple EDMs to different audiences per week.

Would like to have more flexibility for form creation to be able to customise them more accurately for use.
The design tool for editing landing page templates could be a bit more user-friendly for basic changes.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We mainly use Hubspot to help streamline our marketing activity. Using Hubspot Marketing Hub as an all-in-one tool helps us to make better use of our time, and eliminates double handling within our team.
Using campaigns for our different marketing projects gives us an easy way to compile all of our different marketing activities and track the results, which is almost impossible (or at the very least, very time-consuming) to do when using different portals for marketing activities.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that everything I need for marketing and sales is accessible on one platform.
Also, the customer support is great. I can usually have someone on the phone in 5 minutes to help me if I'm having a problem.

I think the landing page builder isn't as good as other options on the market. I found it hard to customize without html/css skills.

Tracking leads from when they visit our site all the way until they are customers. We have a much better view of channels and activities

This is best CRM tool for all smb companies. It has all the email automation, crm conversation.For a start up like us it gives a best value of platform where all the features are in single platform.It is very useful for freshers or experienced candidates to improve their skills and add good certificate title to their resume.

Nothing, It has best features.In very less we can learn so many tools and marketing tips. It's gonna become world's No.1 CRM tool. Only advantages I can see in this tool, till now their is no drawback from the certification i have received from hub spot.

You can review your posts before sending them, which again is exceptionally helpful. I like the integrations across various aspects of marketing - ads, websites, and creation of landing pages, social media, SEO recommendations and subject research. Hubspot Marketing Hub is a breath of outside air to all of the Social media Marketer/Social media managers out there. Their automation workflow based upon user behavior is incredibly powerful in delivering timely content to segmented lists. The in-depth metrics provide data-driven KPI that gives marketers a benchmark on how successful their email campaigns

What do you dislike about the product?
The learning curve is so high that we often say that we need a degree in Hubspot to make it functional. I have spent days sometimes trying to figure out how to set up automation and sales pipelines. It can be a frustrating experience as the UI and UX isn't very seamless or intuitive. It often feels clunky and not user friendly.
The tech support can be hit or a miss. Some of their support goes above and beyond in resolving issues, while some seem to struggle to understand the platform and how it functions. I had to call back several times to resolve the same issue because the tech support lacked the knowledge to fix it the first time.

I was looking for an email automation platform that would trigger timely based content based upon user behavior and be able to personalize onboarding as part of the implementation. I needed a sophisticated platform that would deliver a measurable metric to see how successful our campaigns were over time.
I was also looking for a solution that had modern and tech aligned templates to fit within our brand imaging. And email deliverability was another important factor when choosing Hubspot. The benefits our team realized is that API works seamlessly with our backend. Our development team was able to save countless hours and manual coding required with these key features.

Learning Hubspot can be a frustrating experience. However, I think in the end, it's worth it. There's much value that the platform brings even with the really difficult learning curve. Phone support can be a lifesaver and it's worth it to spend the time to give them a call. The workflow automation is essentially the reason to invest in the Enterprise hub. If you don't need email automation based upon user behavior, then I think there are more cost-effective solutions out there that offer more features.
Easy - Intuitive
What do you like best about the product?
Switching to HubSpot was a short learning curve. Everything was easy to use and the knowledge base support is amazing! Love the analytics and reporting features.
What do you dislike about the product?
The system seems to have hiccups. Suddenly some feature stops working but if you try again in half an hour the issue is gone.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Very easy for blogging, scheduling social media, sending promo emails and setting up landing pages and advanced content for our website. The analytics are very helpful for knowing what's working well.
