All marketing activities within one software package

What do you like best about the product?
All of the automation capabilities for social as well as marketing activities
What do you dislike about the product?
The social post functionalities could be improved. Some links appear fine while drafting a post but are "broken" after publishing. Also being able to edit links within HubSpot afterwards would be a neat feature.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping all Marketing activities in one place allows for keeping track of all efforts.

Easy to use all-in-one

What do you like best about the product?
For a all in one tool it's really easy to manage (and actually use all parts of it). Thats something that really stands out in the crowd. You can have all the tools in the world, but if it's not easy to use - your team will not use it. Thats NOT the case with HubSpot Marketing Hub. I love the fact that sales and marketing easily can work together as well. It gives us the full control that we are aiming for. Also, for customes success management, the workflows helps us to get our customers a seamless and smooth customer-experience.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to connect more analytics tools, as Google analytics and lighthouse. Also it would be nice to have more tools to schedule and plan social media-posts. The tool is by this time missing some parts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It gives that total control over all your data such as converting and mql-tracking. This part isnt found in other tools I've used before. Also, as metioned before, it's a platform that allows me to do most of my work in one software, wich makes my days alot more smoother.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Make a roadmap to se wich parts of your business that would be beneficial to start work in HubSpot. Then, maybe start with one of your departments, to you have yourself a "expert-team" that can help the other departments out.

What do you like best about the product?
How seamlessly it integrates with the content we share in our blog and website, which makes it easier to structure an integrated plan between content and social media.
What do you dislike about the product?
UI and UX design and overall presentation could be improved.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am able to schedule a full month of social content in an accessible page to my performance and content marketing work colleagues.

What do you like best about the product?
One of my favorite things about Hubspot is that you can schedule for multiple social posts at once. Not having to flip back and forth for Instagram, Facebook and twitter saves me so much time. And now there’s a feature that lets you preview your post so you don’t have to wait and see how it looks:)
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the social post layout is the most user friendly. It’s not that email campaigns are bad, they are just a little more hands on and takes someone showing you how to do it to feel confident in it!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The nonprofit I work for posts content twice a day, sometimes three times, 7 days a week. If I was manually having to do that each day, it take up sooo much more of my time. Time is valuable, so being able to do this all on one place for as far in advanced as possible helps me put more time to other things that need my attention.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you want a place that condensed your responsibilities without having to switch from tab to tab as often, this is for you.

I would like to get more notificatino (popups) when things change - sometimes I am so used to working a certain way I don't notice it has changed.

What do you like best about the product?
In my first month of using HubSpot Social, I have found the process of scheduling posts to be very easy to use and extremely efficient. I love being able to post to multiple accounts and the social post bulk upload feature is a time saver! HubSpot has streamlined our entire process! I also love how easy it is to tag and hashtag from within the HubSpot.
What do you dislike about the product?
If anything is missing is a little more interface with Instagram, I would love to be able to post first comments separately.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Good marketing tool at low cost

What do you like best about the product?
Its an outstanding both-around marketing automation paid service that incorporates a range of CRM, email marketing , and sales solutions, etc. It's so quick to understand, and it has an excellent documentation that lets many more developers use the hubspot to its full potential, which was perfect for our team.
What do you dislike about the product?
Compared to some of the more complex and advanced marketing automation tools the Hubspot workflow tool is simple. It has limitations and can be wrongly configured. I had problems synchronization of emails. CMS isn't what I planned, it's too complicated at this time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I used HubSpot marketing automation to carry out a range of active outgoing sales campaigns. My team enjoys its user-friendly interface and efficient marketing automation. It's so quick to use that flow helps our team cut down on time and that's really important. Hubspot's most helpful feature is the ability of our sales and marketing teams to monitor all the various actions our customers take during and after the buying process.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
The free version should be tested first. It has several features in the free edition so that I can continue with (actually use it productively) before we buckle for the upgrade. As a marketing or sales specialist, Hubspot offers all the instruments you might like. Your reports are evident and understandable.

Simplify Social Scheduling Today

What do you like best about the product?
I love the social scheduling tool, the ability to duplicate the same post and slightly modify for each social platform, and the drag and drop feature when needing to shuffle the calendar around.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like the layout of the 1-day view. I wish I could see the entire 24 hour period on the screen at the same time. Also, the drag and drop feature is not as solid on the one day view.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have not had many problems with the Marketing Hub. I have enjoyed the dashboard and previews of how our marketing is reaching our customers. Hubspot is quick to reach out and help with any issues that arise.
