What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a small team, we needed a comprehensive solution for planning, executing and optimising our marketing activities, all in one place. As well as huge efficiency savings, we have also significantly improved our reporting capabilities, giving us a full picture of how our marketing is performing, as well as identifying areas to improve. Combined with HubSpot Sales Hub and CRM, the HubSpot solution is integral to our organisation's sales & marketing strategy and processes.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Invest in learning the inbound marketing methodology to get the most value
It's been really useful, particularly for social media.
What do you like best about the product?
I think being able to use your calendar view for social is really useful, as we always want to see an overview of how much social we've got going out each week/month. And the fact you can see all your social in one calendar (Instagram, Twitter and Facebook etc.) Whereas in Hootesuite each account has a different calendar so we have to keep switching to see.
I also really like being able to build landing pages. This has become really useful in COVID when we have released short term solutions and need landing pages quickly to get people to register/sign up. Landing page builder is really easy to use, which is fab.

What do you dislike about the product?
I think the only thing that is frustrating I have noticed is on Twitter we can't create threads of tweets yet (we do this quite a lot), so have to post the first tweet in hubspot and then go in manually to add the rest of the thread. Also, only being able to upload one photo at a time to Instagram isn't great.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to see all our social channels in one calendar means we can monitor how much we have going out on all accounts in one place. We can see if one account only has 2 posts per week going out compared to others which has 5 posts scheduled in one week then we can up the account that has less to make sure we're being consistent across all boards.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Really easy to use. Would recommend adding all your social channels into hubspot and only using hubspot as it is easier to track interaction from campaigns when you schedule out of hubspot.

HubSpot marketing hub is very intuitive and allows you to schedule content on different channels simultaneously

I'd like to be able to view the scheduled content for a week or a month at once like as a schedule.

I would like to schedule content for another brand I work with at the same time

Watch some tutorials beforehand but spend time just getting used to the platform and terminology

The possibility to track and measure almost everything related to your marketing activities performance.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is difficult to take advantage of all the available solutions and possibilities Hubspot offers, it takes a lot of time to learn all of them.

We can track now every single interaction of our contacts with our webpage, emails, social media posts. It's really useful to target them properly and be able to offer them personalized content.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Try to learn first all the available solutions and possibilities. It's a great tool but you need to know how to really take advantage of its infinite capabilities.

I like that everything you need to do your marketing is one place and everything is integrated.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's a lot of functionality that can get buried in menus.

Increasing site sessions. We are able to track sessions, down to the contact level to improve content quality.

I have the opportunity to improve my skill in section training & service, to schedule and planning all post for different platform.
Hubspot make me increase my ability to create landing page, call to action and email marketing, and it is so simple to integrate in my blog.

What do you dislike about the product?
I currently believe that there are no things I am not enjoying about the software. One of the problems I am having in my daily life is that of having to keep logging in my email on the site. it's something that often happens to me and my colleagues.
It would also be useful to create possible sections in which to temporarily give permission to certain views to various colleagues without compromising the most sensitive data

One of the features I'm testing the most is the ability to track every single contact via email, to monitor response times or if the sending was successful.

Best Social media tool I've used!
What do you like best about the product?
The Hubspot Marketing Hub is very easy to use! It's my first time to manage 6 different social media accounts and the Social media tools help me to manage and monitor the content that I'm putting out to our community. I've been using the Marketing Hub for our Social media content every day and I can say that the optimization of Hubspot to the different Social media platforms is top-notch. I could not imagine posting manually to all of our Social media platforms and checking analytics on each of the posts I made from time to time. Hubspot Marketing Hub is a breath of fresh air to all of the Social media Marketer/ Social media managers out there. I would definitely recommend it to my peers and colleague.

What do you like best about the product?
I like having one home for my marketing. I rely heavily on email marketing and being able to create lists, link to calendar invites, and see reporting on each campaign has been so helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are a few features in workflows I wish existed-- for example I wish I could unenroll someone once they replied to my email. Or would auto-unsubscribe if they asked. I used a must cheaper software before this that handled both of those things.

I am doing a lot less manual work when it comes to what marketing someone should get based on what information we know about them.

If you need this to integrate I would check to see if there is a pre-built integration. Otherwise it will take a lot of time and resources to do so.
