Powerful marketing tool
What do you like best about the product?
I personally like the marketing email module a lot, especially the ease with which you can make attractive emails and also include or exclude recipients. The social media tool is pretty handy for scheduling posts.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish it was easier to monitor social media streams. Now you can only view once at a time. I'd prefer a sort of dashboard style. A stream for all the people you follow is also missing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The social media tool saves me a lot of time, especially when posting across platforms.
Hubspot Marketing is really easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
I love the reporting and the scheduling is really easy
What do you dislike about the product?
The tags can sometimes be a pain and it's sometimes quicker to post and tag on the individual platforms
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Time, as I work in the sales team and only took over social media during COVID it, means I can do both. It also means that I can keep doing social media for my company when everything goes back to normal too.

I love that the platform is so simple to navigate and support is great.

I have no dislikes. I have had no negative experiences with HubSpot so far

HubSpot makes scheduling social media posts a breeze. I can schedule everything at once. I love it
I LOVE using HubSpot for my Social Media
What do you like best about the product?
I have been using HubSpot for a couple of years for our marketing and it has saved me time and has provided me with the analytics to improve our current processes. It is easy and quick to create a social media calendar and track all posts. I can see how well my posts are doing and which ones I need to work on. Any time I have had questions, the customer service has been there right away to help me move forward. I would highly recommend HubSpot to anyone in Marketing or Sales.
What do you dislike about the product?
Chatbox Features are limited and I wish that customizing some email templates were easier.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have been able to track all email campaigns and compare to previous emails to see what are members are interested in and what information we do not need to send out. It has helped us target our members on a more personal level.
Our social media provides us with a calendar to pre-schedule posts and view analytics on live posts. We are able to post on all of our social platforms at once which saves us a lot of time.

HubSpot has helped our association in many ways!!!!
1. Social Media - Saves us time by creating a prescheduled calendar and then helps us analyze all post on our weekly reports.
2. Marketing - Email Campaigns are tracked and lets us narrow down on the information people are looking at and where we can improve our communications. We can see who is not looking at our outgoing correspondence and reach out to them to build a stronger relationship.
3. Sales - Once we send out an email for sales, we can see who has clicked on it and create an automatic email that will send them more information or we reach out directly to make the sale.
4. In house communication - We track all conversations with our members. That way once I open the file for a specific member, I can see who talked to them last and what they discussed.
5. Website - We create landing pages for most campaigns we send out which we also link on our website. It provides us with tons of analytics to improve our communications. We also use the chat box on our website which provides our viewers with a quick and easy way to reach us. They LOVE IT.

The convenience of creating & managing campaigns and scheduling & managing social media posts
What do you dislike about the product?
The fact that the emojis are not always properly displayed in the social posts scheduled in HubSpot

HubSpot marketing allows for creating and managing posts in various social media from one place, that's so time-saving.
HubSpot Marketing makes campaigns and social media marketing a breeze
What do you like best about the product?
The ease of creating emails and landing pages based on templates, the ability to see heatmaps following campaign launches, and the ability to schedule out social media posts - all in one app.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I dislike about HubSpot Marketing is how cumbersome it is to make minor tweaks in or update email/landing page templates.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are now able to track engagement, see exactly where our leads are clicking the most so that we know where to focus our efforts. We're also able to post on social multiple times, so much more efficiently - all within the same app.
Huspot Makes Automation Easy--Just Not Cheap
What do you like best about the product?
Super user friendly, support is top notch. We still use Salesforce as our source of truth for data, but Hubspot makes the automation and manipulation of the data so much easier than other options.
What do you dislike about the product?
Costs and multi-tier pricing system are frustrating when you're getting into the software, you end up needing more than you think and it isn't cheap to upgrade. Had to negotiate quite a bit to get price down already, but good that they were willing to negotiate.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Solving our communication issues with clients by having more visibility to them and having automation to fix easy errors. We've also gotten better visibility to ad attribution
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Its a great, intuitive product to automate and streamline marketing operations. It can be very powerful, with the only limitations typically coming from Hubspot in the form of paid tiers for different functionality. Overall fun to use and delivers results

I would appreciate being able to track more social media streams - not just Twitter, but Facebook and LinkedIn as well
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot is an all-in-one solution to handle almost everything I need to accomplish from a marketing standpoint. From sending out email blasts to building nurture campaign workflows, managing landing pages and social media posts, I can track how effective everything is with the analytics dashboards.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It takes a while to figure out how to get everything set up, but once things are running, it’s a fantastic tool to use across the board. Also, the support from my HubSpot CSM is amazing

I like the email marketing capability, Chat functionality, Outgoing calls option and customer service.
What do you dislike about the product?
Quoting tool can be tremendously improved though it is better than few other CRM's

I have been using this for a campaign and have built database over a period of 3 months. I am now exploring the Targeted account workflow.

I would recommend HS to all as its simple, intuitive and great customer support.
Amazing marketing tool to use for social media
What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot Marketing Hub makes it easy to schedule posts on all social platforms. The analytics which we get is very useful.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not at such. The dashboards that we download as pdf or email are incomplete. All data is not visible.

Monitoring all accounts on a single platform. This makes it easy.
