What do you like best about the product?
The email template/design area is super simple and easy to use. Drag and drops are so easy, with options for HTML if the skill set is there.
What do you dislike about the product?
The set-up process, when you choose the wrong integration partners, is extensive and time sucking.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automations based on customer journey. So great to meet our consumers at the point they’re at.

What do you like best about the product?
It’s the best platform for marketers to use! I love how I can access everything at once and create emails, campaigns and more
What do you dislike about the product?
A lot of what I disliked is being launched in the new update. I wish I could use active lists in workflows though

I don’t know html so the drag and drop is really nice.

Ease of Use & Interface:
The Marketing Hub is built with usability in mind. The drag-and-drop email and landing page builders are intuitive, even for non-technical users. Its layout makes campaign management seamless, and HubSpot Academy’s extensive tutorials ensure teams can get up to speed quickly.
What do you dislike about the product?
One of the most frequently mentioned issues is how expensive HubSpot can become as your needs grow. Core features like A/B testing, advanced reporting, and automation are locked behind higher-tier plans, which can quickly become cost-prohibitive

• Customizable forms, pop-ups, and landing pages integrated with the CRM.
• Automated lead nurturing workflows based on behavior (downloads, clicks, form fills).
• Lead scoring to prioritize the best prospects.
