Great solution for new businesses
What do you like best about the product?
The product is really easy to learn and really easy to use. Overall my interaction with Hubspot has been a pleasure.
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't much. Just like any other tool, the more I use it, the more entrenched are in it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use the CRM, prospecting tool, and more
My experience with HubSpot has been second to none. It is easy to navigate and learn new features.
What do you like best about the product?
I truly enjoy the "Tickets" and moving them to "Completed" once that ticket has been completed. It helps keep things organized.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't think of anything that I dislike about HubSpot. It works great for our company and it helps me stay organized and on task.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have solved the problems of not reaching out to our customers by setting tasks to trigger if someone hasn't been reached out to for a certain period of time.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It is worth the money.
HubSpot changed how I schedule and meet with prospects and current clients
What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful tool for me as a professional sales person is the "meeting" scheduler. I simply put a link in the signature of my email allowing people to view my calendar and schedule an appointment with me. I avoid the dreaded back-and-forth emails trying to determine what time works best and having to consider time zones. It is simple for my prospects and current clients to select a date and time convenient for them...within the parameters I pre-determine. A huge time saver, and my prospects and clients love it too.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do wish my emails sent from Outlook would automatically log in SalesForce, or at least a more simplified process than it is now.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Scheduling has been resolved and it has literally saved me hours within each day.
Easy to navigate, faster results!
What do you like best about the product?
I really like the import/export process of Hubspot. It's very easy to navigate. The dashboard helps us keep track of each members' performance where we can do appropriate commendation, coaching and feedback. I like the chat/inbox feature as well. Hubspot makes my 6 months experience better.
What do you dislike about the product?
For our 6-months of experience, nothing's off yet. Everything's working very fine. I've been a fan of HubSpot in general. They make sure they're updated and provide convenience to their users. From someone who does data entry, sales development, HubSpot is highly recommendable.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
1. Tracking agents' team and individual performances. It gives us data about everyone's progress and downfalls --- appropriate coaching and feedback's done, in a timely manner.
2. It helps us reduced time spent in handling customer service as they offer automation.

Recommendations to others considering the product:
It's so easy to use. You can always reach out to their team for any questions.
Still my favorite CRM
What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot meetings links! Zoom integration
What do you dislike about the product?
That salesforce isn't more like hubspot.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Better qualification of contacts and reducing email exchanges prior to booking a call. This has become especially important as we've move more virtual amidst covid. The recent integration to auto-add a Zoom link is a game changer.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Take the learning course and put the time in to clean up your data. It'll give you back what you put into it.
Easy to connect to prospects
What do you like best about the product?
Templates & sequence tracking. Integrations are strong too
What do you dislike about the product?
Inability to track templates for open rates, clicks, etc. Hard to see the exact success of that template
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Easy to send a large amount of emails.
5 Months In, Just Launched Our First Major Campaigns
What do you like best about the product?
A lot of Hubspot is done for you. I don't mean they've automated everything that makes email automation and marketing operations fun and take it away... actually quite the opposite. They've taken a lot of the onerous and frustrating parts of building sophisticated campaigns and made it simple.
- The tracking of visitors, emails (deliverability to some degree), advertising, social media, and even custom events.
- The degree of simplicity you want for non-specialists all the way to teams of email specialists are available.
- A host of new updates almost every month that fixes a frustration I had the month before (do they read minds?)
Ultimately, what I like best is that I've run into very few roadblocks that keep me from building anything I want.

What do you dislike about the product?
Two as of writing this...
1) Scoring in Hubspot is very different and extremely unforgiving (I've done it in Act-On, Marketo, and Infusionsoft). You have to score every single 'itemized' action and cannot group them so while that gives you a lot of control it's also an insane amount of possibilities to account for. Their predictive contact score and likelihood to purchase seem amazing and we never looked back... but if you want to build a scoring model yourself, then strap in.
2) This only applies to those using Salesforce and for those that like to push the envelope. I would really like access to the Activity/Task/Event object properties so that I could build automation off of those values in Salesforce. You can push from Hubspot -> Salesforce but the object and the fields in Salesforce on that object are not read/editable inside of Hubspot (yet). That would be icing on the cake for automating campaigns based on very specific activities.

Email and marketing automation, operations, and accounting of campaigns to Salesforce campaigns for revenue attribution.
Marketing Automation made easy with HubSpot Marketing Hub
What do you like best about the product?
The user interface is the best quality if HubSpot Marketing Hub, it makes all complicated tasks look easy and the interface is so easy that even an intern can easily browse through the tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
Excess information on the blog related to the marketing hub is really confusing, for instance, the prospect sales metric. Also, limitations on email automation as compared to Mailchimp is another thing I dislike. Another thing that hits my nerve is the price, HubSpot Marketing Hub is Expensive and also the SEO features could be improved.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We used HubSpot Marketing Hub for marketing automation at Performics India for the majority of our clients. The best part about the HubSpot Marketing hub is that the CRM integration is included in the tool. HubSpot Marketing hub also provides many social media management options and the biggest benefit of marketing hub is its integration with other HubSpot tools.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Take the lessons by HubSpot Marketing Hub, it makes using the tool really easy
Hubspot Marketing Hub is an easy way to keep it all organised and efficient
What do you like best about the product?
all in one place - Ads, email, automation, landing page, reports
What do you dislike about the product?
The limits sometime in reports - compare period for example
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
a full CRM and Marketing solutions to know where the leads come from and simplify the customer journey
A very good marketing tool
What do you like best about the product?
I have installed Hubspot extension for my Google Business Suite and you have the abilities to check to see if your sent email is viewed or not, which is great.
What do you dislike about the product?
No dislike so far. I really enjoy using this software.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tracking contacts; viewing email options.
