What do you like best about the product?
UI is cool, very easy to navigate and understand what goes where, as well as building workflows, creating emails and setup users
What do you dislike about the product?
I didn`t like the integration marketplace and that you can`t easily connect the payment to the forms
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
You are able to generate the lists and segment it the way you want, which is super useful and can be based on the properties you`ve created earlier

What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy the ease of use -- updating images, body copy, etc. is easy to do. Analytics is helpful, especially with emails -- I can see exactly who is opening, clicking, and how many times.
What do you dislike about the product?
Updating custom templates is difficult. I've had issues with the HTML and some of the functionality is not intuitive. Plus, I'm paying $49+ for these templates that can't be used in the right ways.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
- Email/landing page analytics - marketing automation - custom design templates - lead nurturing
Recommendations to others considering the product:
In my experience Marketo is more difficult to use but has more robust tools and solutions. I wish Hubspot had more templates to use, and they were more flexible.

What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use, the automation and the fact that the support team is always on hand to help out.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes there are quite specific requirements that arent easily possible, however this is very few and far between.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automated marketing campaigns, and implementing the CRM system to support those.

My favorite social media scheduling tool

What do you like best about the product?
I've been using HubSpot's social media scheduling tool for years now and I've enjoyed seeing it get better and better. Since I began using it around 2016, they've streamlined the process and made it easier to repost and tweak content rather than having to start from scratch with each post. I like being able to see what's already scheduled as well, so I can make sure I'm not overlapping posts.
What do you dislike about the product?
My only critique is that I'd like to see a calendar feature similar to Buffer's that's color-coded and shows all the past and scheduled posts in a month. That was I can see a bird's eye view of all my content to see which platforms may need more posts, etc. Also any additional tools that can tell me more about my audience, best times to post, etc. are helpful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot's marketing hub has made it easy for me to stay organized by allowing me to create social media and email content all in one place. The support I've received has always been top-notch whenever I have a question, and the reporting tools make tracking my progress easy.

We like the CRM and the workflows/automations the most.

The designer tool is pretty unintuitive, but we don't use it very often. It's a 'set it and forget' function.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the social tool! It makes posting across platforms really easy from one central location. Instead of having to go to Facebook, LinkedIn and Twitter separately, we can post and duplicate posts from Hubspot, and track all of the engagement from the same place.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do wish there were even more tools available in the Starter package.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has been so much easier to track analytics in the marketing hub. Being able to track all of our engagement in one place is invaluable. Plus the content modules are really easy to use as well. They make creating e-mails, sales enablement tools super easy and accessible. Our CSM is also invaluable and their support team is always ready to help when we have questions about the tool or making the most of it.

What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot's Marketing Hub offers a wide array of tools that increase efficiency and provide visibility into valuable data. I love managing our social channels in HubSpot. I can schedule content easily to multiple accounts and monitor engagement levels. I can even interact in social conversations through HubSpot itself.
What do you dislike about the product?
I really can't find anything I don't like.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SEO for our website is a notable benefit. HubSpot is designed with search engine optimization built into its website page structures and modules. We're seeing more website traffic and better Google search results. HubSpot also provides us with important data about our customers and site visitors to help us provide better content in a timely fashion.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
HubSpot offers so many tools to help your marketing department not only execute tasks but help your business make data-backed decisions.

What do you like best about the product?
User interface is very good with Hubspot - same with the Marketing tool. It has good functionalities: I like the landing pages part and the email part.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it takes time to find things - at least for me. Maybe it's not intuitive enough or I didn't learn it well enough.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Small email campaigns. Also a place to store files and templates so everyone can access. That is useful when people are working remotely.

What do you like best about the product?
Once you become accustomed to the process it is easy to launch new campaigns by cloning existing ones.

It's easy to schedule social post on multiple channels and accounts. I schedule mine once a week on 3 channels and 7 accounts. It takes only a few minutes to do them all.

You get feedback on who has done what with your emails, opened, clicked a link, downloaded a file, etc. Very helpful in determining next steps with a lead.
What do you dislike about the product?
Twitter posts have to be unique for every post on the same day. Even if on different accounts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot helps manage multiple campaigns more easily with less effort and time required.Very helpful for a smaller company when we all have multiple jobs.

It has feed up time allowing us to do more with existing resources. We are managing our leads and prospects more effectively.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Be prepared to spend the time getting properly on boarded. It does take several weeks but the HubSpot on boarding team does a great job guiding you. They provide one-on-one support through a well defined process, It is an investment that will pay off.

Once you become familiar with the platform it will provide valuable data and allow you to manage multiple campaigns more easily. Well worth the investment. We will be expanding our use and possibly developing integrations to other internal systems.

What do you like best about the product?
The list segmentation within HubSpot is an amazing feature that I adore. It's easy to upload lists, segment, and optimize sender lists when scheduling emails.
What do you dislike about the product?
Because the platform goes deep into sales and marketing, it's easy to get a little confused. It's a good problem to have, and Hubspot Academy is always there to help.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's an amazing CRM! Managing, importing, and segmenting contacts has never been easier.
