Helped turn my leads into opportunities
What do you like best about the product?
I have used the automation to engage with customers after an event! Love the fact that I can schedule reach outs and automatically sync data from zoom info

Nothing comes to mind, really like it!!!

Helped turn leads into opportunities and helped with fast tracking conversations by being able to track messaging that works
Intuitive
What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot works very intuitive, it’s great for cross team collaborations as well. I like that there’s an active community and there’s a lot of documentation for trouble shooting

A lot of external tools needed for basic things like AB testing in automations
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The idea is that we’re going to use HubSpot as our single source of truth. This makes it so much easier to run campaigns.

I think the AI function could be better, doesn’t always suggest the best things

What do you like best about the product?
I think the most useful aspect of the Marketing Hub is the Workflows tool, which enables a significant amount of automating of our processes to save my team valuable time and reach our audience better.

Sometimes features that seem obvious are missing, and the development cycle is lengthy.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Reaching our customers consistently. Increases our pipeline.

HubSpot’s marketing hub makes it super easy to run campaigns, test and experiment with new tactics all in one spot. I’ve used it all and nothing is as intuitive as HubSpot

There’s nothing I can think of off the dome to complain about

The way HubSpots marketing hub combined everything a marketer needs to do a good job is incredible. It’s a breeze to use and makes hard work fun!

The price can be pretty steep depending on the features you need.

I love the ease of use and ability to navigate all of the automations needed for each of our businesses.

Only dislike has been some issues with the email editing function.

It solves the problem of segmenting and personalizing for each visitor to our site or list we need to nurture.
