Best of the best
What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot provides easy to use and to understand marketing tools. I have used many other platforms before but this is hands down the easiest way to create email complains and much more.

What do you like best about the product?
I really love how intuitive the platform is, it was easy for me to learn how to use it and effectively manage my accounts' email marketing efforts. I normally hate using social media, however, Hubspot makes automation and keeping up to date with our client's posting efforts incredible intuitive and easy to handle. HubSpot focuses on simplicity and usability rather and competing for the most features or customization. The primary requirement of our CRM implementation project was ease-of-use and HubSpot has not disappointed. And while there are limitations compared to other platforms, the feature set is growing all the time and we don't have to rely on third party integrators or developers. It is also easy to scale up quickly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Given that the platform is so massive and includes so many features, it becomes difficult sometimes to find exactly what you need or where you need to go to find it. Hubspot is a very robust platform and can do a lot! That means to use it to its fullest there is a pretty significant learning curve and lots of set up the time needed with a dedicated team member. We're 6 months into using Hubspot CRM and I'm still learning how to do my job better while using the features in the platform. Sometimes it goes down, which makes working difficult, but the team is never slow to fix any issues that arise.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot Marketing Hub is allowing my accounts to stay on top of their marketing and outreach efforts by automating tasks that would take infinitely longer to do manually. I personally do not like posting on social media, but Hubspot has solved that issue because I am not required to have a social media account to use it.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
In my opinion, Hubspot is the best platform to use for all your marketing efforts. It's easy to learn, and the support team is incredibly helpful.
Easy marketing automation tool for B2B companies
What do you like best about the product?
As a small B2B company, it was great to use all the support, sales, and marketing services in one Hubspot platform. The platform design was simple and easy to use. We were able to speed up our marketing automation process by using their support channels such as knowledge base, free training videos, and 1:1 support which always provided a quick and excellent answer. I highly recommend the platform to small-medium size companies that only have one or a few marketing owners.
What do you dislike about the product?
Their marketing analytics need some improvements to meet industry standards. Sometimes, it is not easy to apply various filters (e.g. applying country and source filters at the same time) to a report, which results in generating multiple reports to understand a trend. It would also be helpful to be able to compare metrics in different data ranges for MoM/QoQ/YoY comparisons.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Hubspot Marketing Hub for lead tracking, nurturing, and analysis. We love the fact that we can see who did what, when, and where in one feed per user. It is quite amazing that they can track everything compared to other marketing platforms that often display 'Unavailable data'.
Strong enterprise-grade solution set with tons of flexibility
What do you like best about the product?
While excelling at the basics, HubSpot comes with tons of extra features and useful tools. They are constantly evolving, adding new elements and improving the platform. Often HubSpot is seen as a solution for SMB buyers, but it's feature set is certainly enterprise-capable. However, with all of the extra value added by the additional features is what makes it a great choice for smaller companies or teams, as there is something for everyone in the tool. Social, email, seo, file managment, task management, list and lead management, and more can all be accomplished in one place. The true power, however, comes from the workflow and automation capabilities.
There are other features that I don't use, such as website chat, content hosting, and landing page builder. I generally advise others to avoid using the content hosting capabilities as if you ever decide to leave HubSpot your content can be trapped creating a challenging project.

What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes, in their constant improvements, hubspot will move a feature or change something with very little notice. If it is an important feature that you don't use very often, you sometimes will find yourself wandering through the platform looking for the feature or information that you need because it was moved. Sometimes they put up notices, other times they don't. Can be a nuisance if you are pressed for time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hubspot gives me a flexible way to collect and manage leads, with tons of options for nurturing them and scoring them before sending them into Salesforce. It's data collection and field management on contact records is robust, which allows us to customize and capture relevant context that is valuable for our sales reps.

I HAVE BEEN USING HUBSPOT FOR MY NOTARY BUSINESS SINCE AUGUST 2019. I LOVE HOW YOU CAN PUT ALL YOUR CONTACT IN ONE SPOT. PLUS BESIDE BEING A CONTACT LIST OR ORGANIZER. IT IS ALSO TRACK SALES AND MARKETING.

There IS NOTHING THAT I DONT LIKE ABOUT HUBSPOT.

THE PROBLEMS THAT I AM SOLVING IS THAT WITH HUBSPOT YOU CAN PUT ALL YOUR CONTACTS IN ONE SPOT AND THEN WHEN YOU EMAIL YOUR CONTACTS IT RECORDS YOUR EMAIL AND IT IS GREAT TO ABLE TO TO GO TO HUBSTOP AND YOU CAN EMAIL YOUR CLIENTS FROM HUBSPOT. IT DOES SEVERAL ALL FEATURES THAT HELP. LIKE THE EMAIL FEATURE OF PUTTING A BROUCHER EMAIL AND WORKS WITH CONSTANT CONTACT. IT IS A GREAT FEATURE.

I RECOMMEND THAT YOU TRY IT OUT SEE IF YOU LIKE IT. I FEEL IN LOVE WITH HUBSPOT ON DAY ONE OF USING IT.
Great tool if you have the budget
What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot Marketing Hub is a one stop shop for creating landing pages, automated social media, and automated email drip campaigns. HubSpot will create templates for you for landing pages so that they look like your website matching your colors and branding. Codes placed on your website track the progress of your campaigns with reports available for all assets you create. The reporting is clear, visually appealing and exportable in most desired formats. Of course everything integrates into SalesForce (and quite a few CRMs) and you can integrate apps like Survey Monkey and Evite (with many more to choose from) for further tracking of contacts during campaigns. I really liked working with the trainers and account managers, I met monthly with them to make sure I was successful. One of the great benefits of choosing HubSpot is that support is FREE and that is one of the big differences with their competitors.
What do you dislike about the product?
Like most automated marketing companies you are charged based on your success or at least how many contacts you retain in your account. But no worries you can create lists to load and delete contact lists as you need to keep your account from being charged. At the time of this review contacts are at $449 per 9,000 contacts. I received a discount my first year. You will also be charged a flat $2500 for training but if you want to be successful it is a must, it also involves guidance on getting the tracking codes setup for your website as well. After the first year our yearly contract price went way up and we discontinued the service. HubSpot runs multiple clients on a single IP Address for emails so if you use a bad list or don't update your contacts if you receive a certain number of bounces it will stop your campaign without sending any other emails. You have to go through and clean the list, through a simple process and then relaunch that same campaign again. Which is a pain but since you don't have your own dedicated IP they have to protect it for all clients that have to use that address.

Automated marketing is a great way to set a campaign like an email drip campaign and guide your contacts through an actual sales funnel. Email marketing is not the greatest form of communication but this is great way to not squander those first impressions. Being able to create specialized landing pages to content with a gate to downloadable content is also a great benefit. You don't have to rely on your rigid website and you can create specialized campaigns, for say a trade show list, and then track/report the progress. You are almost doing nothing in marketing if you don't have reports to back up your actions or spends and this solves that problem.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Make sure you have a plan for how you are going to use these tools and listen to the account managers for guidance and understanding of the marketing/sales funnel.
Go-To for Landing Pages & Emails
What do you like best about the product?
I love having access to templates for landing pages and emails that are easy to edit to fit the needs of your team, product, event, etc. Hubspot's modular programming helps make it easy for team members to make edits without editing the global templates.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes, the templates you download have hard-coded bits that are difficult to edit so then it takes some backend work or an outreach to the template creator.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We create landing pages for lead generation, event registration, product information, and more, and we create email drip campaigns to follow-up from those pages.
A tool of remarkable marketing versatility
What do you like best about the product?
The software has an integrated approach, unleashing the bests we can get out of emails, social media, SEO, blogging, lead capturing and advertisements. It enables multiple app integrations that help collate data seamlessly for making well-informed decisions.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are minor shortcomings such as lack of support for social media tags and people mentions, inability to edit certain assessment parameters, and some reporting glitches. The company is very keen to address customer issues and I believe these drawbacks will be rectified soon.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our marketing efforts were scattered, and now we have them all integrated on a single platform. We are able to track the progress of our marketing campaigns, make timely corrections, and generate relevant reports for the management.

It's a great tool to have a combined view of your marketing activities so that you may allocate more budget for items that work well
Good tool for the right fit
What do you like best about the product?
The platform is always updating, they have a good support team if you pay for the best level, it can be easy to connect to other tools (we like how it connects with typeform), it generally brings together a nice picture of the customer journey if you utilize all of it. Generally, it seems like the tool is best suited for B2B sales teams working with a content marketing team to support them. It can be much more challenging to use if your focus is on B2C CRM type marketing because of limitations listed below.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can sometimes difficult to navigate and not particularly user friendly. We found if very difficult to set up for our business. It is not good for multivariate testing in marketing channels and requires lots of work arounds for basic things that other tools do inherently. It doesn't connect well with mobile messaging tools so not great for multi-channel CRM strategy.

Make sure to list out what you need a marketing tool to do and that this product aligns with that. Ask how you do something in the tool, not just if it's possible.
An Easy and Robust Marketing Automation Solution for Most Businesses
What do you like best about the product?
The tools and features in HubSpot Marketing Hub are simple to set up and get value from right away. HubSpot has made the user interface easy to navigate and understand. I really like the landing page, email and workflow builders as they give admins, designers and landing page builders a lot of great tools to make resources and assets very quickly. The marketing hub as all the basic tool set needed to get campaigns up and running and for marketers to quickly report on important KPIs.
What do you dislike about the product?
Its ease of use and simplicity leave advanced marketing automation uses and those with a lot of marketing automation and CRM experience begging for more. I find myself missing features and some advanced functionality when it comes to data manipulation and automation and advanced form functionality. With advanced form functionality I often need to include my own jquery to do some of the other advanced things I feel I'm missing from the standard tool set.

Capturing lead information, sales team assignment/lead routing, hosting content, data cleanliness and post processing automation, email campaigns, lead and pipeline reporting, and sales activity tracking.
