Easy to start, easy to use.

What do you like best about the product?
Intuitive UI and simplified version on audience creation. I found that we don't need paid specialist if we are just starting or have a moderate marketing budget. This is the best SMB marketing platform I could find over many years testing different ones. The platform allows anyone with no experience to build a good flywheel type of funnel, launch campaign and generate thousands of quality leads without paid media specialist.
HS enterprise paid itself off in 3 months. The best investiment so far.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some limitations on API side regarding tracking tokens, mainly inability to track sources where the lead is coming from, example with FB: Is the lead from Story Ads? From Explore Ads? From Newsfeed? There is no such option to track. There are workarounds but it's time-consuming.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Extremely time saving Hub. All in one place, automated, talking to each other. Marketing harmony.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Go for it, but make sure you have an experienced consultant who can help with implementation. A good car wont be driven without a driver. Hubspot requires deep dive implementation to maximize its value. Make sure you know specialists.

What do you like best about the product?
Facilitates campaigns creation, management and measurement also the integration marketing sales is easier given the tools integrates both areas
What do you dislike about the product?
Integration with web page if it is not design in hubspot but with a developer you can easily set this up.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Integration between sales and marketing, campaign management and present result of marketing budget investment
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Use it if you want easy integration with sales modules, marketing and web page. Easy self learning, is very predictive for sales and marketing teams. You can have that 360 view you always need to segment customers and audiences, customizing messaging cluster and also facilitate account base marketing specially if you are a B2B company.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use, learn and navigate. Their blogs give you a wealth of current information and best practices in the industry.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing. This platform is very customizable and affordable.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Creating Email marketing campaigns are simplified when you use HubSpot. You're able to track user information and schedule assets on social media. I love this feature!

What do you like best about the product?
Some of the features that I like are the workflow, UI UX. It gives the user a good experience when planning a campaign and for execution. I have personally used it and will highly recommend to everyone. The integration is also one of the major highlights of HubSpot Marketing Hub

Full-Stack HubSpot User Review of the Marketing Hub

What do you like best about the product?
The Content Calendar cross-correlating with the projects makes it seamless to see all upcoming activity and requirements across the marketing team. The email marketing feature makes building off of existing templates extremely simple, where we can track what works and what does not for subsequent campaigns.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike the initial set-up/interface with the website. Since we did not build/host our website through HubSpot, this feature feels broken and under-utilized, including the landing page builder and SEO optimization features that come along with it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
All of our marketing emails and features live in HubSpot - Including drip mail campaigns, newsletters, and internal company updates. Having sales/marketing all in one location makes collaboration across teams seamless through the HubSpot CRM. This has been the major benefit in switching all processes to HubSpot for both teams, as all content lives in the Hub.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Take advantage of the website integration/set-up that HubSpot does for you. This is the primary piece we are lacking with our suite of services.

What do you like best about the product?
I really enjoy how easy to use the tool is.

Some of the personalisation elements could be easier to locate.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am creating automated email and newsletters. I think that the automated aspect is great and it is especially beneficial that I can edit emails up until they are sent.

What do you like best about the product?
First things first, HubSpot has some of the best customer service you are able to find. They are helpful and the chat function is extremely streamlined. Integrations with tools we used were solid, and I liked the landing page creation options. The workflows were easy to create and manage, and made drip campaigns possible and effective. We used HubSpot to 'hold the hands' of our users while they were being onboarded and during the first usage of the product. We continued to use it throughout the user journey and afterwards to communicate with churned customers. All in all, from first contact to deal signed, the marketing hub was a large part of our toolset.
What do you dislike about the product?
At the time, they did not have any integrations for messenger marketing so it was hard to get our message marketing system to integrate with hubspot. Additionally, the blog creation and SEO tools were cool, but we were hosting our blog on Wordpress (not HubSpot) so they weren't very helpful. Additionally, the campaigns tool would have been cool if we could have added non-HubSpot created items to them (for example a blog from our Wordpress or a MailChimp email newsletter).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We needed a system that would help us nurture trials into paid sales. The onboarding process, drip campaigns, and email marketing was all done via HubSpot because we connected it to our system and could trigger marketing events based on our users activities.

User friendly, powerful marketing tool

What do you like best about the product?
As part of our deployment, HubSpot created Landing Page templates and these have been completely invaluable. The look and feel match our website perfectly, so it's extremely easy to create new Landing Pages to support our inbound and outbound campaigning activities. When I have any issues, I work with the HubSpot Support team to get fast resolutions. I have been impressed with the quality of response from the Support Team.
What do you dislike about the product?
Our inbound campaigns are gaining traction and there is still so much to learn and utilise. We've had HubSpot 6 months and I haven't yet found anything I dislike so far.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot is helping us generate highly qualified leads through inbound campaigning. HubSpot has also steered us down a more formal qualification path which is beneficial throughout the sales and marketing teams. We can now see prospects exact nurture stage and I am able to report this back to the team. Visibility is much greater since using HubSpot.

What do you like best about the product?
Simple interface + chat, phone and email assistance from the help desk are super beneficial. Drag and Drop email templates and optimize feature for different ESP and devices for viewing
What do you dislike about the product?
The ease of use. A lot of features arent easily explained - but if you put the time into reading the articles and playing around with the tool - you'll be able to execute a lot quicker. The Social media posting - could be better. Maybe in time be able to pull in additional analytics - such the best time to post.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automation and attribution from digital submissions. The real-time updates on customer interactions.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Understand what ways you want to use engage with your users and at what level - depending on whatever your marketing strategy might be - such as vertical. titles, company name, locations etc
